BEAUMARCH Apartment
We loved the location and airiness of the apartment. We had problems with the hot water over the five nights - possibly our misunderstanding of the written instructions - and would have liked two sets of keys instead of one because we were a group of 3 adults. A guide to local facilities such as supermarkets would be useful for tourists who have travelled from afar and arrive too tired to walk the streets. Overall though a lovely apartment with a great view over Place Dauphine.

Second successful stay place Dauphine where we spent 2 weeks in Septembet 2013
Despite some annoying lack of lighting in the stairwell which was not rectified despite numerous requests, our stay was once again very enjoyable.
The major attributes of this apartment are its location and its generous size for a couple. We will return soon!

An excellent apartment in a great central position.
We couldn't agree more with the other posts.
ParisAddress booking was flawless. I would suggest booking a car to meet you at the airport, as we did.
It will probably work out cheaper than just picking up a random taxi at the airport particularly in the early morning Paris rush hour.
Meile appliances in the kitchen were a real bonus, and the sofa bed in the lounge is large and very comfortable.
We would most certainly use this apartment as a base again.

We have just spent one month in Dauph21 And it was perfect. From the moment we were picked up at Gare de Lyon and delivered to Roissy a month later the service has been spot on. The introduction session was much better than previously and during our stay all requests were met promptly. The apartment is clean, spacious and comfortable with all amenities in good shape.
For those who spend only a few days it would be helpful to have some directions and tips to the basic needs required to enjoy their stay.
We would not hesitate to book this place again

Stayed for a wonderful week in the place dauphine from 4-12 february 2012, lucky to see snow coat the square and soften even further the romance of the place. Paris address service was excellent, friendly and efficient - and we got a late checkout which was perfect for us. The apartment had all that we needed and the location is great for the restaurants in the square and in the 6th - after a meal one can retire to the quietness of the square and still be in the centre of Paris! Great little stationery shop in the square and the location allows wandering across the right and left banks and the feeling of not being too far away from the apartment. Would definitely rent the apartment again and can highly recommend Paris address.

Having stayed in numerous Paris apartments and hotels, we found 21 Place Dauphin to be among the best. The location is superb, quiet and open which gives the apartment a light-filled feel which is often hard to find in narrow Parisian streets. The place is well-equipped with great kitchen appliances. Our only complaint is that unlike the Isle Saint Louis, Ile de la Cité is bereft of food supply shops which means a walk to either bank to stock up on food, wine and water which can be heavy. Maybe a shopping trolley with wheels would be a useful addition to the apartment.

We had a great time while in Paris for the month of June 2010. We appreciated your prompt response to the minor things that went wrong in the apartment. The location of the apartment was perfect and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The only thing we did not like were the furnishings. The wooden folding chairs for the dining table would be more appropriate for an outdoor picnic than for indoor dining. The sofa bed cushion could not be attached because the zipper was broken and the two chairs in the living room were not comfortable to sit on. If the furnishings were updated you would have the perfect Paris apartment.
We did book the taxi both to and from the airport. The drivers were on time and took care of our luggage. It would be helpful if you would accept payment for the taxi service and tip, especially when arriving in Paris.

Our third time at Place Dauphine, and our sixth time using Paris Address. Yet again we were not disappointed with any aspect. Great service, super apartment, in such a pretty and quiet spot yet bang in the middle of everything! So much nicer than a hotel, and as business travellers we really love the free internet, great washing machine and room to move. Definitely use the Paris Address taxi team, they are a terrific sight at the end of a long trip, and so reliable when you have a plane to catch.
Thanks again Paris Address team.

We stayed at this apartment for 8 days and had a wonderful time. The apartment is very pleasant, clean and quite with a great view of Place Dauphine. It is equipped with all modern appliances. The location is great – just in the center off everything. ParisAddress service is SUPER!

This apartment was perfect. The location is in the center of everything, yet quiet and so comfortable. For our family, with 2 boys 6 & 9, it was great. We loved the comfy bedding and it was a great place to relax at the end of the day. We had them send a taxi to meet us at the airport (it was there promptly), and at the apartment, Axelle met us and showed us everything we needed. Everything you needed was there and it was spotless. The only thing wanting was perhaps directions to local grocers which took us a while to find. The restaurants on the Place Dauphine were great. We have rented apartments in Paris before, but now we will only use Paris Address. I highly recommend them!

We have visited Paris on three occasions and have previously stayed in apartments on the left bank. We chose Dauph 21 to be in a more central position and were extremely happy with our choice. The apartment was lovely, on a quiet park with great restaurants nearby. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and we were given a personal tour and instructions on arrival. We were very impressed with the ease with which the whole reservation was completed and would definitely deal with parisaddress on our next visit to Paris.

My husband and I spent a week at this apartment in May. It was a very nice place...well furnished, immaculate, quiet, and centrally located. It is a perfect place for someone new to Paris and who wants to be near the most popular tourist attractions, but if you are looking for a typical Parisian neighborhood (with grocery, boulangerie, cheese shop, etc.), this is not the best choice.
A couple of suggestions for the apartment: an electric fan, a bedroom clock, a "tip" book for renters to write in (for instance, recommendations for local restaurants and sights), a couple guidebooks (I donated one).
Thank you to Parisaddress...you provided great service, both in the booking process and upon our arrival at the apartment. We will work with you again for future rentals.

We loved 21 Place Dauphine. It was definitely the perfect place to stay on our first visit to Paris. Our arrival went without a single problem. We were able to walk just about everywhere and we did. The RER line at Cite goes directly to CDG and is only a few blocks from the apartment (easy walk). The apartment itself was perfect. Although we did not get to use the kitchen, it had everything you needed to make a fantastic meal. Plus, the restaurant/cafes in place dauphine (outside your front door) were great. I would stay here again on a return trip to Paris and, I would use parisaddress.com as well.

This was the 5th Paris Apartment we have rented and the location and quiet was the best! It was the 2nd time we've rented through Paris Address, and their representatives and service will cause us to come back.
The only negative on our visit was that the building was under renovation, which meant that our view was of scaffolding and plastic.
We have stayed in finer apartments, but never a more tranquil location. And, the kitchen is fully equipped whereas other properties often feel as if they were outfitted at a flea market. The availability of a computer with internet was invaluable as we were there when the transportation workers struck and the rails and Metro shut down. It was also great to be able to use for locating nearby shops and restaurants.

Our stay at 21 Pl. Dauphine was just fabulous. This was our 4th trip to Paris (2nd in an apt.) and it was the quietest apt. we have ever stayed in over the course of our travels. There was no inside noise at all and very little, if any, outside noise because the apt. is located on a non-traffic street overlooking a quiet park. The location was incredible, being in the middle of the Pont Neuf. Walk a block to the left bank;or walk a block to the right bank(and Metro station). The Louvre, D'Orsay and Beaubourg museums were all within walking distance. The apt. had a new, modern bathroom and a FULLY equipped kitched with Miele appliances, including a combo washer/dryer. In addition, the apt. came with local phone service, a large flat screen tv with English channels, and a fast computer with internet services, a big plus! Finally, the staff of Paris Address was extremely cordial and helpful prior to and during our trip. It was the perfect trip! Feel free to contact me at [email protected].
PS:for summer visitors, the apt is not yet air conditioned.

We couldn't have found a better spot from which to explore Paris with our 2 children ages 8 & 10. My husband and I slept on the Queen sized pull-out couch in the living room while our kids slept in the the bedroom. These were 2 of the most comfortable mattresses and choicest bed linens that I have ever slept on! While it was a bit small for the 4 of us, you couldn't beat the location at the tip of Pont Neuf on Isle de Cite and we were perfectly comfortable using it as our homebase. Our friends who we were visiting who live in Paris couldn't believe we had found an apartment in the "most desirable part of Paris"! We arranged with our host at parisaddress to be met at the airport and then got a tour of the apartment. Everything went without a hitch and we would most certainly return tho this exact spot. The square with the bistros, no noise, so central. It was perfect. Merci!

The apartment was wonderful and we will definitely be back. As a 13-year resident of Paris in the 7ieme, the Place Dauphine was a nice change of quartier -- unique, I believe in may ways. Beautiful and calm. Three good restaurants on the Place, proximity to the market at Buci, and all the action on the Bl. St. Michel. Thank you for a fantastic holiday!

The perfect spot, inside and out, and I can't imagine a more convenient or charming location. From the windows you can observe the life of the lovely, quiet square, and it has several casual and formal restaurants, and no traffic noise, as cars rarely drive by. Although the apartment is smaller than it appears in the photos, the layout is so efficient that it was plenty of space for 2-3 people, and the kitchen is actually much larger than you'd expect and very well-equipped. You could serve six for dinner. It was spotless when we arrived, and everything, including the computer-internet service, worked perfectly. We were met promptly and allowed a late checkout. I hope to return.
