BEAUMARCH Apartment
We stayed in this apartment 3 weeks ago. We've stayed here before and because of our previous excellent experience we decided to reserved the same apartment. It was clean, and location is excellent. We were disappointed on our first few days since the person that supposed to meet us was 15 minutes late. You can just imagine waiting in the hallway in the first floor after a long flight from the US. In addition, we were disappointed to only have 3 pillows available and no lights working in the bedroom. It took them 3 days to finally rectify the issue.
Otherwise our experience in Paris is excellent and hopefully the company can improve upon on being timely and prompt.

Our 4 week stay at this apartment was truly memorable. Beautifully appointed, comfortable, spacious and quiet it exceeded our expectations with wonderful views of Notre Dame and the Hotel d'Ville across the Seine. Centrally located we had access to several Metro stations making travel around and near Paris fast and convenient. There was an excellent bakery down the street as well as numerous restaurants and a local grocer in the neighborhood. There was even a twice weekly outdoor market very nearby on the Left Bank.We highly recommend this apartment and location as it was superb!

We stayed here in July 2013, a family group of four (three generations of women). The apartment is every bit as beautiful as it is shown to be on the internet. Its location is just remarkable: so central. And it has all the amenities you could wish for. Arnaud, who greeted us was charming and very helpful; and though it took us a while to get the hang of the digikey and the heavy outside door, we felt very safe and very much at home here, which certainly made for a fantastic Paris experience for us. I truly hope we can come and stay here again some time in the not to distant future.

We stayed in this amazing apartment for two weeks in May 2013. The apartment is more spacious than it appears in the pics and what a fabulous location! Listening to the bells of Notre Dame on a daily basis was a dream.
There are tourists galore on the street but early mornings & evenings are much more quiet. I'd recommend eating in the restaurants off the main drag as there are some real gems.
We found the staff friendly & helpful, we did have to wait a few days for our DVD player to be replaced but this was only an inconvenience due to us not being able to go out in the evening because of our baby & the only English TV stations are the news channels.
I miss the apartment very much & hope to return one day

This apartment was magnifique! We absolutely loved every aspect of it. We reveled in our morning breakfasts listening to those amazing bells of Notre Dame! The apartment is centrally located and close to Ile St Louis, the Louvre, St. Michel, Hotel de Ville. We truly felt like it was our home for one week. All of the furniture, appliances, and built-ins are quality features and top of the line. I cannot wait to go back and rent it for a longer period!

As I read the comments preceding mine, I find myself at a loss for words to describe this absolutely amazing apartment any better. It was, truly, our home for one week, extending us excellence in every sense of the word. From accommodations to location. From the staff at parisaddress to the personnel who made us feel more than just guests.
My husband and I are looking forward to our next visit, and when we do, we will certainly use parisaddress and hopefully be able to rent DARCO11 again. It really is beyond words to describe. Oh yes, and those pesky bells of Notre Dame. Could there be anything more luxurious!?

DARCO11 was my home for 10 glorious days in early June 2011. Ideally situated in the 4e, the apartment is an easy walk to nearby Cluny and the Louvre, and a late-day saunter over the bridge onto St. Louis en Ile for Bertillion ice cream (although there is a tiny shop catty-corner from Notre Dame that offers a sampling of their flavors). The rest of my family stayed at a nearby hotel, but after accepting my invitation to dinner (duck confit and a salad) at my apartment, they have decided to book their next trip with Parisaddress. In spite of daily rain, then summer heat and lost luggage, coming home to this apartment was a welcome respite, greeting the neighbors (apartment owners and shopkeepers) every day. Hearing cathedral bells by day and enjoying the nighttime glow of Notre Dame cathedral was like a dream. With its large rooms comfortably furnished and equipped with everything a traveler could want, DARCO11 will be my choice for next year, too. My 21-yr. old nephew visited me one night and pronounced the convertible sofa a superb sleep. I can't wait until next year.

A fabulous place to stay in Paris. This was perfect for us - we were left to it with no interference, nosy neighbours or, and considering how central we were, no excess noise. It was lovely to leave street level where all the action was(we'd booked our stay over the school holiday period)and arrive to our door via the lift to our own private haven.
The proximity to everything that interests us(a kind of arty hedonistic mix centred around food and wine)was also a major factor in our decision and nearby were some of the most cutest, authentic little restaurants in Paris. And immediately below us, a small wine cave inclusive of very helpful and informed staff. Easy access to the many art galleries of Paris both grand and intimate, was the icing on the cake.
Not one complaint from me.

We have just spent another week in Paris with Paris Address and as usual found their locations to be perfect and their service without fault. The apartment at Rue D’Arcole is spacious with modern conveniences and in a great location for everything in Paris. We highly recommend the Paris Address services and offers and will always return to Paris with Paris Address.

Hello there,
Chris and I just wanted you to know that we enjoyed our stay in the
apartment very much. The space is very comfortably laid out and
everything was there that we could possible need during our 8 day stay.
The location was also perfect, with a view of both Notre Dame's towers
and a bit of the Seine. We were serenaded by the cathedral's bells
every evening and that was special. It was also very quiet at the end
of every day so we slept well after all our sigh-seeing and museum
visits. It was delightful to have a home away from home.
Thank you for making the whole booking and arrival process so simple and
friendly. We really appreciated that. I would certainly recommend your
service to our friends.
Cheers, Lydia and Chris

Thanks Paris Address for making our holidays in Paris just perfect!! We stay at DARCO11 with our two sons and found the apartment even more beautiful than it appears on the web. Equipped with everything we need we could taste a bit the ¨savoir faire¨ of the parisian lifestyle.
We recommed not only the apartment but all the staff that makes ¨Paris Address¨possible.

My husband and I spent a very enjoyable time at DARCO11 for 8 days in March09 for our honeymoon. The location is outstanding and practically fantastic. The neighbours are lovely and the local restaurants and shop keepers so friendly and polite. It was wonderful to have a parisian experience with locals right in the heart of Paris. My husband is a chef and we found the kitchen to be one of the best equipped of any hotel or appartment worldwide. Hence market shopping was a wonderful experience to come home and cook the local fresh produce. Paris Address were extremely polite and professional and an agency I would certainly recommend and use again.

Once again, my daughter and I had a wonderful experience renting an apartment from Paris Address this past September. The apartment at 11 rue d'Arcole was beautiful and included two fabulous views -- one on the bell tower of Notre Dame (with the bells chiming at all hours) and another on the Hotel de Ville. And in a 2-minute walk we could cross the bridge to Ile St. Louis. There were many, many tourists around this location, but the evenings were calm and quiet. Also a short walk to Bl. St Michel and even the Centre Pompidou in the other direction. We hope to come back soon!

My husband and I have visited Paris many times, the most recent being May 2008, during which time we had the pleasure of staying in DARCO11.
We had previously booked another apartment but our travel plans changed at short notice - the charming and accommodating staff at Paris Address rose to the occasion and made the switch for us - sight unseen. What a thrill! The only possible downside was those pesky bells (only kidding!) looking from your kitchen and bathroom windows onto one of the great Gothic treasures of the world is surely a privilege beyond words. We have a food business so the joys of the Paris markets are all available if you stay here - the kitchen is a delight and fitted with things that are actually useful - unlike many holiday apartments. We are returning to Paris in 2009 and will surely stay here again if we can. If you do decide to stay here and have a car - we can recommend the car park under Notre Dame - rates for a long term stay are very reasonable - as long as you have the nerve to drive in central Paris!

I stayed in this apartment by myself after my friends had to leave Paris and felt completely at home. This is my idea of a Parisian apartment- beautiful with views of rooftops, Hotel de Ville, the Bastille and the Seine on one side and of course Notre Dame on the other. The apt. was very clean, the bed comfortable and I had everything I needed. (We couldn't get the wireless to work, and no-one came to fix it, but I made do by just plugging in my laptop in the entry hall- a minor inconvenience.) Fantastic central location, and the Ile de la Cite, although packed with tourists during the day is amazingly quiet and calm at night. I would stay there again- it's hard to get more central- and 5th floor with an elevator is great.

11 Rue d'Arcole is a delightful apartment in a superb location. It was spacious, clean and well appointed. Our first morning waking to the sound of the bells from Notre Dame and the sunlight streaming through the bedroom window will remain with us for years.
I cannot speak highly enough of the young staff at Parisaddress. We found them all extremely helpful and the process of booking and paying for the apartment was painless and efficient.

Very comfortable and well-appointed apartment. If you cook, the kitchen has all that you need for making a great meal. The views are great, from the living room you can see a slice of the Seine and from the kitchen window, you have a fabulous view of Notre Dame--and the night views of the church are beautiful. Plenty of restaurants nearby, and centrally located for the RER and Metro. The apartment was great for four women, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen and bathrooms had the latest fixtures and appliances. It was a lovely apartment and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I stayed at DARCO11 for a week from 12/26/07-1/2/08, and were very pleased with the apartment. It was nicely decorated, fully equipped, very clean, and centrally located. We were also very satisfied with the responsiveness and professionalism of parisaddress.com. We highly recommend the apartment and parisaddress.com.
