BEAUMARCH Apartment
I didn't want to leave Paris and particularly this apartment. It was very central to alot of things and I walked everywhere so I didn't miss anything. It is a five minute walk to the Champs-Elysees and the Arc de Triomphe, the other direction takes you towards Moulin Rouge and Sacre-Coure. Their are many places to eat or grab a snack in the area. I traveled alone and felt safe staying here and exploring the local neighborhoods for my first time in Paris. I found the facilities in the apartment more than ample. I had a trouble-free and hassle-free experience with the Paris Address staff, they were very helpful if I had any questions before and after I arrived. I also hope this apartment is available next time I go back!

We stayed in this apartment for a week this month (June 2012)and were extremely satisfied with the service for the Paris address staff who found us this flat in an emergency situation. The flat is clean and well equipped though minor items would be improved: Better water pressure in the bathroom, proper coat hangers, a can opener, and additional kitchen cloths.Sheets and towels were plenty and of good quality. The area is quiet though very central. We recommend eating at Chez Clement. We highly recommend Paris address and will certainly use their services for our future trips.

The 8th time that we've rented an appart by Parisaddress and the reservation+welcoming were as good as ever. Also the appart, nice, well-equiped, more than enough towels and more than enough vaisselle (i love the dishwasher!) and the metrostation in front of the building to go out there. The neigbourhood is good, quiet but also a shopping street and Champs-Elysees nearby. There is only one thing that was less, the bathroom. For a dutch a little bit too tiny, it was a little difficult to get out of the shower and dry ourselves without bumping.

I stayed at TERNES89 for a week in March and absolutely loved it! The apartment is very tidy and well-laid out, and the building is quiet. The amenities are in good working order (and they have a handy booklet in the apartment explaining how to use everything). The location in the 8th is excellent: it's right across the street from Ternes metro stop, close to the rue Poncelet open market, parc Monceau and many restaurants and shops. I pretty much walked everywhere from this apartment. I found the Paris Address staff were very professional, reliable and helpful. I am looking forward to my next visit, when I will surely stay in one of their apartments again!

Nous avons loué en septembre 2011 et sommes bien heureuses de notre séjour. L'appartement est très propre mais un peu exigu pour 2 femmes. Il est très bien situé et beaucoup d'activités se planifient à pied.

I stayed in this lovely studio for a week in June. The location was ideal, just minutes from 2 metro stations and a taxi stand just around the corner. I highly recommend pre-arranging taxis to/from the airport if you have luggage, as taxis are not as readily available in Paris as they are in NY. I traveled with my 18 year old daughter & the space was fine as we didn't spend much time in the apt - but storage for clothes was a bit limited for 2 females!! It was great having the kitchen as we had breakfast in the apt while preparing for our days. I don't know if it was because we were exhausted from walking all day but we both slept like babies on the double bed (something extremely rare for me). The staff of Paris Address were extremely helpful in addressing my questions via email before our arrival in Paris & were there to greet us and show us where everything was & how things works. Shower although small always had plenty of hot water - this room doesn't have central a/c but does have 2 big windows that provided plenty of breeze. We can't wait to return to Paris soon & hope this apt will be available!
