I stayed in this apartment for two weeks and it was very suitable for my requirements.

I would rate it as good but it could have been very good if there had been more personal attention to detail.

For example the representative did not know how to make the safe work; the light bulbs in the toilet failed and although the agency promised they would be replaced the next day nothing happened during my stay; also some bulbs in kitchen area were not working; and the shower and bath plug did not function properly.

The apartment is at the rear of the building and quite quiet except that the recycling bins are in the courtyard creating a regular amount of noise from there and the adjacent restaurant.

Dear Parisadress,

Having spent 10 days on the Isle-St.Louis as a first time apartment stay in Paris - we cannot fault the
integrity and courtesy of Parisaddress and their staff. Staying on an island in the middle of the Seine
where the Romans camped over 2000 years ago was a buzz! With a wine shop next door, a
fromagerie around the corner selling only goat's cheese, and a short walk across the bridges to
he Left Bank, the Louvre and the Metro stations, BELL 12 was so central, and we would not stay
in a hotel again!
The apartment itself was all that the website had advertised,being so quiet, but with a great
night-life just outside the front door! We are already planning our return to Paris in 2014 with
Parisaddress.com

I stayed in this apartment for ten days in April and loved it. I have stayed several times before with ParisAddress and find them wonderful to work with. The apartment I usually book was booked, so I tried this one for the first time and found it very comfortable. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the island, with an easy walk to restaurants and shops on both sides of the river. And despite being on a fairly busy road, the apartment windows open onto the interior courtyard, with plenty of natural light, but none of the street noise. Best of both worlds.

My husband and I loved this apartment for our two week stay in Paris. It is modern, clean, quiet and in the heart of Paris on its own island. The layout is great for a small apartment and storage is ample. We loved coming home to this apartment.

We really enjoyed this apartment- it was very modern and comfortable, and the location could not be better. It was a nice quiet place to come back to. We would highly recommend it.

We only wish the person greeting us at the apartment would have given us some instructions on how to navigate the RER into the city, as this resulted in some delays in getting there, and unfortunately made us late!

We would highly recommend this apartment!
