BEAUMARCH Apartment
We stayed at the apartment during September and the service from the time we made the booking to our return to Australia and this feedback form were fantastic. We have used other apartment websites for Paris and www.parisadress.com has been the best.
The check in/contact was easy and quick. The apartment suited our needs perfectly.
The area is great fun and is perfectly located to walk everywhere.
There is a bus stop right opposite that takes you straight into town.
This is our Paris address from now on! We visit every year in September for work and we couldn't wish for a better address.
Thank you!

We stayed at 38 rue de Turenne for six weeks. The apartment is spacious, the bed and couches comfortable. The location, near Place des Vosges, is convenient to cafes, restaurants, clothing and food stores. The kitchen area was not as well-equipped as other apartments we have stayed in. The drawback was that the apartment is on the second floor, facing a noisy sidestreet where many motorcyles park. As the weather was quite warm, we had to keep the windows open, so that the living room was noisy day and evening. However, the bedroom, located over an air shaft, was quiet during the night. The agency personnel were very helpful and supplied us with fans (but no shopping caddy.) The elevator was in good working order during our stay.

Really well located apartment - close to the sights, supermarkets and transport. Agree not as schmicky as the photographs, but very comfortable, airy and clean. Getting access to the apartment was trouble free (I'd been a bit worried about this as I have no mobile phone and was on my own with 2 young children).

Great apartment in a great location. Close enough to the Metro, supermarket and too close to the Royal Bar on the corner. The Parisaddress booking service worked very well. Thanks.

The apartment is in a wonderful location for strolling around a chic upmarket area of Paris and beyond. The layout is comfortable and so was the matress and bedding. We had requested a sofabed but it looked so rickety we did not bother to even try it and used the other sofa instead. The apartment is quiet and pretty and has a good bathroom which is new and clean. It could do with a lick of paint and some new utensils, glasses and crockery in the kitchen.
The service from ParisAddress was excellent and we were conveniently met at the airport and taken back through their own taxi service.
Can I suggest that the information for visitors in the apartment has some information about nearby shops such as the supermarket just around the corner, and possibly restaurants? There are excellent facilities close by but we did not know about them and they took sometime to find.
Overall, an excellent place to stay.

My husband and infant baby stayed in this apartment in January 2010 and it was the perfect setup for a family with a small child. The apartment is well-equipped and close to grocery stores, shopping, museums and restaurants. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The service from ParisAddress was exceptional. They put a crib in the apartment and Fabian gave us some restaurant recommendations which were very family friendly. We look forward to our next stay with ParisAddress.

About this comment, the apartment is actually in the 4th district, 5 minutes walking from Place des Vosges, which is the heart of the Marias and not at all in the 11th district.

Great location, but this apartment is not in the Marais, it's in the 11th. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped, however I would have liked a functioning iron and ironing board. I would recommend this apartment and will book with Paris Address again in the future.

This apartment is in a fabulous location in the Marais. We loved its proximity to St. James metro and the cafes and shops in that area. There is a boulangerie just steps from the door. The Marais is, in our opinion, the perfect place to stay in Paris.
Axelle was helpful at check in and met us at the apartment. The apartment was clean with an updated bath. The open kitchen and living room combination with the big windows gave it a nice, open feeling. We had no problem with the TV access but found the wi-fi to be very slow. The refrigerator did not seem to work well and an email to ParisAddress about this during our stay went unanswered. The combination washer/dryer is ridiculous as it really cannot dry anything! The bedroom is small but the bedding is very comfortable and the room has a good cabinet for storage. The apartment owners should replace one of the pieces of furniture in the living room as it was unsuitable to sit on. The kitchen was lacking baking dishes but had enough plates, glasses and silverware.
I think the apartment is a bit expensive for what it delivers, but, it is was good enough and truly in a great location. With a few upgrades, if the owner is inclined, it could be an wonderful experience to stay in.

The service from ParisAddress is second to none. We were picked up at the airport by pre-ordered cab through ParisAddress. We were met at the apartment by ParisAddress who had made sure the apartment was heated (we arrived late December). The apartment was clean and well-equipped. Upon departure we picked-up on time by cab - again ordered through ParisAddress.
The only flaw is the twin bed in the living room. It is not suited for people weighing more than 30 kg. We had to place a duve under the so-called matress.
All in all - we will use ParisAddress the next time we're in Paris.

We originally booked a bed and breakfast in The Marais section of Paris in late August only to find that it was a scam and we lost our deposit and had no place to stay. This occurred the night before we were to leave for Paris. I found ParisAddress and called them in a panic. They immediately called back and made several suggestions. They were extremely professional and helpful. We decided on the apartment at 38 Rue de Turenne. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped. It was centrally located and we had our choice of restaurants, museums, shops and sights all within walking distance. We loved everything about it and will return next year. I will only use ParisAddress since they were so kind and compassionate to us. Everything was as represented and we were welcomed and made to feel at home. Great company!! We enjoyed wine, bread and cheese each evening in the apartment before we dined out. So nice to have a washer/dryer in the apartment.

We thought this apartment was great. It was very clean and quiet. It was even prettier than the photos. The location was perfect for walking, shopping and dining out. We always felt safe, even when out in the evening with our two young children. When we return to paris, we would love to stay here again.

Wonderful apartment in a great location in Le Marais. Plenty of room for 4 people. Beds are a little small for tall people, but the bathroom is very nice. Axel was a great help in getting situated. Overall, a nice place in a great neighborhood.

This was a lovely apartment, and the check in was good with friendly Fabien. Fantastic area, with loads of stuff in walking distance. Velib rental bikes also excellent, and dirt cheap. Having one set of keys for 4 people wasn't too good, and I'd suggest getting another set cut.

Paris Address provided an excellent service. When we booked and paid for an apartment only later to find that the landlord cancelled our reservation, Paris Address made a concerted effort to find us another apartment. The apartment they suggested was better than the original one and located in our preferred area: Le Marais. They also organised for a taxi pick up from Gare du Nord upon my request. I highly recommend Paris Address!

I highly recommend the apartment. It is beautifully spacious, clean, with all mod cons. It is close to everything, including metro, with very few tourists about.

First time we used ParisAddress, and it was a cinch. Quick responses and courteous staff. The apartment suited our needs very well (we're a family of 5). Las Marais is a wonderful part of Paris void of the big Hausmannian boulevards. The quaint, the gay, the chick, the delicious, the music, the jewish, the high-end studenty... a great mix in a very relaxing atmosphere. On Rue de Rivoli, Paul and Miss Manon were delicious stops in the morning, and the sushi and the argentine bodega downstairs are both great for a quick take-away dinner. The rent-a-bike system in Paris is a smart move that makes a the city even more manageable. When can I go back?!?

This was a wonderful apartment. We had a great stay. Just walking around Marais is a pleasure, but we were also very close to everything. The area was safe and wonderful with children. The staff was very helpful. The aprtment was clean and well stocked. We would love to go back.

What a wonderful place to stay! Great location. Windows open to a very cute street. Near all of the Gay life and the Jewish life. Excellent access to transportation. Bathroom very modern. Bathtub a bit high to step into if you are small or have mobility problems. Noisy in the bedroom when it rains. Staff very friendly. We tried out all the boulangeries in the neighborhood - found Paul's to be the best.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Central but quiet with everything you need. Would like airconditioning if we stayed in the summer. Good location with a 5-10 minute walk to nearby metro station. Metro in Paris is fantastic. Staff were professional and helpful in all dealings and we would certainly utilise the service again.

Very recommended apartment. The neighbourhood is covered with restaurants and nighlife (It´s a gay area). The apartment is as picture and everything was clean and everything (TV cable plasma, washing-dry machine, blankets, sheets, etc)worked. Very well located.

Very clean and quiet apartment. Convenient for shopping, eating out. (A bit far from a metro station)

Staff was helpful. Dealt with several minor issues immediately. Apartment is not as nice as pictures but ok. Seemed smaller than pictures. Great location for metro, restaurants, cafes and food shopping.
