BEAUMARCH Apartment
I spent eight nights at 68 Rue Saint Dominique, and I loved it. The location is perfect, near shops, a lovely view from the street of the Eiffel Tower and proxmimity to the Metro. I felt I was living in Paris. The apartment had everything I needed, from a clothes washing machine and dryer, to a telephone I could use at no charge to make international as well as local calls. I hope that next time I go to Paris I can use this apartment. The organization was very well organized such that Joel who met me and showed me the apartment had everything covered, and I did not need to contact the company during my stay.

We spent five days in you apartment at Domi68 at the end of June. The small studio was as promised and we enjoyed our stay very much.

I was very happy with the apartment at 68 rue St. Dominique. It was an excellent location, easy walk to metro and just above a very lively street. However, no noise at night thanks to the double pained windows! Everything worked well and fully met my expectations. The only suggestion I would make is that Parisaddress allow a little more time for client arrival from the airport. I have been to Paris many times and know my way around. Nonetheless, it was a struggle to make the meeting time at the apartment which was 2 hours after arrival at CDG airport. Overall, Parisaddress did an excellent job and I would not hesitate to stay with them again!!

The apartment was compact but very efficient and clean. The location was great, with many groceries, restaurants, and bakeries close by. The double paned windows really kept the noise out. All in all, it was a very nice, cozy, well located apartment. We gave it a thumbs up.

This apartment at 68 rue Saint Dominique was ideal. Its location, the size, the amenities - it met all of our needs. Plus, for a family of four adults, it was affordable. We felt completely immersed in the local Parisian life. Over the week, we were able to easily navigate the neighborhood (and the city) and enjoy all the delights, both culinary and cultural. With a fully equipped kitchen,we opted to have breakfasts and a few dinners 'at home', plus pack great picnics to take on the road - a real budget saver! We couldn't have been more pleased with the apartment and the service. Thank you!

This apartment is in a great location! Rue St-Dominique is a lively, dynamic street, and the metro is only a 5-minute walk. Everything you need is very close by: grocery store, wine/spirits shop, patisseries, rue Cler, Eiffel Tower. There was even a cool Irish Pub across the street where we would have a late-night drink and watch rugby.
The apartment itself was great for our one-month stay. The double-paned windows kept out the street noise very well. Be warned, though, there is no elevator. If you have mobility issues, you may want to consider renting another place. Also, there is no air conditioning. The small fan provided adequate coolness after a hot day, but again, if this is an issue, you may want to consider renting another unit. Others posts mentioned the smallness of the kitchen. We didn't find this an issue. The kitchen worked great for those times we felt like eating in.
As for Paris Address, the service was top-notch and hassle-free. We really liked how we could make all payments online. If we had a question, they were very prompt at getting back to us (within 24 hours). We met their rep at the apartment where he showed us how to operate the WIFI, washer, dryer, and other amenities-this went off without a hitch. We will definitely be renting again from Paris Address.

Our family of three stayed at 68 Rue St. Dominique for 5 nights in June 2011. Overall we had a good experience. The location is very good and feels like a parisan neighborhood instead a busy tourist trap. There is a bakery downstairs where every morning we picked up our chocolate croissants for breakfast and barguette for dinner. There is a Carrefour supermarket just 5 minutes down the street where we bought some wine and groceries. Metro is only 10 minutes walk. The apartment is a bit on the small side especially the kitchen, and is a bit out-dated and may need some renovating. The floor was a bit dirty when we arrived and we found previous tenant's boot, clutch and hair claw underneath the sofa among some dust bunnies. The apartment really needed to be cleaned more thoroughly. We had some problems with the door lock on day 1 and we couldn't get in. We called Parisaddress and had to wait more than an hour for their representative to show up, but they hired a locksmith right away and had the lock fixed. For the rest of our stays, we didn't have any problems. Parisaddress was nice enough to let us stored our luggages in their office on our last day before our departure to London.

We stayed with our daughter at 68 Rue St. Dominique and loved it! The location was great for accessing public transportation and the grocery store as well as the bakery on the street were outstanding. We will be back.

My wife and I stayed in the 68 rue St. Dominique for our honeymoon in Paris. The Parisaddress staff was terrific, arranging our pick up and drop off at the airport, meeting us at the apartment and explaining the workings of the apartment (including setting up the internet connection for my laptop). The apartment is ideally located in a very nice area, close to a metro station. There is a close grocery store, lots of local places to eat, and shopping near. I would love to stay in the same apartment again. The only "negative" thing, is the size and utility of the kitchen. It is so small as to not be particularly functional as a kitchen. You can heat things up, but cooking in that little kitchen is not going to be that easy. But it mattered not, as you are in Paris and have so much to do and see, and so many places and things to eat, that cooking in your apartment becomes moot. I loved the place and had a great experience.

Our family of four (parents and two teenage daughters) stayed at 68 rue Dominique for a week in early July 2oo8. The apartment was wonderful (the photos capture its charm perfectly) and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and crisp, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the bathroom was clean. They have added a small dining table and chairs since the site photos were taken. We used the dishwasher, the washer/dryer, and the DVD player without problem. There are large storage shelves and cupboards.
We loved opening the big windows to watch Paris life below; the sidewalk being swept in the early morning, people picking up a baguette from La Boulangerie Julien (excellent!), and the Eiffel Tower twinkling at night down the street.
With the living room windows closed tight, the sidewalk noise was buffered, and with the bathroom window open and the small fan going, the apartment was cool at night.
It was a short walk to many Metro stations, rue Cler, many great cafes, and shops. It was a quick ride on the Metro to anywhere in the city and we always felt safe returning after midnight.
The ParisAddress team (Xavier, Fabien, Yohan) were great! They were very helpful online, and quickly solved the problem of no sheets in the apartment when we arrived.
We waited outside on the sidewalk when we first arrived, leaving a cell message, wondering if we were in the right place or how to get in without a code, before Yohan came down from the apartment. Perhaps a plan to connect more quickly upon arrival would be reassuring.
The website is very clear, and we love that apartments can be rented for less than one full week.
We will definitely use ParisAddress again the next time we are in Paris.
Thanks again,
Tracy and family

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at DOMI68. Everyone from your staff were friendly, courteous and very reliable. We encountered two difficult issues with the apartment during our stay, and your staff provided immediate service in both instances, even though one of them occurred over the weekend. Providing that type of service in the apartment gave us the feeling we were in an expensive hotel and had access to an entire staff of service personnel.
The Taxi Service we arranged through you was superb. The personnel were equally pleasant, courteous and reliable and provided first class service to and from the airport.
The amenities within the apartment, and especially the washer and dryer, made our stay seem like home.
The apartment is in a perfect location to allow easy access to groceries, dining, entertainment, and transportation throughout the city. It provides great access to sights within walking distance as well. Though the street is busy, noisy, and bustling with locals, the vinyl, insulated windows provided perfect quiet. The building security also provided us with a good feeling of comfort.
We will use your service again when we return to Paris, and we have already recommended your service to others. Thank you.

The accomodation @ 68 rue Saint Dominique was perfect for our family of three. The location was convenient to all amenities including grocery, subway, main tourist attractions, pedestrian street w/restaurants and shops (rue St.Cler)etc. We truly felt like we were immersed in French culture as the neighbourhood was bustling with locals going about their everyday life. The information book left in the apartment,by its owner, was very thorough and offered many time saving, money saving tips. Paris Address service was good although, our directions to meet our contact clearly stated that he would meet us on the street, in front of the apartment. He was waiting inside for us and we had no way of gaining entry to the apartment or knowing that he had arrived. Much time was wasted trying to contact him on his cell phone and we were only sucessful in leaving messages to indicate we were outside of the apartment. Also it would be helpful to know that there is or is not a computer on site, if internet service is indicated as available. People traveling for pleasure are not likely to be bringing along a laptop. All things considered...we would use this service again over a hotel stay anyday!

We really enjoyed the apartment at 68 rue Saint Dominique. What a fantastic neighborhood! Two minutes from Rue St Cler, and a fun little pub right across the street. The apartment had everything we needed to feel at home, and what an excellent bargain. Our friends staying in hotels paid twice as much and had half the room and comfort. Thanks so much for the great service too! We'll come back again and again!
