BEAUMARCH Apartment
My wife and I spent a week in this apartment at the end of September 2013. As other's have said, it was a small apartment with lots of character, fully functional and well equipped for our purposes (though I smiled at finding only one wine glass - in France, no less! However, another small glass held wine just as nicely. The close proximity to wonderful neighborhood shops and restaurants made shopping and meals out both fun and easy. I became a regular at the Patisserie where each morning I would go at 6:30, just three minutes from the apartment, for a fresh baguette and croissants.
The apartment was very clean, neat, and adequately furnished for the two of us - and the WiFi worked flawlessly. It was perfectly located - from its quiet side street, it was just a short, 15 minute walk to Notre Dame, a bit longer to the Louvre - there was so much, so very near. We did use the Metro, but actually walked 7-8 miles each day. We had a great, full day, side trip to Giverny - well worth the effort.
ParisAddress arranged a taxi for our arrival at Gare du Nord and an early morning taxi to take us to Charles DeGaulle when we left. They were attentive to such details. It was a wonderful week in a great little apartment to which we would return without hesitating.

I'm actually scared to write a good review! This was my third time in the apt and I love it. It is very central in the Marais and the apt is well stocked. I have stayed in other apts and you can tell that they are "rental" apts. This one has the feel that the owner stays there and is outfitted accordingly. Hands down my favorite!

My name is Lisa and my friend Cristi and I rented your apartment on Rue Pecquay from November 19 through December 1st .
I just wanted to say the apartment was amazing! We loved how beautiful it was and how it had everything we could possibly need. Plus, the neighborhood was wonderful – we felt so safe! We traveled to Paris together to celebrate Cristi’s 30th birthday and we really wanted an authentic trip, with lots of leisurely days to soak in the city. Our trip definitely exceeded our expectations and your apartment played a big role in that.
When we return to Paris one day, we hope to stay there again. We were so grateful for such a comfortable home away from home! :)
Thank you!

Have just returned from lovely visit to this apartment [23 - 30/11]. All arrangements went well. A superb location too. It was extremely cold in Paris and the flat was lovely & cosy!

We stayed in Rue Pecquay for a week 2nd - 9th April 2010. The apartment was ideal for visiting the sights and museums and galleries of Paris. The Marais quarter is bustling and has many excellent restaurants and cafes. The apartment was ideal for a couple and had everything we needed for our week in Paris.
We found everything exactly as stated on the website and the arrangements for getting into the apartment all went smoothly thanks to the efficiency of the Paris-Address staff. I would not hesitate to use Paris-Address again and also use the Rue Pecquay apartment.

We stayed at this lovely apartment from the 21st of December until the 28th, and it was absolutely perfect! Our flight was delayed twice, but we emailed from Seattle to let them know, and then when we finally arrived, our contact Joel was there waiting for us along with one of our friends (who had thoughtfully gathered wine, cheese, charcuterie and baguette).
The location in the Marais couldn't have been better as our friends were at Hotel de Ville. Fabulous food shops surrounded us, along with great restaurants and bistros. Centre Pompidou was just down the street and the metro was mere steps away.
We're already recommded Paris Address to other friends - all our emails were answered promptly, the final transaction in Paris took mere minutes, and our contact Joel was delightful - what a warm welcome to Paris.
Can't wait to return to Paris and we'll definitely contact you again for another apartment - this is the ONLY way to stay in Paris!
Thanks again for everything!

I stayed at this location from 23/05 to 30/05.
Service: When we arrived we were met in timely fashion. Possibly the ONLY complaint about our experience was that the apartment had not yet been cleaned when we arrived. We left for dinner and when we returned, the apartment was clean.
Otherwise communication with ParisAddress was always timely and they were very helpful and clear in explaining everything about the process of renting the apartment. They even provided faxes required for the travel Visa into the country. Thank you so much!
The Apartment was lovely. It had a ton of character and was a joy to stay in. Everything in the apartment worked as expected, the windows all opened and closed, the kitchen and bathroom appliances all seemed to work. What more can you ask for?
The location was right across from pompidou and a quick walk to the metro. Being right down the street from the Hotel de ville was nice too. We didn't ever feel threatened for our safety and food was right around the corner. It was a lovely area.
Thank you again ParisAddress, and especially Gabriel, for making this vacation a wonderful one!
