BEAUMARCH Apartment
We stayed at Bonap in June 2014. The apartment is modest but secure. Located on the first floor, the apartment is serviced by a lift. Barely comfortable, but nicely located almost opposite St Sulpice. The bed is the most uncomfortable bed that I think that I have ever 'slept' in. We had to take sleeping tables to get a decent nights sleep. I did forward my concerns to Paris address so that the owner can change this ancient worn out bed.
Front end washing machine with instructions only in French. Not helpful if you have never used such a machine and that you do not speak French.
Disappointed as we have used Parisaddress previously.

Excelent location! Everything you need is close to the apartment. The man who explained us everything was very polite and he did not forget nothing. Sure, I hope to return someday.....

The Bonap appartement is very comfortable and located on en very special Parisian Hotspot!. Just 50 m from Place Saint Sulpice and the Jardin du Luxembourg. The large double bed is very good, our little girl slept in the dressing room.
Appt is very wel equipted: Wifi, 2 TVs, telephone etc.
A little dripping from the watersupply in the bathroom was repared very quickly by the agency
One thing: perhaps a new floor or carpet in the future.

Very comfortable and excellently located flat. We were made to feel at home during check-in by Arnaud, one of the agency's representatives. On the second day of our stay the lightbulb in the kitchen stopped working, so we notified the agency. They didn't get back to us until our last day of our stay which I found rather frustrating and rude. We had to cook in semi-darkness.
Apart from this all was good!

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay in the apartment; its location was excellent. Everything was just as advertised, and the kitchen was sufficiently equipped. The recent addition of WiFi in the apartment was most helpful, but it would have been nice to have a telephone as well. The separate dressing room was a plus, and the bathroom was great. We were glad we took advantage of your taxi service from Gare du Nord, as the taxi lines there were terribly long. The driver was kind and helpful. Your representative took care to explain everything thoroughly.

The apt was in a perfect location - Luxembourg Gardens just around the corner which was great. Great size for my family (4 total - 2 adults and 2 children).
Echoing other posts - there was no dishwasher or telephone. Wish WiFi had been available.
Agent was very kind.

The apartment was very comfortable and warm to return to after cold days out shopping and sightseeing. We enjoyed our stay and will hope to return again.Just a few points for noting: The parisaddress site showed there was a dishwasher but there was not. Also their notes said a phone for free local calls was available ; it was not. There was a larder fridge but unfortunately no small freezer box for ice or keeping anything frozen.Care has to be taken with the sliding doors in the dressing room as they easily come out of the runners. The apartment is in an ideal location with the gardens so close and 84 bus to the Madeline 50 metres away.Thank you for the extra little touches of tissues, soap and washing machine tablets etc.Your representative was very helpful and explained everything very clearly and patiently.

As a frequent visitor to and once long-time resident of Paris I found this to be an unusually charming apartment, in one of the most desirable areas of the Left Bank. While there was no phone or internet, the location and "pleasantness" of the place made up for it. A lovely dressing room (unusual in any apartment) and very modern bathroom and more mirrors than Versailles!!!!
Parisaddress, whose services I've used before, are very efficient and in all ways excellent. Their driver Jean-Paul is a charmer, thoughtful and well informed.
In sum, a pleasure!
