BEAUMARCH Apartment
Seven adults stayed in Jacques Coeur 3 apartment and we had a fine time. Location is splendid; the little grocery across the street extremely helpful and open just when you need it at the end of a long day. The apartment itself was very attractive, spacious and well-provided with supplies. We were comfortable cooking, eating and hanging out on the sofas. The arrangements by internet and person were smoothly accomplished; it was convenient to be able to arrange pick-up at the airport as well. Complete satisfaction with the whole arrangement!

My family and me stayed at COEUR3 in Paris. The whole process from finding the apartment on the internet to leaving the apartment was supported by Paris address. I can't fault them. I'm always nervous about paying online but we got confirmation emails and guidance about our contact in Paris. We met the company representative at the apartment who was extremely helpful. The apartment itself was fantastic, we really felt like we were experiencing the real Paris and we were close to all attractions, but also on a quiet street. I can't fault our experience and it was great for our first family holiday in twenty years!!!!

We recently stayed for an excellent extended family week at coeur 3, it's an excellent apartment, well appointed and in a fantastic location. Our party consisted of my wife and I, our 2 children (20months and 4 years), and my parents in law. The apartment worked beautifully for our arrangements with the children having their own spacious room and the rest of the adults having 2 double bedrooms each, one en suite. The lounge area was comfortable albeit maybe could benefit from additional comfy seating, the decoration and general upkeep of the apartment was excellent. It was on a quiet side street, which in Paris was a blessing, within walking distance to excellent boulangeries, supermarkets, restaurants and bars, without being right above them. Notre Dame, The Siene, The Opera, Local Markets, Gare De Lyon, all within minimal walking distance. We visited Disneyland Paris whilst there and it was very easy to walk to the station and get the RER direct within 35mins. We even walked to The Eiffel Tower within an hour. All of the staff we had dealings with were excellent and the email conformations and information given to us were of the highest order. I would without doubt and hesitation recommend this apartment and company to any of my friends. Thanks for an excellent experience

I would have no hesitation in recommending Coeur 3 appartment and ParisAddress.
The apartment was in a wonderful location close to the city centre with easy access to the metro at Bastile. It was well equiped and spacious enough for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids.
I would have liked a couple of English Cable TV stations besides the news channels.

We stayed at COEUR3 for a little more than a week just recently and the team from Paris Address were very efficient and reasonably helpful. The apartment was clean and secure and in a very good location close to all that we needed.
The apartment was nice but now a bit tired and dated. (Our friend booked the apartment above which was much more modern, beautifully furnished with an extremely well equipped kitchen).
COEUR3 probably needs a bit of a make-over.
There were a couple of annoying things such as whilst it sleeps 6 there is only setting in the lounge for 5.
The kitchen was poorly equipped for cooking; especially for adults and older teenagers.
There was no bottle opener which was annoying and no sharp knives or large pots. Regardless of these small issues which we hope will be fixed for the next visitors, we loved Paris and would probably use Paris Address on our next visit.

We just returned from a stay at 3 Jacques Coeur.
Had a fantastic time - the apartment is larger and nicer in person than in the photos. Great location between Le Marais and Bastille, a short walk (even for my 3 young kids) to Notre Dame and the Seine.
Very secure building and neighbourhood, surprisingly quiet despite being in the centre of the city.
The staff at parisaddress were exceptionally helpful - they even offered assistance if our flight home was delayed by the Iceland volcanic ash!
Would definitely recommend!!!

Agree with all the comments above. We are also from Australia and stayed at COEUR3 in October 2009 as a family of five with three kids including a teenager. The Parisaddress service was excellent and the apartment clean, spacious and sunny. It was in a nice old building but the apartment has an uncluttered modern decor. Location also great. Also recommend the Parisaddress taxi service for a stress free arrival although Metro stop also steps from the apartment. Thanks!

My parents, brother and my wife and I spent a wonderful week holidaying in Paris in May 2009. We are from Australia and it was the first time we'd booked an overseas apartment over the internet. The booking with Parisaddress was incredibly easy and everything went very smoothly. When we arrived, a representative was there to greet us at the apartment and explained everything we needed to know - which made our arrival from Australia stress free. We were even allowed a late check-out, which made our evening flight a little more enjoyable!
The apartment (COEUR3) was the perfect home away from home - clean, well maintained, plenty of room and comfortable. With three large bedrooms and an open living area that faces the street, the large windows were perfect for letting in some afternoon sun. We really loved just spending time in the apartment after a long day of sightseeing, enjoying a wine and cheese and looking out over the street.
The Bastille area is a great base for visiting Paris - lively markets, shops and plenty of restaurants close by. A convenient metro station is located about 50m down the road, which also makes getting to and from the airport easy.
I have no hesitation recommending Parisaddress and the apartment at COEUR3 to anyone visiting Paris. The apartment and our stress free dealings with Parisaddress definitely made our visit even more wonderful.
