We (2 people) stayed at 7 Rue Duvivier for 10 nights. I agree with the comment that the bathroom would not be the best for larger people - but for us it did work out okay. The tv and internet connection did not work for us even after Parisaddress tried to fix it - it would work for 15 minutes and then stop, restart, work for 5 minutes, etc. But, we weren't there for the tv, and the location is wonderful. There is great shopping and restaurants just half a block away. We also found it quiet enough, especially back in the bedroom, so it was good for sleeping. And the ParisAddress people were very helpful and friendly and Joel met us to explain everything. I would stay at this location again, and definitely would work with ParisAddress on another visit

Our 2 sons and my husband and I stayed for a week. We had a great time shopping at Rue Cler and cooked breakfast and dinner in the tiny kitchen.
We did not feel it was too noisy. However the bathroom is small and even tho we had no problems, I feel an overweight person could have problems getting into the shower!
The tv was working fine, in fact we watched the World Cup almost every night the game was on.
Gabriel who showed us the apt. was very sweet and we certainly would stay there again if we went to Paris again.

We stayed (2 people) here for nearly 3 months, from late April to early July, and had our teenage children join us for the last weeks. The apartment was small but very comfortable for two, but a squeeze for four people. The bathroom definitely needs work but it served us well. The location is unbeatable, the bed was comfortable, the living room nice and light (an extra comfy chair would be nice). Lots of linen was provided.
The street was quite noisy (motorbikes) which is a problem on hot nights if you want to leave the windows open to get some air moving through, and the people upstairs were pretty noisy as well. The entrance is shabby.
Having said all that, we really enjoyed our time at number 7 and would happily return. All our dealings with Paris Address were good unlike some other agencies we tried to book through.

We loved our stay in 7 Duviver We were there for 9 days and the location is terrific. The apartment for the price was BETTER than I expected and the BED was so very very comfortable. We didn't use the tv but wireless was great. My daughter and husband came for 4 of the days and were pleased with the comfort of the sleep-on couch in living room. Bathroom is in the bedroom..which was no problem for us, but if you are 4 and not completely comfortable with oneanother it could be a problem. Staff of parisapartment were terrific. We had the taxi driver pick us up at the airport (thank you Jean-Claude) and take us back (thank you Jean-Paul) It is definitely something to think of doing before and after a long flight! Thanks for everything. we shall return to 7 Rue DuDuvier!

Great Apartment and good service by staff. We were delayed in arrival and Anton contacted us and arranged for a later check in. The location is FANTASTIC. Around the corner Rue de Cler for hot croissants for breakfast. Short walk to the Eiffel tower to watch the lights come on every night. Short walk to restaurants and metro line. We were a party of four, and the apartment is small and basic, but it is do able. The only improvement would have been a second set of keys for our party of 4. We were very happy with this choice.....This choice is much better than a Hotel accomidation.

Great apartment, quite basic but just what we needed as we spent no time there. Location was fantastic. The entrance and hallway was a shabby, not in a chic way, but a bad damp way, that aside once you were in the apartment it was fine. Well worth the money.
Thanks

As many have said, the location can't be beat! As for the studio, the only caveat is the bathroom. It is small but useable for most people.
We stayed at this studio Christmas week 2007
As for the noise, there was none that was out of the ordinary.
Axelle met us even though our plane was delayed.
I miss my daily breakfast at Cafe Du Marche already!

We stayed in the apartment 27 Nov to 4 Dec 2007. The apartment was as we expected--clean, with a small bathroom. Lots of towels were furnished and this is not always the case. They could have more comfortable chairs. The bed was comfortable, however, and we did not find the street to be noisy at all. The tv did not work for us. When we called the parisaddress office and our contact person, we had to leave a message. Since we were usually out during the day, we never received a call back. Not a big problem. We would not recommend this apt. for more than one couple or a couple with one child. Can't imagine four people there. You'll love the location.

Location. Location. Location! This is the fourth time Iwe have stayed at 7 Rue Duvivier, and I am sure not the last. We love being just a short one-minute walk away from the fabulous Rue Clerc market, where we could get fresh fish and oysters whenever we wanted. The Eiffel Tower and the Champs, just a few more blocks away, was great for morning or evening strolls. C'est magnifique!

We stayed in the apartment on Rue Duvivier for almost two weeks in Sept 07. The apartment was good for two people and an excellent location. The bathroom was very small and needs some updating. The street noise at night could be loud at times (rugby celebrations). It would help to have shutters on the windows in the livingroom. We did experience a problem with the washer/dryer machine and t.v., neither one of them worked.
We placed two phone calls to Nazim to resolve the problems but he never called us back. Although we were not in the apartment very much, it would have been nice to watch the news at night and have the convenience of doing laundry. We were disappointed that we did not hear back from Nazim, who was very personable upon our initial arrival to the apartment. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay in a great location.

I stayed here for a month in August 2007 by myself, while waiting to move into an apartment. It's in a great location. The furnishing was OK. There is no oven, only a micowave, so cooking pizza was out. No kettle, so tea drinkers would have had a problem. There is no privacy in the lounge but the apartments across the road mostly had their shutters closed, so it was not a big problem. The bathroom is very small and, presumably as a result, everything seemed to be falling off the wall - the towel rails, the shelf. Broad shoulders or hips would have a problem with the shower foor. The staff of Parisaddress were extremely prompt and polite in communications at every stage.

We had two couples stay in the apartment during New Year's week. The size of the apartment for two couples was good. The location was excellent, one block away from Rue Cler on a side street, about four blocks from a metro station. The furniture was quite nice, and the pull out couch for the second couple was surprisingly comfortable. The location of the apartment was great, we absolutely loved it!
Two minor criticisms. First, the bathroom is quite small, and it's within the bedroom which can be annoying, but workable, if you have more than one couple. Second, they were only able to provide one key to the apartment, also somewhat annoying when you have two couple, or two people who might be returning to the apartment separately. Overall though, it was a great experience renting the apartment.

We stayed in the apartment on Duvivier. Although a bit small, it was a great location, quiet and well furnished.
We were very pleased in our dealings with Yohan. He always replied promptly to e-mails, met us as scheduled and when we had a minor problem with a leak in the kitchen, had a workman over within hours.
We would definitely recommend Parisaddress and Yohan.
Thank you.

We stayed at the rue Duvivier apartment during the month of June 2006. The apartment is in a fabulous location with essentially everything you might need to make your stay pleasant right around the corner on rue Cler.
The staff at ParisAddress were very professional and easily reached by phone. From the beginning of the transaction(emails) to leaving the apartment...all was handled smoothly.
The apartment was lovely, although I have to say that considering rue Duvivier is not really a pedestrian street it was a bit noisy at night, BUT that could have been due to the beginning of the World Cup. The only other comment about the apartment is the bathroom is quite small. It was fine for my mother, daughter and I, but a large man might be at a slight disadvantage.
The first week we had a minor electrical problem and the staff was eager to help and had someone to the apartment to fix the problem immediately.
ALL in all a WONDERFUL TRIP! And we look forward to using ParisAddress in the future. AND special thanks to Yohan, who was very patient and kind when we would call with questions!

My son Bill and I enjoyed our week in Paris and our appartment. We had some problems making contact due to hold ups at CDG. Our contact person had left by the time we arrived. Once we made phone contact, someone met us within fifteen minutes. The location could not be better. Less than a block from Rue Cler and convenient to the Eiffel Tower. The appartment was clean and well furnished. All in all, an enjoyable experience.
