BEAUMARCH Apartment
We spent a glorious 9 days over the New Year in Seine 23. I've little to add to the favourable comments on this apartment already posted. It is full of (good) character and very well furnished and equipped. Note: it is also warm in winter, and is cheerful and light-filled. No problem for us, but some people might find the stairs a little daunting. We got used to them very quickly. The location is indeed five-star, with the Louvre and the Seine a very short walk away and excellent food shops, including a very well-stocked supermarket, are only a couple of minutes walk up a delightfully characteristic street. Oh yes, and it is quite remarkably quiet. We have stayed with Paris Address on a number of occasions, and always found their service immaculate. They are not only very efficient but also friendly and most helpful Strongly recommended.

We have rented apartments before in Paris when the service was terrible and the apartment so ill equipped that we had to go to the Monoprix to purchase glasses and bowls!!...We decided to take another leap of faith and rent through Parisaddress, and we were rewarded by the BEST service from Gabriel. Our taxis were there for us on BOTH days for the airport pickups, and then again for our trip to the train station upon leaving...The apartment at 23 Rue de Seine was so nicely stocked for us with all essentials that we made sure to purchase things for the next guests out of gratitude....The apartment is wonderfully comfortable and in our favorite neighborhood...The stairs are a bit challenging for safety and convenience, but we grew used to them and just loved our stay there. I filled the vases with fresh flowers upon arriving and truly felt like we were at home in Paris. Thank you Gabriel. Sharon and Rick Boyer

My husband, 13 year old daughter and I recently returned from a fabulous 6 night stay in Seine 23. The apartment was extremely charming, very clean, comfortable and more than lived up to our expectations. It really felt like a friend had given us keys to their apartment - all the necessary amenities were present. The location was perfect - in a quiet section of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, but just a short stroll to the Louvre, Musée d’Orsay, Latin Quarter, the livelier sections of the 6th, and 'our' Champion grocery store and Paul boulangerie just down the street. We loved being able to see the Eiffel Tower while we lay in bed, not to mention the views of the dome of the Palais de l’Institut, Sacre Cœur, and the tops of Notre-Dame and the Pompidou center from the terrace. Our daughter felt she was in the lap of luxury in her private suite on the bottom floor, and we all loved the convenience of having 2 and a half baths. We've concluded we'll never go back to staying in hotels as we've done on previous trips to Paris; the hominess and convenience of an apartment with full kitchen is just too appealing. The Parisaddress staff was very helpful and responsive, not only booking our taxi from the airport, but also securing a reservation for us at Astrance. We were met on arrival at the apartment as promised and the representative was gracious and most helpful. We will definitely use Parisaddress for our next trip and highly recommend Seine 23 for a small family group such as ours, or even for two couples traveling together - while the top bedroom has the view, the second one is also delightful. (While the circular stairs weren't a problem for us, they could be for some.)

Very good stay. Great appartment with lots of amenities. Little unconfortable the two stairs up and down that make difficult to download heavy luggages (needed in Paris !)Outstanding support from Yohan and from all the organization. Next stay again with you. Thanks a lot !!!!!!

Great organization and great flat.
You know what...? Life is very strange... This flat is belong to a friend of mine in Roma (Italy) that never mentioned to me to have this flat in Paris..! When I saw his family name on the main door of the building, I suspected something, but at the end I realized that this flat was indeed belong to him. Funny, isn't is ?
Any way, all was good, with the only exception of the small stairs, where it's very difficult to manage up and down heavy luggage ( that you need in Paris !). For rest all was working perfectly and my congratulation to Yohan for his outstanding courtesy, as well as his great support. We will rent again another flat from this organization very soon...( perhpas all in one floor next time !) Thanks and regards

This apartment was great. Eerything was organised for us (airport collection and drop off) and all ran very smoothly and professionally.
The apartment is gorgeous with beautiful views and I can highly recommend it. (Please note the stairs are tiny & circular - not for those with difficulty with stairs.)
The location is excellent -a short walk to everything.
Would I stay there again? In a heartbeat.

We’ve rented an apartment with Paris Address in mid October for one week and we must say everything went very smoothly. The apartment was exactly as we expected it to be : clean, comfortable and well located… We’ve been waited for in front of the building by an agent of Paris Address, he showed us the apartment, explained how worked all the amenities and answered any question we had about the neighbourhood, the most interesting tourist points in the city and the best way to get there. We are used to travelling and renting apartments but we must say it was one of the best stay we had: we had the phone numbers of the agents of the company and they’ve always been available to help us or answer any of our requests… They have us had a cleaning lady during our stay, a limousine to pick us up from the airport to our apartment… When we booked the apartment, we’ve been proposed their Vintage Partner card which had no real interest for us at the beginning but because of the price we decided to buy it as it costs almost nothing and we are very happy not to have missed this opportunity: our reservations in the restaurants have been very easy and we enjoyed wines we wouldn’t have tasted! 50% discount on the bottles made us discover true nectars! Even if you just go once, it’s worth taking it! Three times we went to restaurants of the list and we have no regret… We’ve already booked both the apartment and card for our next summer vacation and if you like great food and wines, just do the same!

We had a fabulous time at the SEIN 23 apartment. Although our plane was late, it was no problem meeting up to get the keys. I had never rented from an online posting before, but it was worth every penny!! The kids were asleep in the beautiful bed two stories down and we had the wonderful view of the eiffel tower! It is great, but you must be able to go up and down these spiral stairacases so it is not for someone who is impaired walking. Great spot - very close to the pedestrian bridge over to the Louve. The apartment itself is very very quiet as it is in the building behind the interior courtyard. You walk down the block and you are in a great area with lots of restaurants. Thanks again - we loved this place! I still pinch myself thinking of the view and the great time we had here over a tiny hotel room. My kids thought this was a fairy tale place.

comments about Sein 23
The apartment was wonderful, a beautiful terrace which looked out on to the Eiffel Tower, Sacre Cour and many more famous buildings. The area was very Parisien and not crowded with tourists. The apartment was spotlessly clean. A wonderful holiday which was rounded off by fireworks on Bastille Day which we watched from the terrace.
