BEAUMARCH Apartment
We had a great stay in this apt. Very central, we enjoyed the Notre Dame in all of its aspects. The apt was very comfortable for us (couple). An amazingly quite area, woken up by the bells at 8pm (they don't ring during the night). Comments re the bathroom are very true - full on water ballet - but we did cope with that. Nevertheless those interested in this part of Paris we can highly recommend it.

We have rented many apartments in various neighborhoods in Paris and this one ranks lower than average for several reasons. Our biggest complaint is the bathroom. Whoever designed this is an idiot. It is impossible to take a shower without watering the walls and entry from the bedroom. When you turn on the sink tap you get splashed by the water that bounces off the sloping front. The lighting is very poor and makes shaving difficult and applying makeup impossible.
The kitchen is barely adequate. There are a few simple utensils and the only knife is so dull as to be useless. Luckily, I brought my own knife. There is no oven so reheating a meal you bring in from the market is microwave only. Yuck! There is no clothes dryer built in to the washer so drying clothes means you have to assemble the drying rack found in the closet. It is big and gets in your way for a day or two as your clothes dry.The location is good if this is your first time in Paris, but there are many other neighborhoods that are more fun and easier to get around the rest of Paris from.
The overall look of the apartment is very nice with lots of nice art and decorations. Parisaddress people were very nice and easy to work with. We would not stay on the Ille de la Cite again.

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment at the height of a major heat wave in Paris from Aug. 15 to 20. The apartment remained quite cool, in spite of 34° to 36° temperatures outside. It is a good size, & the bed is very comfortable. However, access to the bathroom is through the bedroom, limiting privacy with a third person sharing, sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room! This is NOT mentioned on the website. The kitchen is small but functional, although sparsely equipped with utensils. The fan & light above the range did not work, the cafetiere was broken, and the single kitchen knife was so dull it was useless. The location of this apartment is ideal, with very good access to the centre of Paris. My husband & I would stay here again, but the apartment is not suitable for 3 people, & the price should be reduced accordingly.
Paris Address was a pleasure to deal with and very efficient. I would definitely rent from them again.

We had an enchanted stay in this apartment in June. The location was just perfect, a block and a half from Notre Dame and a 5-10 minute walk from bus, metro, and RER access points. Waking to the tolling of the cathedral bells was magical. It was also a very short walk across the bridge to the Ile St. Louis.
The apartment itself was clean, spacious for our family of four, and very comfortable. It was very secure with three doors to pass through: courtyard, building, and apartment. A police station is half a block away. A convenience mart is also a half block away.
There is a small but totally adequate kitchen complete with dishwasher, clothes washer (we dried clothes on the towel warmer rack) stove, and fridge.
The only detractors were the hand-held shower and the lack of AC. The AC did not matter to us as it was comfortably cool the week we were there, which I gather is true with only the rarest of exceptions. Neither of these mattered to us, though they might to some. Living on the Ile de la Cite for a week, an amazing experience, made these issues very minor.

We have just returned from our visit of Paris. The service from ParisAddress was awesome! We had a small issue with our original apartment, which was taken care of immediately. We ended up staying at this particular apartment Chanois 10 which is perfectly located. It's amazing to wake up to the bells of Notre Dame ringing. I'd highly recommend using ParisAddress to book an apartment in Paris!

First of all I want to say that the service of parisaddress was EXCELLENT. I called one day before my arrival and everything was settled within 5 minutes. Now about the apartment. I liked it very much. It is small but very charming and has a very special interior design. The kitchen is quite well ecquipped and so is the rest of the flat. The sofabed is comfortable. During the week you will wake up early since the noise from the street is quite high but during the rest of the day it is very quiet. Unfortunately the bathroom is not the one shown on the pictures. It looks very different but again very special and also good.
ALl in all I can recommend the apartment.

J'ai decouvert la formule de Parisaddress en louant cet appartement et l'experience a ete formidable du debut a la fin, tant au niveau du service que Parisaddress offre, qu'au niveau de l'appartement et de ses prestations. Tout a fait recommendable.

Everything about our experience with Parisaddress was perfect. From the first inquiries until our departure. They made it easy to book and pay for the apartment, the staff meeting us at the apartment were right on time and very friendly, and I can't begin to say enough good things about the apartment itself. There was a minor miscommunication and the apartment wasn't cleaned when we arrived, but the staff took care of it immediately and we were barely inconvenienced! We have stayed in three apartments in Paris using three different companies and in three different locations. Without question Parisaddress is the BEST company.
The apartment was fantastic! The location could not be more perfect. And the pictures online barely did it justice. We like to try different neighborhoods, so I'm not sure we'll stay in the same place next year - but Parisaddress is the first site I will check out.
Many thanks for a wonderful vacation.

Our experience with Parisadress was nothing short of perfect. The apartment was beautiful and was even better in person than it appeared in pictures. It was a very clean and well-maintained apartment, with every amenity one would need for a comfortable stay. It was a tremendous value, especially considering the amount of space we had as compared to a standard (or even luxury)hotel room.
The staff at Parisaddress could not have been more accomodating. They arranged our transportation to and from the airport and offered great suggestions on restaurants and places to visit.
I would, without hesitation, recommend Parisaddress to anyone considering a visit to Paris.

PARISADDRESS IS THE WAY TO GO...
Since returning from our week in Paris we have not stopped telling all our friends about the
friendly and caring team of Parisaddress.
From the moment my wife and I stepped off the Eurostar at Gare du Nord to be met
by a man at the gate with a plaque showing our name, until being collected and delivered back
to the train on time, Parisaddress looked after our every need. The water and champagne
we asked for were in the fridge, waiting for us. The apartment was spotlessly clean, the water
hot, and the rooms warm and cosy. The central heating was more than adequate for a very cold
January. The kitchen and bathroom were above the standard of a four star hotel. Bath the towels
and sheets spotless and three locked doors from the street gave us complete security. We don't
know if all the apartments are like the one we took, but if they are, no one could every complain.
My wife and I can't wait for a year to go by so we can return to the same apartment. It was so
much better then staying in a hotel and cheaper. Thank you Parisaddress for a wonderful holiday.
as ever,
John.
