We stayed 3 nights in this cute little pad and were very comfortable. The location is fantastic with everything in easy walking distance. The nearest metro station is port royal approx 2 blocks and the Luxembourg gardens are also easy walking distance. About 100 metres from the apartment is a patisserie that opens at 6.30 am and the croissants are beautiful. We were 2 couples and so all good with 2 double bedrooms with one bathroom and sep toilet - all very clean and great laundry facilities also. The balcony is tiny with room for 2 people and some plants (that we watered)- it makes a cute little spot for a glass of wine and people watching a busy little street below. Would highly recommend this gem.
