Rosiers was a great place to stay in Paris. Near to shops, food and transport. The apartment was the perfect size, clean and warm and everything worked perfectly. Arnoud was excellent and explained everything to us.Thanks to theParis address team. The taxi service to and from the airport was worth it.Great experience;we will be using again.

Great apartment in the enchanting Marais location(stayed ten days in June). The best place from which to explore the wonderful city of Paris.

We have just returned from a week's stay at the Rue des Rosier apartment and loved our stay there. The apartment is extremely spacious (especially for Paris) and overlooking the street (great for 'people watching' ). The crowds arrive during the afternoon and evening, while the street is almost deserted during the night and much of the morning. We found this a great way to see the different sides of Paris and this certainly added to the enjoyment of our stay. The area itself is fabulous to explore with lots of bakeries, 'famous' falafel shops, restaurants/cafes, art galleries, unique shops, Place des Vogues, Victor Hugo' house etc etc. It's also possible to walk to tourist attractions such as the Louvre, St germein du Pres, major shops etc (if you enjoy walking). Alternatively it's an easy walk to St Paul's metro.
The apartment itself was fantastic -clean and comfortable with modern decor. The lounge and bedroom were both large with very comfortable couches and bed. The two sets of windows allowed for great cross ventilation ( small fans were also available if needed). The bathroom was also great. The kitchen though quite small was perfectly adequate for us and had everything we needed in the way of cutlery, crockery etc. We would have found printed instructions for kitchen appliances helpful. If you have the time there's a large selection of books available to read. We found it to be a wonderful retreat at the end of a day of exploring Paris. A nice and appreciated gesture of the owner is the opportunity to take one of the canvas prints on the wall with you, as a reminder of your stay.
Booking was easy and the organisation was great eg email reminders of procedures, excellent taxi transfer service ( which we highly recommend having previously lugged heavy suitcases up and down railway stairs in Paris!), prompt meeting by agent and rundown of flat, equipment and departure procedures.
Highly recommend both the Rue des Rosiers apartment and Paris Address.

Our second visit November 2012. Just as good as the first. The apartment is beautiful, location excellent and Paris Address staff could not have been more helpful. We hope to be back again soon.

My husband and I just stayed at the Rue des Rosiers apartment the last week of March. What a beautiful place! It's actually nicer and larger than it appears on the website, and so bright! First of all, the location is perfect. It's on a pedestrian street right in the middle of the Jewish Quarter in the Marais, and I was surprised by how quiet it is. The apartment is only one floor up from the ground floor, which is perfect - not many steps to go up but you get a nice view and breezes. We were able to leave the windows open all day and night long since it was so peaceful. It's close to everything we wanted to walk to, and for areas further afield, we caught the Batobus, the stop is just a few blocks away.
The living room is very large with 2 huge windows and a wall of bookshelves. Large flatscreen TV, though we did not watch television. Wi-fi is excellent! Faster than the one we have at home. Never failed once, and I've always had problems with this with other Paris apartments.
Tiny kitchen, but with everything you need. I was surprised how big the fridge is. I would have liked more glasses, plates and cutlery, there were very few. It wasn't a problem, however, we just washed up after every snack. We didn't cook dinner in the apartment, though. It might be an issue for those who want to do more cooking.
Bathroom is heavenly. LOTS of thick white towels, plenty of cabinet space, fantastic water pressure, very clean. I loved how HOT the water is. It's a pet peeve of mine when I can't get really hot water out of hotel faucets. I know they must do that to save energy and keep people from burning themselves, but I love HOT HOT water. Great lighting too! Really perfection. It also has a large towel warmer that I want for my own bathroom now! There is a combo washer/dryer in the bathroom. I could figure out how to wash the clothes, but couldn't really get it to dry the clothes. I think I'm just dense, since others have been able to figure it out. There are directions, so I'm sure it was just me. I just used the extra large towel warmer to dry my clothes and that did the trick.
The bedroom is so amazing. It's enormous by Parisian standards. (or really any standard) So much closet space you can't possibly use it all. Sheets are crisp and white, and there are plenty if you want to change them. Cozy white duvet cover, amazingly comfortable queen size bed. Again, two large windows opening into a courtyard so we could leave them open at night it was so very quiet. I notice there is no a/c. We didn't need it, the weather was perfect, but it might be an issue in the hot summer months. We got plenty of breezes with all the windows, so perhaps the fans I saw in the apartment will keep things cool.
I do suggest using paris address' taxi partner for airport pick up. Even though our flight was a bit delayed, the driver was there waiting for us, took us to the apartment, and called ahead to Armand to meet us. Armand was there waiting for us even though we arrived earlier than official check in time. He was so nice we were sad to see him leave! He showed us how to set up the wi-fi (it's very easy), had us sign everything very efficiently. What a breeze. I am so impressed with Paris Address. We've used other apartment rental agencies in the past and it's always been such a pain -- sending checks back and forth and signing contracts, and faxing... Not this time. Booking was so simple online, even though we booked last minute, I was able to use my credit card, and I didn't have to pick the key up elsewhere, and search around for the right apartment. This was easier than a hotel room, I'll never use another agency again, we were so pleased.
Can't wait for our next visit!

We really enjoyed our stay in Rue des Rosiers, the Marais has so much to offer, we spent a month in Paris and everytime we walked in our area we discovered something new, Gastronomically speaking it was a real feast. The food market (Bastille) is a short walk up Rivoli which is open on Thursdays and Sundays, what an array of food, we were so spoiled for choice. Wine, cheese, bread and Churros for dessert…
As for the flat, it was very central and convenient. Some aspects of the flat are unpractical, like the kitchen cupboards, an avid chef might get a little frustrated with the inadequate kitchen utensils, nevertheless, we made a plan. The lounge furniture was not very comfortable and very low to sit on. The TV had only 2 English channels (very frustrating) but the worst was the noise from the person living upstairs who could not keep still at night, with strange noises echoing through the ceiling. A pair of earplugs did the trick.
The rest of the flat was very nice (some may object to all the stairs but we took it as exercise to work off all the bread cheese and wine) On the flips side, the WIFI is great, and the flat had lots to offer in terms of washing machine/dryer/dishwasher et…all made it more comfortable. Good value for money (when out of season) overall we had a great time and would probably consider coming back.

My 23 year old daughter and I had a wonderful visit to Paris and were very happy with the cozy apartment. It was centrally located in Le Marais and offered a wonderful retreat after busy days of sight seeing. If I could offer a suggestion, it would be that the living room could have used a more comfortable couch. The furniture was a little stark for retreat. The area became a little noisy over Christmas but nothing too serious. We were mostly happy with all of the amenities provided in the apartment and would use Paris Address again.

We stayed here from 23rd to 27th November 2011 and simply loved it.
The location is perfect with all of the Marais on the doorstep and the rest of Paris within walking distance.
The apartment is very well equipped with a neat kitchen, plenty of towels, a decent shower and crisp clean cotton bedsheets. We didn't want for anything while we were there and felt incredibly smug every time we opened the communal door, right in the heart of the Marais.
We'll definitely stay here again. Thanks.

I would like to echo ALL the positive comments above on this wonderful apartment. We were there from September 16-23 and had such a wonderful visit in Paris. The apartment and location could not have been more perfect. The owner had a number of canvas prints hanging on the living room wall. A a note encouraged guests to take one of their choice home as a memento; what a nice touch! I would also encourage anyone who rents from parisaddress.com to avail themselves of the taxi service offered from the airport. One is always weary upon arrival in Europe. So it is such a nice convenience to have a taxi waiting for you outside of customs. It gets your trip off to a wonderful start. Our plane was early, but our driver was there in a timely fashion. He was also very helpful in contacting paris address and advising them of our early arrival. Sofia met us to explain everything about the apartment. They also arranged a taxi to take us to the train station upon our departure for Germany. I just can't say enough good things about paris address and 19 Rue Rosiers. Our visit was to celebrate our 46th wedding anniversary, and the trip was everything I had hoped it would be. Terri USA

We stayed in this cute apartment in July, and really enjoyed it. The apartment was clean when we arrived, and our greeter Joel was helpful and friendly. The location was super, could walk to a lot of sites and the metro and transit were close for those days we needed it. Very safe area with lots of great little shops and restaurants. Paris Address was easy to book with, and the offered taxi service was good, especially after a long overseas flight. Would recommend Paris Address and this apartment, would stay again.

I don't want to tell to anybody. I want to keep it secret. So we can come back anytime we want. And we will do.

My wife and I stayed in ROSIERS in March 2011 for almost a week. It was fantastic. I echo all the positive reviews. Great area, lots to do, see, and shop. Great access to transportation. Walking to major sites is not so far either. Loved the eclectic mix of the neighbourhood. Parisaddress was easy to deal with and made us very comfortable.
Choice of take home art by the owner was a nice touch.
Apartment was clean. Quiet in the bedroom. Fun to live like a Parisian!

Our family of 4 stayed at 19 Rue Des Rosiers for a week in late July. The apartment sleeps 3.5 so it worked well for us (the fourth bed would sleep up to a 5 year old, perhaps). We were impressed with the ParisAddress staff even before we came as our e-mail questions were always answered quickly and well. The taxi driver Zeljko, arranged for us by the ParisAddress, was excellent, professional and very helpful with advice about the city and also bringing our luggage up the stairs to the apartment (most older buildings in Paris do not have elevators). During our stay, we asked ParisAddress questions by e-mail and always got a quick response.
The apartment is in the heart of the Marrais, exactly as described on the website. The street is lively and interesting at all times, it was quite entertaining just to look out the window and see what was happening on the street. Despite the pedestrian traffic at all hours, the double-glazed windows kept the noise down so it did not bother us at night (it was not very hot at the time so we did not have to leave the windows open). The bedroom window opens up into a tiny (but very quiet) courtyard. The apartment has 2 portable fans in case it gets hot. Inside, the apartment is spacious and fully renovated with new modern mini-kitchen (diswasher, stove, coffee maker) and beautifully done bath with marbe tile and a washer/dryer. (The manuals for all appliances are on the shelves in the hallway).
The central location of the apartment meant that it was a walking distance to NotreDame, Louvre, the river Seine (Paris Plage), Place des Vogues, Musee Carnavalet etc. Just
wandering the narrow streets nearby filled with bakeries, restaurants and boutiques was incredible! The nearest metro stop and a taxi stand is Saint Paul station, where there are also some smaller grocery shops.
The wireless internet in the apartment was very helpful for planning our explorations in the city. At some point we lost wireless but the wire-internet still worked so we used that. There is a phone in the apartment for local calls only.
We had a fantastic stay in Paris and would like to thank ParisAddress for our lovely accommodations.

My adult son and I stayed in this
apartment for 3 and a half weeks in
May 2010. It suited us perfectly. The
apartment is modern, clean, light,
and well-equipped (eg, there is a coffee
machine, an iron and a hairdryer).
The location is excellent. There are
lots of really nice restaurants
within walking distance, and St Paul
metro station is just a 2 minute walk
away. There are plenty of good shops
(a fromagerie, a boucherie etc) near the
metro station should you want to cook at
home.
Parisaddress were very helpful and
easy to deal with. When the wireless
connection ceased to work at one stage,
they sent someone round to fix it within
a couple of hours. Next time I'm looking
for an apartment in Paris, I will definitely
check out the Parisaddress website.

Just want to say how much we loved the apartment and its location in Paris. We were met by Alexandra who was so friendly and thorough in showing us how everything works and made us feel so welcome. The apartment met all our expectations. It was clean, light and modern and the freshly laundered sheets and towels were appreciated. We felt very safe and it is in a good area. It is an easy walk to the Metro at St Pauls. Paris Address are very professional and we would certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone wishing to stay in Paris.
