We LOVED Blvd. Beaumarchais, the neighborhood and the apartment. It is HUGE by Paris standards and is in a great part of Paris. Just steps away from Place des Voges, it is not a tourist area which was one of the things we loved about it. At the end of our time at Beaumarchais, we felt like we got a fair look at what daily life might be like for the average Parisian. The spacious and airy apartment has two large bedrooms, a roomy dining room and a large living room that has a great balcony that is accessed by large glass doors that open completely. The flat is on the 5th floor and has a great view of the Blvd both day and night. Thursdays and Sundays there is a large open air market just two streets over; it is not to be missed as the food is terrific and the scene is even better! The apartment building has an elevator that at the end of a long day makes a huge difference. The kitchen is very small, but it is functional, and we made dinner almost every night we were there. The company is wonderful about helping out if small things arise which they almost always do. We stayed a month on Beaumarchais, and we loved every minute of it. The price is incredibly reasonable considering all you get at this apartment. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. When you stay at Beaumarchais, Paris is at your doorstep!
