BEAUMARCH Apartment
We stayed in the apartment for a week in September. The check-in went smoothly. We found the apartment to be convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. There is a boulangerie at the end of the street and there are 2 metro stations within a short walking distance. The kitchen is well stocked with the necessary utensils, however, we were somewhat dismayed at the number of cracked and chipped plates and cups. One would expect not to find those defects in an apartment at that price. Also, there were 2 lightbulbs missing.

We stayed in the apartment for 10 days in June. Very compact, elegant and central, we walked to most places. Also very close to two metros. Great for shopping for self-catering, and plenty of choice for eating out. The sleeping alcove and bed was certainly too tight for two people but we found the sofa bed very comfortable.

I stayed at Bains103 in April, 2012. I can see it would be a bit tight for four, but was great for 1/2. The elevator worked consistently and there were no odors as mentioned from the cooking school. The decor is wonderful - very clean and modern. Great little kitchen with everything needed. The shopping on nearby rue Montorgueil is fabulous, and for the mundane, there's a monoprix a block away. The check in and out procedures were easy and efficient.

We stayed at this apartment for 2 weeks with our 2 children for Christmas and New Year's. Definitely a bit cozy but the apartment was just like the photos. Unfortunately for us the heater was not working (Not great during the winter months). And no one came to fix it, however Paris Address was very helpful and brought us an electric heater. The pull out sofa was easily the MOST uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on in my life. The mattress definitely needs to be changed. Our Water heater stopped working and a maintenance man came to fix it, but it took him 2 days because he kept going to the wrong apartment. The shower drain was clogged and it was disgusting to take a shower until they finally fixed it. Other than these things, the location was decent, nearby metro stations, organic grocery, boulangeries, bistros, etc. I can honestly say the reception from the cab driver that Paris Address setup was excellent. Despite these problems, I WOULD definitely utilized Pris Address Booking again for a future rental.

We spent 3 weeks in BAINS103 in September. The place is well equipped and convenient to the metro, within 15-20 minutes' walking distance from the Louvre, Notre-Dame etc, close to Beaubourg. The restaurants and grovery shops on rue Montorgeuil are splendid. But it has its problems, especially for an extended stay and is basically unsuitable for more than 1 person, since the sleeping alcove is tiny, has no window and no ventilation. The balcony faces an extremely noisy intersection of 2 major avenues. Traffic to the train stations is continuous; therefore, windows will have to stay closed all night, and lack of air-conditioning is a major problem. So is lack of a landline phone. The bathroom door is only cosmetic and precludes privacy. The cooking school on the ground floor produces unpleasant odors in the stairwells; the elevator functions sporadically; and the tall dining tables are unsuitable for laptop work. But Paris will always be Paris.

We stayed in the BAINS103 apartment in May 2010 and it was fantastic. It's exactly like the pictures, very clean and has all the ammenities you'll need. The location wasn't right in the heart of things, but the metro is right around the corner (10 min ride to most of the major sights) and Notre Dame was a 10 min walk. There is a supermarket across the street which was very convenient, and lots of cafes nearby. We have already recommended this apartment to friends and will use this website again if we visit Paris again.
