We found this apartment to be very convenient for our Paris holiday as it is within walking distance of all central Paris attractions, 5 mins to Pompidou Centre, 15 mins to the Seine and 30 mins to the Louvre. I agree with other comments that there is some maintenance needed, but apart from that quite comfortable.

This apartment was pretty much as is described on the website. Very cosy with everything we needed for our 12 day stay. The location was great for us as we wanted to get out and walk everywhere so as to soak up the city. The metro was a short walk (for those who want to use it). It's perfect for a length of stay as ours, but any longer and you might want to find a bigger apartment.
The apartment itself was more than adequate for us but was in need of a little TLC.
Our only concern were of our 'careless' neighbours who had a passion for 'SLAMMING' their door upon entering and exiting their apartment, every time no matter what time of night or day. This action sent us jumping on every occasion.
Still, overall we would recommend this unit for renting and we will be using Paris Address for our next stay in Paris later this year.

It is a very good place for a stay in Paris. The situation is great, the appartment is really quite and big enough for 2 persons. I would recommend this appartment

It's a very nice studio, in a very quiet street and very well located.
It's needing a little more care if we talk about the windows (one of them we couldn't open. There's a special and unforgetable patisserie almost in front of the building!
Cheers! Special for a couple!

Location is within walking distance to most everything. However, most days the narrow, quaint street was cluttered with boxes from the Chinese distributers. The street feels more like being in a city in China than Paris. The upstairs neighbor is very noisy, dragging a chair across wooden floor, early morning and night. Apartment needs to be updated and a few minor repairs, like broken toilet seat and bathroom mirror. It also could have been cleaner. Sheets and linens were of good quality. Wouldn't stay there again but would use Parisaddress again.

We stayed at 35 GRAV for a week in May and found the location excellent, close to 2 metro stops and within walking distance to Les Halles which made the RERB cheap and easy from the airport. Our favorite feature was the washer/dryer. The apartment needs some RECYCLING facilities. A fan would be nice as there was little circulation in the studio apartment. We would stay here again and recommend parisaddress.com to anyone.

We stayed at this apartment for a little less than a week in November 2008. The apartment was well appointed, quiet and quite pleasant. I would certainly consider staying there again.

I found this apartment to be ok. It needs a bit of tender love and care to bring it up to date, ie curtains on the windows, fix the broken glass on the sliding door in the bathroom, the shower rail in the bathroom is about to fall down, a mat in the bathtub to stop the possibility of slipping, some of the taps need a bit of maintenance and I think this apartment would be very hot in summer time. But it was a great size and far more comfortable than a single room in a hotel.
On the plus side, the bed was great, plenty of towels and apartment reasonably quiet at night, though the upstairs neighbour was pretty noisy, would love to know what he was doing up there? Good value for the money.
Location - very good close to Metro and food shops just up and around the corner and I found a really great restaurant which I visited 3 times whilst there. There are some great museums not far, however, it should be noted by anyone interested that the Picasso Museum is shut until 2012.
Paris Address staff fabulous. Showed me around the apartment and told me how to use everything.
Had a bit of fun with the key also, could not get door open one night for about 15 minutes and then thank goodness it worked. You have to pull door towards you after second turn of the key.
The area is a bit strange - but I work out that this is where all the handbags coming in from China are being distributed to the various stores, though I could not work out the connection with the Africans buying great bags of bags. Puzzling, but made for interesting speculation.
I would use Paris Address again, but not necessarily this apartment. Would try another area.
Love Paris and thanks for the whole week of fine weather.

We recently stayed for one month at this unit. It most updated than we anticipated, some malfunctions (Technician dropped by but nothing was fixed), no appliances instruction, but we've managed. We didn't use the kitchen as much as we planned; smaller than the bathroom :). Yeah, good size bathroom, I think some remodeling needed to take advantage of the closet space. Service responses to our inquires were slow or sometimes none. We have to figure out the closest Children’s Hospital in an emergency. Another point that we didn’t anticipated, we’re Asian, and the building is surrounded by Asian restaurants & groceries, not the best but convenience, though we only used a few times. And lots bag stores. Overall, quiet, great location. I think we have quiet neighbors because we can hear ourselves from the bottom of the stairs but the neighbor’s steps once a while. We would stay here again if we’re in Paris, but smoking rule needs to be expanded like no smoking within 25 feet of public places, like in America. We suffered when we stepped out of the unit. No place to hide from the downwind, so we ended up taking the Metro more, rather walk the beautiful streets of Paris. Also, how does one find these postings before renting any way?

We've stayed for just 3 days in this apartement. The location is great, you can walk easily to the center or take the metro, which is very close. We didn't have problems with the Wi-fi and cable, it was perfect. The service was again good (we've rented more than once with parisaddress). All others talk about a quiet apartment, we don't agree. The neighboors upstairs made a lot of noise and the neighboor next to the bathroom complained that we made to much noise with using the toilet, ?!. The service, apartment and location were great but next time we will choose another apart, sorry, but with thanks to the next door neighboor.

We stayed at GRAV35 for a week this August and had a great experience. The flat is nicely decorated, very quiet and conveniently located for public transport. The only letdown, so to speak, was the fact that this part of Marais seems to have become a sort of Chinatown and every time we walked out of the front door it didn't seem at all like we were in Paris. Rather unfortunate but, of course, this has nothing to do with Parisaddress.

We had a great time at 35 Gravillier! We were there for 16 days. The apartment is in the perfect location - we walked everywhere. We ate in for most dinners which was a real money-saver and there were two great market streets close by - Rambuteau and Bretagne - where we bought the best food. The Patisserie was right across the street so we could easily buy baguettes every morning for our lunches. The apartment was the perfect size for two people. The bathroom was large and the shower was so great. Having laundry made life so much easier. The only glitch we had was with the key and lock. We were convinced we were locked out, but once you know the trick (pull the door towards you when you turn the key) it was fine. Having cable was nice so we could check the weather and keep up on the news. We also bought some cheap DVDs and watched them on the DVD player on a couple of nights when we wanted to stay in. The parisaddress staff were very pleasant and although it was expensive, we arranged for a pick-up from the airport. We then just took the Metro and RER to the airport when we flew home.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment and I know we'll be back again.

We stayed in the GRAV35 apartment for almost 5 days. It is a
pleasant, quiet apartment located close to the Metro. We loved our stay here. But, We couldn't get the satellite to work for the television.

Some additional comments. The bed linens and towels supplied were great. I really appreciated the quality of the sheets.

The apartment is well equipped with amenities, I really found the washing machine, iron and ironing board to be useful. The service from the agency was great, very responsive and helpful. It was hot, so we requested a fan and it was delivered the next day. Very close to the metro, bakery/patisserie and also good supermarket - Monoprix. This is a perfect location for young or young at heart people.

We stayed in the GRAV35 apartment for almost two weeks. It is a
pleasant, quiet apartment located close to the Metro. The bathroom and kitchen have been remodeled and are very nice. It was a cozy, convenient place for two people or a family with a small child. There were some extra amenities like a hair dryer and ironing board and iron. We liked the close proximity of a patisserie and a boucherie. We couldn't get the satellite to work
for the television but the radio was a welcome addition. The apartment is a fair price and we will recommend it to our friends.

This is a lovely apartment in a great central location. The bathroom is really big and clean. We loved our stay here.

This apartment is perfect for two people, or three or even four if you are close friends. The bathroom is a really excellent size for a small Paris apartment, with a large bath and a showerhead. The kitchen was well appointed, and for those Americans renting this in the future, there is a drip coffee pot you will understand and that makes great coffee. We never managed to get the Satellite TV to work, but I think that may have been user error :) We drank wine and played games instead when we were in at night. This apartment is bigger than any hotel room you could get for the same price in Paris, as they tend to run small, and the price is very fair. A few very minor conveniences were missing, such as a dustpan, sweeping brush and a collander, but these were pretty easy to live without. The only thing we really wished for were some good fluffy pillows, the pillows were rather hard feather ones. Overall, five stars, highly reccomended! You can save a lot of money by eating cheaply in an apartment rather than going out everyday. We loved the apartment and had a fantastic time on this trip to Paris. We will surely rent with Paris Address in the future, since we like the security and convenience of paying with credit card, and the young man who met us at the apartment was friendly and very helpful.

GRAV35 is a great little apartment. Perfect location super close to the Pompidou and the Marais. Bathroom is nice for an apartment of this size in Paris.
