BEAUMARCH Apartment
I had 29 nights in this lovely apartment.A very safe area with all the conveniences.A mini supermarket next door ,cafe and restaurants only doors away.Metro and RER all very close by. This is the centre of Paris so in easy walking distance to all sights. The apartment has all the noise of any apartment block but no noise from out side except the bells of Notre Dame. Its is clean and well appointed, very comfy bed , lots of storage, and looks just like the photos. Will stay again. Thanks

I've rented from Parisaddress several times, and have always been impressed by the accuracy of their apartment descriptions and their impeccable service. This time was no exception: Amine was immensely helpful in showing me how everything worked and getting me settled in. As for the apartment: Yes, the furnishings are basic. But the bed was extremely comfortable, and the apartment was eminently livable. It offers a compact but nicely equipped kitchen, plenty of storage room (lots of shelves and an ample closet), and a well-designed bathroom that makes the most of its space. A big plus: You may hear your neighbors during the day but after about 10 – 11 p.m., the building is entirely silent. In fact I must say I was surprised by how quiet it was, given the throngs of tourists just one block away. All told, I found this apartment very cozy and welcoming, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it or rent it again. Merci infiniment, Parisaddress !

If I were not a nice person, I would say that this is a horrible place, just to make sure it was free the next time I wanted to stay there! But I am a nice person, so I will say that it was very nice indeed--not at all "chic" in decor but plain, simple, clean, comfortable, great for one person, and everything functioned perfectly -- bathroom, kitchen, WiFi. The location is very convenient, the neighborhood congenial, and the one flight of stairs not difficult to navigate for an able-bodied person. And the management was most helpful and accommodating.

Excellent location. Walked almost everywhere from CHANOI16 – Latin Quarter, St. Sulpice, Louvre. Great having a kitchen as eating breakfast and other meals in kept down the expense of eating out. It might be a bit noisy in the summer facing the interior courtyard and people emptying their trash. Bed was comfortable but heavy to put up and pull down. I just ended up leaving it down.

My wife and I just had a very enjoyable 16 night stay at CHANOI16.
The unit was very central, just around the corner from Notre Dame, and within a short walk of restaurants, 3 Metro stations, bus services, and virtually all that Paris has to offer. And that’s plenty!
The unit itself was basic, but included everything we needed: cooking facilities, washing machine, large refrigerator, a comfortable bed, and a pleasant courtyard outlook. Eight of the 300-odd television stations were in English, and the wifi was very welcome for keeping in touch.
One of the best features of this booking was the detailed instructions provided for entry into the unit on a Saturday afternoon. An appointment was set with the agent who was to meet us there, and all went to plan.
There is even a small supermarket next door to obtain supplies.
Thank you for the well managed organisation that ensures that your services are provided to such a high standard.
Sincerely, Jim and Dale Nuttall, Albury 2640, Australia

My husband and I spent a fantastic week in June in CHANOI16, this delightful, well appointed studio apartment. It is in close proximity and therefore walking distance or Met, to any where you wish . It is amazingly quiet and private considering the location. We loved the very Parisien french doors, which when open, allowed us to listen to the fantastic chiming of the bells of Notre Dame. When closed, complete quiet! We never ceased to be amazed how when we walked through the lovely old wooden doors of the court yard, we were amongst the bustle of Paris. Our thorough orientation to the apartment was conducted by a very pleasant young woman. Nothing was too much trouble. Liam promptly answered emails and solved problems. We recommend youragency to any one, with out hesitation.

My wife and I stayed at 16 Rue Chanoinesse in June 2012. We were most impressed with all aspects of our stay. The gentleman handling the handover was comprehensive and knowledgeable. The position is fantastic. The apartment is clean, very well set up and has excellent wifi service. Strongly recommended!!

The Apartment is charming and in an excellent location. The apartment however, needs better lighting for reading, for example. A tube light above the kitchen sink would be very helpful, and as I said, proper reading light for the living space.

we stayed at 16 rue Chanionesse for 5 nights in may, 2011. the location of the apartment is superb- within a few minutes you can find yourself in the latin quarter or alternatively marais if you turn the other way. close to st michael's station its possible to get to any part of Paris or even go straight to Versailles for the day. in the evenings when the tourists clear out its lovely to stroll around Notre Dame and its gardens as the bells toll.
this is relatively small apartment is perfect for 2 people. throughout the day the rooms are sunny and light-filled. the bathroom and kitchen are compactbut well equipped.

We stayed in the flat during the last week of May. It was a perfect locale. Easy to get to EVERYTHING and very quiet. THe bed was very comfortable and had many pleasant nights sleep. All in all, I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Oh, and you get to listen to the bells of Notre Dame!!!!

We stayed in the apartment over easter weekend. It proved to be a welcome retreat from the crowds around Notre Dame. Beautifully central, so we walked all the time, easy to get to all the main haunts. The apartment met all our needs. Good to have a full oven as we cooked for ourselves most of the time. A very peaceful, light and airy place, nicely done out.
The company Paris Address was efficient and responsive, providing excellent orientation and introduction on arrival.

We stayed for 10 days in Paris at november 2009 and Chanoi 16 apartment is perfect for all. The apartment is renovated and the local is a few steps from Notre Dame. We hope to come back another times and to stay at Chanoi 16.

The location of this apartment was perfect for us, on a quiet street, yet in the centre of Paris and very near Notre Dame Cathedral; (we could hear the bells). We could walk almost everywhere: the Louvre and Cluny museums, and the Marais district. Exploring the two islands, Île de la Cité and Île St. Louis, provided endless interest. At a pre-arranged arrival time, we were met by a very pleasant young woman who gave us a thorough orientation to the apartment and its amenities. The apartment itself, located just up a very short flight of stairs, was a pleasant surprise, as it had been recently renovated, was sparkling clean, and had all of the conveniences and appliances that one would hope to find in a well-equipped apartment. Three large floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the small courtyard provided a light and airy feel to this compact studio apartment. We particularly appreciated the lack of street noise and privacy, nor could we hear any noise from the apartments in the same building. A small convenience store just next door at street-level supplied all of our basic needs. We would certainly like to stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Loved it! Felt like a real "parisis". Perfect location, quiet, safe, nice IKEA decoration. Really worth the price. The only thing missing is a view of Paris, but for that there are about one zilion places in the city.

I stayed in this wonderful apartment by myself whilst doing research. It was perfect for a single or couple because of its great central location and access to all the wonderful shops and restaurants on the Île Saint-Louis. it had all the amenities needed for a great stay in Paris.

My partner and I stay at rue Chanoinesse during the Rugby World Cup. We loved being woken up to the bells of Notre Dame at 8am weekdays and 9am on the weekends. It was a perfect central location - 5 minutes to the Latin Quarter, St Germain & Le Marais. On previous visits I'd always stayed in St Germain but think that the Ile de la Cite is a better location due to its centrality and is so close to about 8 metro stations & a range of metro lines. The apartment was nice and on a quiet side street, despite being so close the busy landmark of Notre Dame. We were never woken by people or traffic. An added bonus was the very cute Biker Gendarmes right next door kitted out in knee high boots and jackets - very cool & made for a very safe neighbourhood. The bathroom and kitchen were nicely fitted and modern. My only complain was the poor quality of the cotton sheets and the dacron pillows and duvet I would improve the place by having high quality thread count cotton sheets, down pillows and duvets.
Other than that the place was perfect - convenient, clean and reasonably priced.

The organization is faultless. Everything was perfectly and easily arranged. The location could not have been better. The apt. can bi defined as cozy, functional, quite.
Simply perfect.

I stayed at 16, rue Chanionesse for about 3 weeks in June 2007. It was an absolutely perfect location. Even though there were tourists abound one block over at Notre Dame, I felt that I was tucked away in my own private Paris. It is a great place for two guests, with a very nice kitchen and bath - newly renovated. I would highly recommend this apartment.
