Our family of four stayed in this apartment for one week. There were no problems or surprises. It was exactly as shown on the web site; clean and quiet. Within walking distance to many services (e.g. boulangerie, épicerie, SNCF, banque), restaurants and stores, attractions (e.g. Champ de mars and Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Rodin Museum) and métro. The greeter covered all the important information and was helpful. We also used the taxi service and all went as planned; easy and efficient. Would stay there again.

We stayed for one week in Nov 2013 at this ParisAddress apartment. All arrangements made with ParisAddress for airport transfers etc went smoothly. The apartment was exactly as desribed and presented on line.
This is our second rental with ParisAddress and I would highly recommend them.

It's the second time that I rent an apartment through ParisAddress for three months. And again, I'm very pleased.
The online payment was safe and easy and Mr. Joel, who was assigned to receive me at the apartment and give me the keys and some usage tips, was very helpful and extremely attentive.

The building is very safe, clean, silent, with an elevator and on a great place. It's on a quiet street, but just a few meters away from everything you might need. The metro station is right on the corner, along side of a good supermarket. Bakery, pharmacy, post office, fruit stand, restaurants, bars, ice cream shop, and even a Starbucks and a McDonald's, among many other stores at Rue du Commerce (Trade Street), all within a few minutes walk or less.
The apartment is wonderful. Spacious, well lit and with every appliance that you might need: washer and dryer, dishwasher, toaster, express and regular coffee machine, stove with oven, microwave, etc. The bedroom is very comfortable and on the living room there's a big sofabed. The apartment accommodates four people with ease.
I asked for their taxi service and all went as planned, both the scheduled and the agreed vehicle type.
I'll definitely look for ParisAddress again next time I'm in Paris. For sure they made my stay on this wonderful city even better.

We stayed in this apartment for a month, and were very pleased with it. Would recommend it to others and would stay again, if the opportunity arose. Well equipped, well-proportioned and well located. Warm welcome on our arrival, although the cleaning had not been done, but this was quickly sorted out to an excellent standard.

This is a great apartment in a good neighborhood. Grennelle fresh market on Sundays and Wednesdays. Close to metro stop. Close to Monoprix and other shopping. We stayed for 10 days and really felt at home. The kitchen was better stocked than most places. The customer service was right on target, from Anatole meeting us at the start to our driver picking us up and putting us in line for the correct air line at the end. We felt well taken care of. Would recommend this flat to anyone and, if we are ever fortunate enough to visit Paris again, would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment on Rue Tiphaine, it was conveniently located to many amenities including shopping and subway. Space was typical for Paris and confortable for four. Would definately stay here again.
