BEAUMARCH Apartment
We stayed in the flat in mid-June and it was fantastic. The location was perfect for walking to the sites and had easy access to the Metro. The building is quiet and has a great Italian restaurant on the 1st floor. I agree with some of the other comments that the 3rd floor location without an elevator makes for a challenging move in but it was worth it.
We would happily stay there again.

We stayed in this apartment in november...we were 4 adults and one little child thath slept in a baby cot (on our request) - excellent location (100m from metro, small market at 2 minutes), large kitchen...everything was ok...the apartment is at the third floor, so it's not very comfortable for peolpe who have heavy buggy.

We loved Collette. The night before we stayed at a 5 star hotel in Paris and it was not a patch on this apartment. The location is fabulous and the apartment is spacious and clean - in fact much larger than I expected.
it can be a little noisy at night because of the restaurant downstairs but that didn't bother us as we were on "European time" anyway. I would definitely recommend it and would stay again.

The apartment on St Honore called Colette was extremely convenient being only two blocks from the Lourve. The kitchen and main room were open and spacious. The beds were very comfortable - the best I've experienced in Paris after five visits in the last seven years. The sofa bed in the main room was also comfortable for sleeping. The kitchen was well equiped, and we loved the round glass table for dining and for playing games in the evening. Good storage was available in the bedrooms. Although the bath was small, we were happy to have a good washing machine in the bathroom. I rented this apartment in June of 2012 and June of 2013. It is a little pricey, but the location makes it worthwhile. I do wish there were an elevator. Thank goodness we had two strong 14 year old boys to haul the luggage up the stairs.
There is a grocery store across the street and a patisserie very near and a larger grocery not far.
Cityrama is located close by and we were able to schedule trips easily because of nearness to the apartment.
The best thing is the central location which allowed us to walk to many sites.I highly recommend this apartment.

Excellent location. Clean. Nice Italian restaurant down the stairs. Walking distance to major points of interest. Good for kids although there is no elevator. Overall worth it.
