I had a good experience in this apartment. The location is great, and it was clean and looks exactly as it does in the pictures. To me, it was worth it to walk up all the stairs to be on the top floor -- being on the top floor means you won't be kept awake by the upstairs neighbors stomping around in their shoes (a problem with a different Paris apartment I once rented). One commenter mentions free international calls -- the website is unclear about this (at least at the time I'm writing this). In one place they say the international calls *are* free to the US, but in another place it says they are not. I asked and was told the international calls to the US are *not* free.

Abbiamo trascorso una eccellente vacanza nella graziosa mansarda TOUR58. Anche se al 4 piano con 89 gradini per raggiungerlo l'appartamento è molto silenzioso e elegantemente arredato. Il quartiere Le Marais non sembra al centro di Parigi. E' praticamente sconosciuto ai turisti pur essendo a due passi dal Centro Pompidou e da Notre Dame. Il metrò è comodissimo, a circa 100 metri. E' ricco di ottimi ristorantini e negozi di alimentari. Da segnalare la boulangerie/patisserie Gerard Moulot, a 20 metri dall'appartamento. Ottima e raffinata pasticceria. Con la società Parisadress non ci sono stati problemi di sorta. E' seria e affidabile. Un grazie particolare al tassista che ci ha accompagnato dall'aeroporto all'appartamento e viceversa (jeanclaud) gentilissimo!!! Ottima vacanza. Grazie.

We loved the apartment. It was bright, clean, comfortable and well equipped. It was also located close to the Metro, local shops, restaurants and bistros. Le Marais is a wonderful neighbourhood that is not "touristy".
My husband and I viewed the 89 steps up to the apartment as part of its charm and an opportunity to cross-train for our cycling tour in Provence which followed our stay in Paris.
We were impressed with the service offered by Parisaddress and would certainly recommend it to anyone travelling to Paris.

We found the ParisAddress website almost by accident but in the end it was the best site by which to choose an apartment, for ease of use and friendly, helpful staff (both by email and on the telephone).
Our apartment was fabulous. Yes, we did have to grow in fitness to make the 4 flights of stairs at the end of each day, but it was worth it for a great hot shower and beautifully comfortable queen bed. And it was a perfect location being so close to a Metro station and so many great sites within easy walking distance.
The most surprising element was just how welcoming and helpful was the owner of the apartment. And having free wireless internet access, and free international calls to landlines at home, was very much appreciated.
We will certainly recommend this apartment and the Parisaddress website to friends considering travel to Paris in the future.

I love the location of the apartment I and my husband stayed at. The apartment itself is effecient although it's a little bit walk up as it's on the top of the 5 story building. This is our 1st time in Paris, we really enjoyed the experience and will definitely use Parisaddress service again when we return to Paris.
