My husband & I stayed for 5 nights in June 2014 after completing a 2 week coach tour of France. We just love our time in Rue Nocard. We would entirely agree with the comments made by Greg & Lenka King on 9 Jan 2013. Would highly recommend this apartment and dealing with parisaddress made the experience all the better.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary in this apartment. It was very convenient and everything was there for you. Fast and friends service. I agree with previous reviewers, the people upstairs are incredibly loud until the sun rises on the weekends-that is the only downside.

We stayed for 5 nights and really felt comfortable and very close to the center of important locations like the Eiffel Tower and across the street from the Seine River. Unit is clean and well furnished especially the kitchen. Large refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer, excellent shower and bed. The noise insulation between upstairs unit and this one could be improved. We highly recommend and would stay again.

We had a great time this year in Paris, made more so by our apartment and it's great location. This apartment is as I described to my friends... "beautifully french". It's very neat and clean. Has everything you need like the dishwasher, snazzy little kitchen, nice and cozy lounge/sitting room and a big comfy bed. It really did give you a "home away from home" feel.

The location......some 500 metres from the Eiffel Tower, 100 metres from the metro rail as well as the rural lines, made it very handy for our stay this year.

Would stay here again without doubt! It's a must for the first timers to Paris or those who would like a change of apartment location.

The apartment was very conveniently located for both metro and walking to the more touristy parts of Paris. very comfortable bed, great shower and while not luxiourious, very well appointed. We would not hesitate to rent it again.

Perfect location for getting everywhere, bio supermarket, Poilane, everything you could need is right there! Wonderful neighborhood: where people actually live. And a very comfortable apartment! Very pleasant building!
