We stayed here for a week in April 14.
We were greeted at Eurostar which would have worked extremely well if the driver was on time but he was 15 minutes late and we had no local phone. A small issue only but better to be early than late.

The apartment as per other comments is in a great location, we only needed to use metro once, to go to Montmarte, the rest of the time we walked. But the last 94 steps (yes we counted them)up the stairwell would cause some people some problems, this was however clear from the very first booking request I should also say... but be warned.

Restaurant downstairs we tried on last night and it was the best meal we had in paris!

As a family of 5 we were pleased with the choice, especially the 3 bedrooms.

Booking, payment, check in/out was handled very professionally I thought and I would have no hesitation in using "parisaddress" again.

what a wonderful apartment this is.Spacious warm welcoming and comfortable. And quiet!
our family of six were very happy for the week we were there.location was fantastic - three minute walk to the louve and to orsay museum.good supermarket nearby. stairs were a bit challenging however i wőuld thoroughly recomend it. we all found it very difficult to leave and would be back tomorrow if we could. check-in was very simple with a delightful guy from your agency - I think his name is Arnaud (sorry if spelt incorrectly)Everything great - 1óópercent rating from me!

My family of 6 stayed in this apt for 4 nights and it was wonderful. Very spacious by European standards with great location near Louvre . Best bakery down the street where we went daily to get our breakfast and a wonderful market down the street for everything else. Space was clean and well appointed. Apt is on 4th floor with no elevator so anyone who has difficulty with stairs would be advised to look elsewhere. Would definitely stay here again.
