BEAUMARCH Apartment
My husband and I spent a wonderful 2 weeks in Paris at Casa15 between Christmas and New Year 2013. One CANNOT beat the location -- just around the corner from Place Vendome; Rue Faubourg St. Honore, the Louvre, the Tuilieres, and convenient metros to anywhere else you should want to go. We took the metro everywhere. Also around the corner (blvd Opera) a Monoprix -- one stop shopping for food/wine/pharmacy etc.
This comfortable one bedroom apartment is thoroughly equipped -- excellent WIFI/internet access--fully equipped kitchen, bath with tub and shower, wash machine, -- lovely building.
I would absolutely return to Casa15 -- it was the best decision we could have made.

We have just returned from a marvelous week in Paris due, in part, because we rented CASA 15. The location is ideal, the metros close by and the apartment was as advertized. One certainly gets their exercise walking up the three flights of curved stairs but you need this to work off excess calories from the excellent French food. The WiFi worked perfectly - better than in the States. The only down-side is that the very first impressions are tainted by the ongoing construction on the ground floor. Hopefully the entrance to this venerable ex-hotel will be restored. Nonetheless, I will not hesitate to rent this apartment the next time I am in Paris. In addition, Parisaddress.com is a very professional organization.

This apartment is charming in an "authentic" way. The address is wonderful, one block off Place Vendome but a very different block with sushi restaurants and other small businesses. The apartment is reached through a classic courtyard door, however the courtyard is occupied by the rear of a restaurant and full of its trash bins and aromas. The apartment itself is just as pictured with lovely windows looking out on a bank across the street and slightly uneven authentic herringbone hardwood floors. The kitchen is excellently appointed with everything you would need to cook even relatively sophisticated things. The advertised internet connection, however, was so spotty it was useless.
Although there was some controversy over payment in travelers' checks (they are not available denominated in euros at US banks) this apparently resolved itself and we had no further contact with Parisaddress.
All in all we found this a lovely place to stay at a great price and found Parisaddress honest and accommodating.
