BEAUMARCH Apartment
Stayed there 3 days in September. Potentially a very nice apartment in a good location but it is badly maintained and badly equipped. Most of the crockery is cracked and chipped, the cutlery is old and unhygienic and there is insufficient cookware. The sinks in the kitchen, bathroom and WC are all in bad condition, making them impossible to clean properly and the bath is disgusting.

We spent a week in this apartment and it is perfectly positioned close to metro and local shopping. We had two adults and two children staying and it was ideal for a family. It is a very secure apartment with good heating and appliances. Only small problem was that the shower was not working properly and despite many promises no one ever turned up to fix it. Other than that it was great.

We just stayed at the AVR2O apartment for 5 days. It was just perfect. The closeness to outdoor markets, metro, shopping and Eiffel Tower was excellent. Don't miss the grocery store upstairs in the Mono Prix. I was fortunate to go in there on a "sample" night and enjoyed samples of wine, cheese, candy, meats, etc. We'd been traveling in France for 3 weeks and our best stay was in this unit. The added plus is there is a concert pianist in the building that practiced full concerts every evening for dinner. The building and neighborhood was safe, the separate commode from shower area is perfect for 4 guests. We loved the terrace, my husband and I spent many early morning there watching and listening to Parisians starting their day. Could use some more silverware, but all appliances were in working order with ample pots / pans and cooking supplies. Lovely stay, we are planning on returning again next year!! Thanks.

We spent a nice time in Paris. Also because of the super assistance of Paris Address. The booking of the apartment and the payment via web is really as much comfortable as possible. Also our check in was without troubles as the communication with PIC was quick.I appreciated the cooperation very much, everything was for 100% as agreed.Regarding the apartment, it is very nice, new, spacious and with the balcony what is not very common in Paris, for such a good price. The location could not have been better - 3 minutes to metro, 5 minutes to Monoprix shop, I guess about 20minutes to Tour Eiffel. There are 3 metro lines, to east, north and west. Now, I have only one thing to tell you - GO AHEAD!!

This apartment was so nice and we loved every minute of our experience with Paris Address from the time we booked until the time we left. Every question was answered and every request granted without an issue. They made it so easy and we had such a great time that we extended our trip by 3 days! Thanks so much for a PERFECT stay in Paris!!!!!!

I stayed with my two aunts in 20 rue de l'Avre for 5 nights and thought it was great. It was a great location with the metro a stones throw away and monoprix grocery store around the corner. Also lots of other shopping in this area. Took about 20 minutes to walk to the Eiffel tower or 2 metro stops. The apartment was as it was described. Only fault was no shower curtain we had to buy one for €16 so decided to take it home with us. The balcony is really nice, especially if you have smokers travelling with you. Found the garbage/recycling very confusing. Never got the cable working as the remote controls didn't seem to work. But I guess who needs tv when you are in Paris! Great visit would stay here again and recommend to friends.

We've just got back from a wonderful week's stay in AVR20. The location is superb - great shops, and a fantastic market under the elevated Metro on Wednesdays. The Metro station must be one of the best in Paris - 3 routes, so you can get almost anywhere with only one change at most.
The flat is very good - loads of cupboard/wardrobe space, and fairly peaceful - but you will need the windows closed at night.
A few niggles - still no chopping board and still just the one wine glass. There's no DVD player - maybe our fault for expecting one.
I'd recommend this flat to anyone, and Paris Address are a very efficient and friendly company.
P.S. - we decided to be met at the Gare du Nord, and picked up from the flat - the driver was excellent and it saved the hassle of queing for a taxi. We'll do this when we go again.

I stayed in the apartment on rue de l`Avre for one magical week, which both I and my family enjoyed fully.
Having booked it through the website of the company, we were not sure what to expect, but what welcomed us in Paris was beyond all our expectations. We were pleased to find that the apartment was modern, well-appointed and cosy. The view to the rue de commerce would take our breath away every now and then. The peerfect location allowed us to do a lot of shopping and we regularly visited the near by supermarket. Only few steps away from the metro station, we could easily go sightseeing even on New Year`s Eve. The dishes and the kitchen equipment were satisfactory, except for the lack of a cuttig board. We were only a bit disappointed that some evenings the hot water would not be enough.
However, we enjoyed a pleasant and unforgettable stay in Paris! :)

I loved my stay on Rue de l'Avre last winter. My plane was late arriving and the staff member greeting me waited patiently for me to arrive. There were no surprise charges even after I left, as I have heard other companies do. It was so easy to make the arrangements. Not what most people think of in an apartment in Europe -big bath/shower, elevator that fits all your luggage... Some hints: play with all the light switches, some are located where you don't expect. There is a plug in the bathroom above the light, and ask about the heater in the bathroom. It was to be fixed when I was there a year ago.
I can't imagine a better neighborhood to stay in. Bakeries, wine shops, everything!!! There is even a fitness center around the corner with an indoor pool. Even in the chilly weather I sat on the large balcony in the morning sipping my tea and eating croissant avec frommage - from the wonderful cheese shop down the street, across from the grocer and near one of the wine shops. Walk around and head away from the Tour Eiffel to experience the shops and people of the City. The apartment opens onto Rue Commerce which is bustling during the daytimeand evening. But at night it is very quiet. I hope to visit again soon and this will be my first choice. I call this "My apartment" in Paris....

We stayed at 20 Rue de l'Avre for nine days this summer, and enjoyed it immensely. It is a wonderful location, and a very pleasant shopping area and neighbourhood. Rue du Commerce is a noisy street, so you need to be able to close all the windows at night. The apartment was well-equipped but I would have liked instructions for using the oven and the microwave/convection appliance. There also should be instructions for the coffee maker. We never did figure out how to use the ovens and burnt our food as a result. Also, there were 5 frying pans, but no spatula, and no baking pans. There also did not seem to be a cutting board. The fan over the stove did not work. There were no pot holders and no broom, no lids for pots, and only one wine glass. Basic items like salt, pepper and a bit of sugar would be a nice courtesy. However, having said all this about what is missing from the apartment, I would happily stay there again.

We found AVR 20 to be a very bright, quiet and pleasant apartment. The large balcony was a nice surprise. It is very located, close to shopping, restaurants and just a 20 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and the Seine. We enjoyed our stay.

The apartment of Rue de l’Avre was perfectly located. Near a metro station with 3 lines of correspondance and Rue du Commerce for daily shopping. Me and my family rented the apartment for a week and we really enjoyed our stay. I would not hesitate to recommend it. The apartment was equipped with all the appliances that we needed and we were also surprised of the quietness of the location although it's directly on a busy street. We also appreciated the service offered by Parisaddress; someone was there in time to meet us at the airport and we got a tour while going to the apartment. I must say that we really enjoyed our stay.

I was looking for temporary accommodation for 2 months in the centre of Paris while I relocated from the UK. Parisaddress.com web site provided me with all the information that I needed to make my choice, and the Parisaddress bilingual staff were very helpful and efficient when booking my stay. I chose to meet the Parisaddress representative outside the apartment rather than being met at the station, and after the half hour briefing I was left alone to enjoy my stay. The location of Rue de l’Avre was not only perfect for my work, but also perfect to experience the Paris way of life, with many restaurants, bars, and shops within a 2 minute walk, and a choice of metro stations to explore Paris. The apartment itself was comfortable, surprisingly specious and well equipped, and it proved to be a great way of acclimatising to Paris life. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Parisaddress to anyone wanting accommodation in Paris.

The apartment was very well situated in Paris, and very convenient to the Metro and to shopping.
