BEAUMARCH Apartment
My family had a wonderful time at AMEL108 in June 2014. It was clean and spacious for our family of 5. It also was close to the markets, restaurants and Metro station. Parisaddress was very helpful. Once we locked ourselves out, we called the office. Our agent contacted us immediately, and arrived to rescue within 45 minutes. The only thing that I could pick up was the convertible sofabed. It is semi-broken. our children ended up sleeping on the floor, which was fine. I highly recommend Parisaddress and this apartment.

Our family of four very much enjoyed our stay here. It was so quiet, clean comfortable and spacious. It was very nice for everyone to be able to spread out. The market was just a short walk and there were lots of restaurants nearby. It was helpful to be picked up at the train station and shown around the apartment. The Internet and cable didn't work at all while we were there. It would have been helpful to be able to get our return flight information and connect with a tour guide but overall it was a great stay. Would highly recommend.

My wife and I plus two young adult children stayed at apartment AMEL108 for two weeks in June, 2012 and loved every moment spent there. The apartment was spacious and more a home than hotel, with real character. Fitted out with an excellent sound system plus an eclectic music selection. The kitchen had every gadget required for a gourmet indulgence and we would have used them more had there not been so many quality dining places nearby including at our front door. We were picked up at CDG airport by a chauffeur arranged by parisaddress then greated by the lovely Arnaud who spent lots of time introducing us to the apartment and the area. The location was perfect with Metro train and bus outside the door plus a Velib bike station out front as well. The cost of our stay represented extremely good value, particularly given all the little extras the apartment contained. The owners show a great deal of faith in visitors by allowing us to share their beautiful home and I hope it is always repaid in kind. the parisaddress team kept us informed from the time of booking till we left. A very impressive organization and we will definitely use them again for any future Euro trips.

We stayed at Rue Amelot 108 July 8-22, 2012. The apartment is very nice and comfortable, and we had a great time in Paris. The apartment is right on the edge of Le Marais, the old Paris with many nice galleries and restaurants, which can easily be explored on foot (Centre Pompidou is 15 minutes away, not 45 as claimed in another post, unless of course you stop for coffee and a brioche along the way). Also, a Metro stop is basically right in front of the house, which makes access to the rest of Paris very easy. The apartment feels very much like home, and my kids and I appreciated watching the old James Bond movies (there are many other movies as well, and many interesting books). The kitchen has all one would need, and we loved returning to the apartment after a day out. The neighbours are friendly, too. Also, Paris Address is very good to deal with, and I really appreciated the feeling of being in good hands when making an internet booking for a place across the ocean. Overall, an excellent experience!

We rented the apartment 108 rue Amelot for the 2 first weeks of May 2012. First I should say that we were very satisfied with the services of Parisaddress. We had some accessibility requirements and they were helpful in guiding us with the most appropriate choice for our needs. Also I would recommend their taxi services from the airport. Our flight was late by an hour but the driver waited for us. He liaised with the rep from Parisaddress who came at the apartment shortly after our arrival. The rep explained all we needed to know about our place including the instructions for the dishwasher, washer and dryer, etc.!
The place was pretty much as described. Very clean, nicely decorated and a very well equipped kitchen. Lots of books and music available and the Wi-fi worked very well. Very quiet too especially in the room not facing the street. The second bedroom (in fact an office /TV room) has two single beds and we would have preferred a double bed but that was not a big deal for us. The elevator was functional but could not accommodate more than two individuals at the same time. But this was not much compared to the benefits of a nice, secure place next to the Marais.
The location of the apartment was ideal for us. The Métro was about less than a minute walk. There is a large grocery store (Carrefour) about 1 ½ block away and cafes all over the street. More interestingly you are about 15 min from Marché des enfants rouges, the oldest open air market of Paris where you can buy all kind of food, wine, cheese, ready to eat speciality meals. From the apartment you are about a 45 min walk to the Musee Pompidou and 30 min to the Place des Vosges. Shopping is great in the Marais especially that the shops are open on Sundays.
Overall we would certainly recommend this place. We would definitely go back and enjoy the Parisian life again.
Thnak you for sharing the appartment!

Our family enjoyed our stay at Rue Amelot. It was comfortable for a family of 5 and well stocked. We especially enjoyed being able to play music from the CD collection and the wonderful view from our main windows. It was in a very convenient location close to the metro and to the key Paris sights. It is also close to restaurants and food markets. The apartment was in good condition and very clean. Paris Address made our arrival and booking very easy, especially the taxi service from Gare de Lyon.

We (four women of my family) had a wonderful stay at 108 Rue Amelot, this past July, 2011. The apartment was a perfect home after many hours of sightseeing, walking and enjoying all of Paris. The metro stop is immediately across the street. The neighborhood and location were perfect. The ambiance of this apartment made our Paris stay a comfortable, inviting and delightful experience. As others have noted, the books, music CDs, TV all added to the charm of this wonderful home. Thank you to the owner and Paris address for providing this opportunity for us. Also, we used the Paris address taxi service from the airport and back; that alone was a great way to start and end our trip. They were very helpful. I am recommending this place to all of my friends.

We loved our stay at the Amelot apartment. We are a couple who had our 2 mothers with us and everybody was extremely comfortable - beds were lovely, decor was lovely, quiet, light and spacious - anything you could possibly need was there. Could not recommend it more highly. It was a wonderful retreat at the end of a day's sightseeing. Thank you for having us in your home.

We loved our stay at 108 rue Amelot! The apartment was lovely and well-equipped with everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. The DVDs and books were fantastic, the kitchen stocked with pots, pans and provisions was just like home. We had a truly wonderful Parisian experience and hope to return someday. Thank you to Paris Address for making our arrangements so easy and accommodating, and thank you to the owners of the apartment for sharing their enchanting home!
