BEAUMARCH Apartment
We (two couples) stayed for four nights in early June. We were overall very happy with the apartment. Its location is very good - Bastille metro is 150-odd metres away and a good connection for most destinations. We ate in three restaurants within 100 metres - our best find Gaspar de la Nuit, about 50 metres down the street. The apartment is a bit noisy and the bathroom needs renovation, but our only real complaint is that the washing machine instructions are in Italian, and the otherwise helpful manual provided doesn't actually explain how it works. (Oh, and it's odd to find the glasses and crockery stored under the TV.) But overall we were very happy with the place.

The location of this apartment was terrific. It was small but when you are in Paris who wants to stay inside! The person who showed us the apartment was very helpful. There were not enough bowls for us all to have breakfast together and though I sent 2 emails this was not sorted out. It may seem trivial but it was a nuisance. Also there was a lot of dust under the beds which was not good if you suffer from allergies. We had a lovely time in Paris and felt the apartment was generally good value considering the location.

This is a wonderful apartment! It has a nice, open layout and was very comfortable for two people. It was spotlessly clean and everything was in great condition. And the location can't be beat — very convenient to both the Place des Vosges and the Bastille métro station. I'd gladly stay here again.

The location couldn't be more convenient. Lots of restaurants and shops, and a metro stop, all within a short stroll away. The apartment was modern and spacious--perfect for a family with 2 children. The only drawback was the noise level, both from the street and the surrounding apartments. (If you are a sound sleeper this should not be a problem.) But we were extremely pleased with the service we received from Paris Address and its staff. The taxi service was well worth it.

For my family, this was the perfect apartment. The location was very convenient, the building was charming, and the apartment itself offered plenty of space for 9 days for four of us (my husband, 10-year old daughter, 1-year old daughter, and myself.)The kitchen and appliances appeared nearly brand new, and the apartment was well-equipped with sheets, towels, cleaning supplies, etc. I was especially thrilled to discover that Paris's largest Sunday open air market is just steps away. We are now recommending Paris Apartments to our friends.

The loccation of the apartment--about 1 block from the Place des Voges--was perfect and the most important thing for us. The apartment itself was clean and perfectly adaquate. The Living room is very small but we managed to spend time with 5 other people (there were also 5 of us). The service was absolutely perfect--when we arrived there was a very nice young mad who showed us all around the apartment and told us everything we needed to know.
