BEAUMARCH Apartment
We enjoyed the apartment and the facilities. The location is great and once we got used to the Metro had no trouble getting to all the various Paris hot spots. The Rue du Faubourge St Honore is itself a treasure trove & history tour on its own. Well stocked Supermarket just down the road. Boulangerie patisserie on the corner was the best of those we tried.
The only thing that we thought would have assisted in the apartment would be an English translation of the controls to the oven/microwave. We settled for the hit & miss method to fire it up.
This is only a minor grumble as the appliances were of good quality.
Overall our time there was an enjoyable experience and we would use Paris Address again.
Friends that had used your apartments were the ones to recommend you to us.

Stayed here for 10 days in early September 2011. Enjoyed the location as it is ideal no matter what sort of vacation you have in mind. Easy access to the Metro helps with trips to anywhere (we even used for our day trip to the Chateau Versailles).
Modern, all the amenities you need -- and QUIET (apt faces courtyard).
Jules was great to work with as well providing a nice handy Guide Book for the apartment & appliances.
Would rent again, no question about that.

Bon

I stayed here with my boyfriend in September. The apartment is very cosy and modern, well situated, very near of Arc De Triumph/Champs Elysees. There are a metro station very close (phillipe roule).
The photo is real, the apartment small but for us it was enought, perfect for a couple.
The most I like it was the shower (fantastic) and the light (very well iluminated).

I stayed here with my husband and 9 month old daughter in June 2010. The apartment itself was great, clean and modern. It wasn't huge but it was big enough for what we needed. Unfortunately, we stayed here during the Paris heat wave (~35oC) and as the apartment was not air conditioned (I don't think many apartments are air conditioned in Paris), it was quite hot to return to after a hot day's sightseeing. It was located right near Arc De Triumph/Champs Elysees and was convenient to get to all the attractions that we wished to see and there was a nice big park about 10minutes walk away. The street itself is in more of a business area of Paris. Although the apartment is great, I think next time I would prefer to stay somewhere in the Marais (which was what we had originaly booked but at the last minute we were told it had been double boked so we had to choose somewhere else) or in St Germain which is very pretty - I think this would just give a different Paris 'feel'.

Fantastic apartment. Location was a couple block from The Arch De Triumph. If I am ever in Paris again, I would love to stay here again.
