BEAUMARCH Apartment
we have just returned from Paris, having stayed in this apartment in the first week of April 2013. Coming from the balmy mind-north coast (NSW, Australia), the freezing temperatures were a shock to the system but I am pleased to report that the heaters were very efficient and kept us warm. This location is just about ideal- in the heart of Paris yet in a quiet street (from our 5th floor there was no noise). The Louvre and d'Orsay were minutes away, as was the metro which we never used. There were 2 supermarkets in even closer proximity and 2 good Chinese restaurants in adjacent streets. The apartment was modest and cosy, with relatively newer kitchen and bathroom fitouts. The former was well-equipped though we only really used the microwave (they could do with a good breadknife though, for the baguettes!). The bathroom had a marvellous heated towel rail, good for drying clothes I'd washed in the bath; the basin I found a bit shallow; the shower functioned ok though its wooden plank base was a strange choice. There were enough towels and the bedlinen was clean. The queen bed was VERY comfortable and firm. All up, our main reservation was that the only toilet was situated away from the bathroom, in the foyer just as you enter the place, and this fact, coupled with the extremely creaky floorboards, meant that getting up in the night for a quiet wee was not possible, especially when our young daughter was sleeping in the (intervening) lounge sofa bed. Otherwise a great place, and I'd like to commend the Parisaddress team for responding so promptly to my emails- I couldn't believe there were real people replying in good English to my queries!

My partner and I stayed in this apartment in July 2012. It was extremely well situated, comfortable and well-equipped. The bed was very comfortable and best of all it was quiet. Anatole, who greeted us at the aprtment, was cheerful and helpful, and he walked us through the whole apartment with tips and operating instructions on every little thing. I speak good French but my partner doesn't and Anatole moved between French and Ebglish effortlessly. We had a hiccup that was not the fault of the apartment or Paris Address; the water was turned off on three successive nights between 21.30 and 10.00 the next morning! The whole block was affected and it would not normally happen, of course, but it did have a bit of an impact on our enjoyment of our visit to Paris, a city I love and know well. Apart from that, everything was great - plenty of bed linen and towels, a groovy little dishwasher that worked well, and incredibly convenient location. Excellent bakery in Rue St Honore, and a small but well stocked market on Saturdays within 2 minutes walk. Take the time to explore in all directions, not just towards the Tuileries gardens - worth it for discovering great shops and food suppliers.

We celebrated our honeymoon here from 24 Oct to 30 Oct. We really enjoyed this apartment. Everything worked very well. The location cannot be any better if you want to see all the major sights of Paris. We were able to walk everywhere from our front door, see everything with a short walk. Groceries, wine and pastries were available close by and the kitchen is very well equipped for times we wanted to eat in.
The Paris Address staff were excellent. The apartment we originally reserved became unavailable shortly before our trip and Paris Address responded very professionally and put us in this wonderful place.
We'll be back - hopefully soon!

We stayed at this fabulous apartment from 22-29 April 2011. The location is perfect, 20 metres from the street entrance to the Tuileries Gardens, 3 minutes to Louvre, 5 minutes to D'Orsay. We walked to Eiffel Tower, Jardin de Plantes & Notre Dame with our 8 & 10 year old kids with little to no grumbles! Apartment is on 5th floor, accessed by wide stairs and a good lift. Overlooks courtyard so no street noise - very quiet neighbours. Well equipped kitchen and fantastic bathroom. Quality linen and comfy beds. Squeaky floors but that is part of the charm. No washing machine, but I found washing clothes in the bathtub and drying them on the heated towel rack very effective. Small well stocked supermarket 3 minutes walk away. HIGHLY recommend. Rent includes fast WIFI access. The greeter was very friendly, spoke great English and demonstrated use of the kitchen appliances, TV/DVD and check WIFI conected before leaving us.

We stayed at this apartment from 19 sep 2010 to the 26 sep 2010. Even though we were late for about 30 minutes, the representatitive (Joel) was patiently waiting for us and helped us with our luggage. The apartment was smaller than in the picture, and squeaky. But it was clean and well equipped with all the necessary appliances. Kitchen is all new and very functional. The location is the best part of this apartment, close to the Louvre, the Orsay Museum, the Operan, Vendome, Madeline, Saint-Honere, all within walking distance. Metro and bus stops are very closeby. Angelina is right around the corner which we went quite often. We highly recommend Paris Address -they speak beautiful English - and will absoutely use it again for our next visit (very soon as we are planning now!). PS. Our daughter got sick they allowed us to check out quite late. Thank you so much -Merci Beaucoup et Au Revoir!

We stayed at this apartment and was delighted with it's location which is close to the yellow tube line at the tulierie gardens and a short walk to the Louvre and shops. It is superbly decorated and well equipped. No traffic or street noise and good lift access. We were met by Gabriel who is very pleasant and informative.
