We spent a very enjoyable week in this apartment. We were already familiar with the neighbourhood and it's fantastic twice-weekly market beneath Dupleix Metro, large choice of restaurants, bars, bakeries, convenient Monoprix supermarket and of course the metro station right on the doorstep. We enjoyed having our own fully equipped kitchen and space to unpack properly and even get our laundry done (and dry)
The apartment has been very tastefully decorated with strong attention to detail. Nothing was lacking. The large bed was very comfortable and the view of la tour Eiffel was far better than I had hoped.
The room heating was effective, plenty of hot water, lovely lighting combinations and very nice large shower cubicle.
We were certainly most comfortable here and would not hesitate to recommend it to others and will definitely stay here again next time we are in Paris.
I must also comment on my dealings with Parisaddress themselves who were wonderful right from the start. All emails were promptly answered, plenty of information given throughout the booking process, no hidden fees or T&C's. Lovely man Arnaud welcomed us to our apartment and great taxi service from the station. Highly recommend using Parisaddress for your accommodation.

We had a great week long stay in this apartment. Very convenient location. It was an easy walk to the Eiffel Tower. Even though the metro was just outside the building, it was very quiet inside the apartment. Fresh food markets were even set up under the Metro in the early morning without us hearing a thing. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We just came back from a week in this apartment, and it is exactly as described here, with the exception of the telephone, which was lacking. The wifi worked fine however. The location is very convenient, with numerous boulangeries and pâtisseries and restaurants. The bedroom does have a view of the top of the Eiffel Tower: keep an eye out for the hourly light show. And you can hardly hear the elevated Metro 6 line at all.

Keep in mind that if you have a lot of heavy bags, that the apartment is on the 4th floor the way stories are numbered in the US. (In France and elsewhere in Europe, the ground floor is '0'.)

We would definitely recommend this apartment to a couple visiting Paris.
