Our family spent 11 days in the apartment. An advantage for the apartment is its central location to museums, St Germain cafes and in walking distance to the Metro. The apartment is well appointed and was homely. Excellent heating (for winter) and good to have access to washing facilities. As the location does't face directly onto the street, the apartment is extremely quiet and peaceful. The Wi-Fi access was reliable and fast. Special mention for the Taxi service for after hours check-in, the drive was extremely helpful.

We spent 4 days in the Guen appartment and had a wonderful stay. The location is excellent and the appartment very convenient. It was also very nice to have the courtyard outside.

WE STAYED 6 NIGHTS IN THIS APARTMENT. LOCATION IS EXCELLENT AND FELT VERY SECURE. THE APARTMENT HAS PRETTY WELL EVERYTHING YOU COULD DESIRE. WE JUST USED THE DRYING RACK INSIDE RATHER THAN THE COMBO DRYER AS IT DOESNT WORK VERY WELL. THE OUTDOOR COURTYARD IS GREAT FOR A RELAX AND SOME FRESH AIR. THE GUY THAT LET US IN AND OUT WAS VERY HELPFUL. THE ONLY CONCERN WAS NO AIRCON, BUT LUCKILY IT WASNT TOO HOT WHEN WE WERE THERE. THE SECOND BEDROOM IS UNDERGROUND BUT HAS A LARGE BATH WHICH WAS GREAT AFTER A DAY SIGHTSEEING.

This was the second time we stayed at this wonderful apartment. Its location can not be beat on the first block from the Seine. Also it has a beautiful terrace with table and chairs so you can sit out and enjoy all the wonderful food and wine the city offers. The staff at Paris Address is just great. We have rented 6 other apartments from then and they all were great.

Great location. But...when we arrived the courtyard smelled like animal urine and one of the residents has a large birdcage with several birds that 'tweet' beginning at 5 a.m. We reported the issues to parisapartments, and their reply was "We don't own the apartments - we only handle the rentals". However, the next day the courtyard was being cleaned with sanitizer. At least they reacted appropriately.

We stayed in the apartment for 10 days with 2 couples, and I can not say enough about its perfect location! A great neighborhood, filled with art galleries, nightlife very nearby, the Louvre just across a bridge. We were the envy of many friends.
The courtyard is lovely and makes it very quiet, and the birds in the garden were a surprise (the cage is covered at night so you won't be bothered). Previous people have given accurate descriptions - there are 2 very private areas for sleeping, with so-so beds, but beware the plug-in toilet on the lower level - plug it in FIRST then flush. Why the owner does not put an on/off switch there is beyond me.
The other surprise was lots of plugs and extension cords - often a rarity in Europe. We were always recharging ou multiple electronics, and I have been in many places whre there are no spre outlets.
The kitchen is well-appointed, but if you know European washer/dryers, you can anticipated the "drying" to be non-existent, so just lay things out on the rack to dry.
Paris Apartments was a pleasure to deal with, and we will be back!

This is the second time we arranged an apartment with Paris Address. The Rue Guenegaud was a last minute option. The location couldn't be better; in the middle of Saint Germain and minutes walking to the Ile de la Cite and Louvre and beyond. This ground and lower ground apartment has a wonderful courtyard with a small terrace full of plants and birds. The decoration of the apartment is simple and now in need of updating. The sofa/bed showed a hole in the upholstery and the paint in the kitchen needs some attention as do the bedspreads and rugs. The kitchen is very well appointed. The bedroom on the ground floor is small and the beds very low. The downstairs bedroom is larger but windowless. Both bathrooms are good and there are lots of extra towels and bedlinnens. WiFi, tv, phone all working perfectly and lots of hot water. On the whole an enjoyable stay. One last warning: take care on entering the building at night. The light only comes on once you're actually inside the building. By that time you have negotiated the typical high threshold and the heavy door ( there is no entry code) in pitch dark, so be careful.

We recently stayed in this apartment in Paris. This is the second time we have stayed in an apartment organised through Paris Address. We compliment Paris Address on their management of the entire process - from the online booking, being met at the apartment and orientated to the facilities. There was a seeming problem with a power point and a member of staff arrived as arranged and the matter was quickly sorted out. Excellent organisation on both stays and excellent accommodation. We spent a wonderful in this apartment. The location was fantastic and the representative from Paris Address met us as organised and took the time to explain everything to us. The layout is perfect for 2 couples or a family and it was just as it appeared in the photos on the internet. The wifi worked really well for us. Loved coming home to the quiet courtyard and comfortable unit after a busy Parisian day!

The location and the apartment are fantastic. It would be great if it had new blankets and a better twin bed. The internet (wifi) was not working...

We spent 9 days in this wonderful apartment. Paris Address was extremely helpful and responsive. The apartment was so charming and the location could not have been better for our family of 5. We had access to everything in Paris and a wonderful neighborhood to live in. We look forward to using Paris Address again in the future.
