BEAUMARCH Apartment
We stayed in this apartment for 5 weeks Sept- Oct 2014. Brilliant location. Seemed small at first but we got used to that and the layout worked fine. We 'fixed' the sloping bathroom shelf, learned how to manage in the little bathroom, and the bed was great. The building was very quiet and safe. The very old stairs were amazing and kept us fit but if you rent this apartment do remember to get instructions about the stairwell lights - we didn't and on our first night we returned in the dark. Thankfully no one saw two giggling 75 year olds crawling on their hands and knees trying to keep track of the bannisters while feeling their way up the 53 steps in the pitch dark and trying not to disturb the residents. We would stay there again. Thanks ParisAddress.

I stayed for two weeks at BEPA5 in August 2012 and found the location brilliant with the Metro, supermarkets, shops and cafes within few minutes walk. The state of the building was an initial shock but the apartment itself is lovely. The kitchen is well equipped but very tiny and although I enjoy cooking, I had to limit myself to basic meals. The bathroom was good but the shelf over the wash basin was on a slant and makeup containers slide off. The bed was very comfortable for one person and the bedroom and living areas roomy. It has no air conditioning but during my stay, the heat wasn't an issue. If you're a short person like me, be prepared to climb as the pots and pans were on a high shelf in the cupboard and I had to climb onto the toilet and bath to adjust the shower head. I probably wouldn't stay in the apartment again but only because ParisAddress seems to have so many other apartments to experience.

My wife and stayed for a week in early April 2012. The location is great. Access to Metro is very easy, having a Monoprix just around the corner is most convenient.
Our biggest problem was the bed. It is very old and sags dramatically. We ended up trading off nights in bed with the other one using the couches as a make shift bed. One person slept fine in teh bed, but with two you both end up feeling like you are trappped.
Too bad, but this is a significant enough issue that we cannot recommend the apartment. If the bed were replaced we would be willing to stay there again.
Paris Address is a great service. They never missed a beat on the rental process. We would definately use them again.

Stayed in this apartment for one week in late May.
Location is amazing, a block from Deux Magots and great patisseries nearby. But for the price, I found the apartment rather disappointing. There was a mite trap hanging in the closet and we kept seeing little bugs. The bugs weren't a huge issue but it made us afraid to leave the window open which meant we were smelling the chemicals from the mite traps. Very overpowering when you walked in.
Building is a little scary with courtyard that seemed to suggest that the building was being held up by a couple of beams rigged across the courtyard. First night I was woken up by the building shaking and thinking that it was going to come down on us.
Bed was not a king, barely a double bed. Kitchen very basic. I would never cook there but fridge was handy, as was the free wifi. Bathroom was very efficient - so small that you could brush your teeth and shower at the same time!
Probably slamming this place too hard since I know it's hard to find anything decent in Paris without paying a mint but it did feel a little pricey for what you got.
On the positive side, person who met us was pleasant and building was quiet for the majority of
nights.
I would probably not stay here again as I would pay as much for a hotel and I would give up the fridge for better conditions. But still had a great week in Paris!!!

A wonderful apartment in the heart of St. Germain, walking distance to the Seine, le Bon Marche, Notre Dame, Montmarte. For your basics there is a Monoprix around the corner and you are close to Poilane bakery and Bourcherie Rouliere. You're also right by the St. Germain and Mabillion stations for easy Metro travel. Lastly, take a stroll over to the Jardins Luxembourg for a picnic!
This is a perfect apartment for a couple, the kitchen is small but fully equipped (even with an espresso maker!). The service at Paris Address was top notch -- friendly but professional, definitely the best of the agencies with which we contracted during our most recent Europe trip. I would stay with Paris Address (and maybe even at this apartment) again.

The service from Paris Address was very good, efficient, responsive and thoroughly professional – from the initial enquiry, through to booking, payment method, confirmations, and meeting us at the apartment on arrival. I would certainly be very happy to use Paris Address again and to recommend it to friends.
BEPA5 is extremely well located, close to metro stations, Monoprix supermarket, food shops, boutiques, art galleries etc.
The condition of the building itself was a bit of a shock! But once you got into the apartment, the apartment itself was clean, the heating was good (especially important on any sub-zero days and nights), good hot water pressure. Bedlinen and towels clean and extra supplies/replacements delivered promptly. Which are all the essentials!
Décor simple and clean (and minimalist), although a couple of simple black and white photos on the wall would have been a nice touch. Bedroom was spacious, by Parisian standards. Facing internal courtyard, so was very quiet.
Kitchen itself was very small (understandably for Paris) but also rather basic. Perfectly fine if you did not wish to cook at all. Would be just adequate if you cooked very occasionally and kept it very simple (i.e. don’t expect the utensils, mixing bowls, baking dishes etc that one might be used to having in one’s own kitchen).
Wireless internet facility was a plus – when we booked, we hadn’t known it was available in the apartment, so didn’t bring my laptop with me. Might be useful to advertise and include that in list of features for the apartment.
Telephone – handy to be able to make local calls for no extra charge. But a minor glitch with phone not working – it took about a week to get fixed – and finally, it was discovered that the phone number was the wrong number

Our experience at this apartment was, for the most part very good. The best thing about it was the location. The area is a great place to explore. It has so many excellent places to eat day and night and some amazing shops.
Everyone we communicated with from Parisaddress, either via email or in person were very friendly and helpful. Of course the fact they spoke english was a huge help for us!
The apartment itself was clean, quiet, cozy and in good repair. We found the kitchen and bathroom very small but realize this is probably just because we are used to "Canadian" sized rooms ;)
Although the apartment unit itself was in good repair we were suprised at what we thought to be the poor condition of the building itself. There appeared to be some kind of brace that was holding up the central part of the building. We also noticed, among other things, the ceiling was gone in the entrance lobby. Again, being from Canada we are not used to such old buildings and realize this might be quite normal for Europe. But it did concern us a little bit.
Having said all that I would most definately recommend parisaddress apartments to anyone and hope to do so again myself one day :)

We had a lovely stay in the apartment, it was very well located, near all the best shops in St Germain. Would definately stay there again and recommend it to others.
It was great to have our own kitchen to cook in and the wireless internet in the apartment.
The only problem we had was that the phone didn't work, it seemed to have flat batteries that we couldn't charge. But that wasn't a huge issue.

We stayed in this apartment for a week from xmas to new years. It is in a perfect location. The apartment was clean, bed very comfortable, and everything we possibly needed was there. Vesna was delightful, explaining everything, and also arrange for a wonderful taxidriver to return us to the airport for our departure. We definately would stay there again. Thank you to all!

I stayed in this apartment for four weeks, so I became quite well acquainted with the apartment and the quartier. The location is superb--in the heart of beautiful St.-Germain, just a stone's throw from Monoprix (small but very well-supplied grocery/dry goods store)and a metro stop; within easy walking distance of so many of the city's loveliest places.
The agency's service was excellent: Vesna charmingly welcomed me at the apartment (and waited for me despite my unexpected delay in getting
there!); she also came by the next day when I was unable to get the stove to work (The gas had not been turned on). Several days later when I inadvertently locked myself out of the apartment on a Saturday, someone from ParisAddress promptly returned my call for help. Thank you so much; this kind of service is very much appreciated by jet-lagged travelers whose French may not be fluent!
The apartment itself is pleasant, clean, modernized and simply but nicely furnished; the tub-plus-shower was a welcome luxury.
A couple of suggestions: I do think it would be quite helpful if the tipping shelf over the bathroom sink could be
straightened. Also, replacing the cracked tiles next to the kitchen sink would make the small but complete kitchen just about perfect.
Merci a ParisAddress et a la proprietaire pour un sejour tres agreable!

Apartment was great and ParisAddress did everything OK.
Three things I could say about the apartment:
1. Very close to the subway station.
2. There's a supermarket just a few steps from the apartment.
3. It's small but really nice and has everything you need.

This apartment is great for two people. The location is awesome! There are two Metro stations near by, plenty of stores and eateries. We loved that Monoprix (grocery, food, wine) is just around the block. The convenience is unbeatable! If you're looking for luxury, this apartment is not for you. It is homey, cozy & very artsy. It is definitely not pretentious, which we LOVED.
Fabien met us at the apartment upon our arrival. He was very friendly and gave us a great overview of the apt. He helped us set up our laptop & demonstrated how to use all the appliances. That morning, we asked Fabien to arrange a taxi to take us to CDG airport for our return. He took care of it. I nicknamed him 'Fabien the Fabulous'. By the way, the taxi driver turned out to be so nice too. He literally took us in to the airport and find out our gate number & made sure we got our tax forms stamped/mailed.
We would definitely rent from Parisaddress again. Thanks for the great service! It added so much to our wonderful vacation in Paris! (Our stay-Dec 23-Jan 1, 2008)

We enjoyed our stay in this apt. It was well equipped and had a homey feel. the location is ideal. We wory that it might be too hot in summer, but would definitely stay there again. Two small issues:
1. The shelf in the bathroom is loose and sags.
2. Either the oven does not work or I can't figure out how to turn it on.
Otherwise, we had a very pleasant stay.

We were thrilled with the location of this apartment. The grocery was right around the corner and the metro (St.Germaine Des-pres stop) just across the street with a wonderful crapprie right at the exit of the metro for a yummy treat morning or night.
Frederick met us at the apartment and really took nice care of us, explaining everything. He wanted to make sure we were well taken care of, showing us every detail of the apartment.
There were plenty of great places to eat and shop all within two blocks.
The apartment itself was just fine and comfortable. The three flights of stairs were not bad at all, it really was kinda fun and after all the walking you do in Paris what is a few more steps. We slept well and really felt the apartment was just right for us. 2adults 1 child.
Garden Luxemburg is just down a few blocks and lovely...
A nice place, a great location would stay here again on our next visit.
