We stayed in this apartment for a week in October. The position was fantastic, you could walk to all the interesting places.

We stayed at this compact but perfect appartment between Xmas and into New Year, it was very clean,well kept and in an ideal position with fantastic cafes shops metro all near by, beautiful area to just wander around. The airport pick up and introduction to the appartment was excellent, as was the service from Paris Address. I would not hesitate to book and stay there again

The apartment was first rate and in a terrific location for those who like lively and central rather than sedate and suburban. Noisy at night, yes, but easily solved by closing the windows. We'll plan to come back again soon. The service provided by "ParisAddress" was perfect. No complaints from us at all.

The apartment was great and the person signing us in was very helpful. I wish he had shown us how to use the phone. We never did figure out how to use it.
The noise from the bar beneath us was really noisy until 2 in the morning. That was our major complaint. Fortunately it was not hot so we closed the windows and they did an excellent job of keeping the noise out. It could have been a problem if it was really hot.
The apartment was perfect for 2 and the terrace a delight. Very well located to everything we wanted to do. Lots of good restaurants and wine bars close. Well furnished and very clean. The stovetop needs some work. It was a challange turning it on.
I would also suggest a map to get there because the street numbers are so confusing.
If I need an apartment in Paris again I would certainly consider what you offer.

What a fabulous place! We fell in love with it instantly. Perfect location, bright and cosy apartment, and a roof terrace to die for. The service was great, too: we had a late flight, and Paris Address arranged for us to stay in the apartment for a couple of extra hours. From now on this will be the only way to do Paris. I really miss that terrace...

A lot has already been said about how wonderful this apartment is. I can only add that after 5 trips to Paris, this was the first time that I really felt like I was at home. We stayed int his apartment for a week in March of 2007 and we loved it. The location is ideal, the apartment was spotless, great bathroom, wonderful rooftop terrace, and comfortable bed. Plenty of towels and sheets as well.

There is one flight of stairs that you climb to the second floor (US Second floor) and then you can take the elevator to the 5th floor. Then it is one more staircase to climb - not at all a problem unless one is disabled or just can not climb stairs.

We loved this place and highly recommend it.

We also were very satisfied with the Paris Address agency as they were professional and followed through on everything they said they would do in their policies. We would definitely use their services again.

I used parisaddress.com for the first time in July 06 and stayed at the studio Sein75 for 10 days. The apartment is small but very nice with many windows and an extremely well-designed use of space; the outdoor terrace is wonderful and provides you with a great private space to invite guests and enjoy the rooftops of Paris. The location is in the middle of the Latin Quarter. It is extremely lively day and night. It is quite young and student-oriented and can be a bit noisy, although the apartment is pretty quiet. Parisaddress.com did a kind and thorough job and was very professional - I would use them and stay in this apartment again.

Unbelievable. Romantic. Perfect location. Completement parfait! Ran into 3 of my oldest friends in the neighborhood (two in paris from new york and one from LA!) watched the fireworks on bastille day on 360 rooftop terrace. Want this to be my home away from home for years to come!
