BEAUMARCH Apartment

We stayed in this apartment for 10 days and found it to be in a great position especially for my husband who had meetings at the medical school located just off the rue Monsieur. Arriving from overseas it would have been great to have a starter pack of tea coffee and milk. The apartment was basic in furnishings but had everything we required. The taxi and greeting staff were there on time and were very helpful. We asked for an extra key for the apartment and this was provided the next day. We would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to friends.

I stayed in the apartment with my wife and kids. Location is amazing. Everything is right there. The apartment was renovated but was put very cheap IKEA stuff. The shower does not have a door which wets the floor all around the bathroom. Very pricey.

Taxi on time at CDG but not employee at door due to mix up.
apartment in superb location and comfortable with lift and great views.
Kitchen needs more utensils for cooking, and there were no instructions on equipment or information on neighborood.
Telephone and cable line did not work and were never fixed by office. A pity because apartment is very suitable for a couple

My husband and I and our 2 children had a lovely time in this apartment. The children had the bedroom and we had the surprisingly comfortable sofa bed. Despite the lack of space, we did sleep well and it was lovely to wake up to the amazing view over Paris. We felt like we were a part of the real Paris, not suffocating in some bland hotel room. Would recommend to couples and small families.

My husband and I had a very enjoyable stay in this apartment for 3 weeks. Wonderful, friendly, neighborhood location and great in terms of transportation (metro/RER) and easy walks as well, not to mention the beautiful Luxembourg Gardens in close proximity.
Apartment is as advertised - very compact and efficient but had what we needed by and large. Really would not recommend for more than 2 people (even though there is a sofabed for 2 more) because of the layout/location of shower/WC. Could use some additional clothes hangers in the closet. Could also use some English instruction on the use of the microwave/convection oven. I was able to figure out how to use it as a microwave, but not as an oven, which limited our abilities to cook and eat in the apartment (searched online for English versions of the manuals, but to no avail. Lots of copies in the apartment, but none in English.) ParisAddress was very helpful in their recommendations and also in meeting us at the apartment and getting us acclimated. Will continue to use their services when in Paris and also to recommend them to anyone visiting for an extended stay.

Service was quite good, the taxi driver who picked us up at CDG was on time, very friendly and what impressed me the most is that he carried our luggage all the way up to our apartment, well worth the 75 euros you pay. The agent from parissaddress was on time, and was helpful is briefing us about the apartment.
The apartment was very nice, what you see on the internet pictures is what you get. The apartment was clean, the toilet was separate from the shower . All the appliances worked, the refrigerator does not have a freezer and there is no microwave, which was fine with us. The phone, tv and internet all worked.
Location was fantastic, there was a nice wine shop just across from the building, a boulangerie up the street on Rue Monsieur Le Prince and a small grocery on Rue Vaugirard.
Will stay here again and would recommend to family and friends.
