BEAUMARCH Apartment
The best introduction we have every had to an apartment. The apartment was very clean and comfortable for a family of 5 all being adults. The hot water issue was quickly fixed with a read of the green folder on the kitchen bench. The glassware and dishes could do with an update many are broken or chipped.
Location is excellent for walking around Paris. Unfortunately we picked Bastille Day long weekend for our visit, the restaurants and bakery were not open which surprised us.
We would definitely use Paris Address again and have recommended them to our friends who plan to travel to Paris.

We stayed on this apartment one week in June-July 2011. We were two families, 4 adults and 3 teenagers. The apartment was very comfortable an exactly as described. Location is great with a patisserie, grocery stores and restaurants right down the street. We walked to the nearby attractions or took the metro.
The only issue was the hot water that ran out very fast.
We will definitively consider staying again in our next trip to Paris.

The location is great. The flat was clean and suitable for our 7-people company. The Paris Address staffs, including the taxi driver were wonderful. Small problems were fixed within a day. We appreciate allowing us to stay until our departure for the airport. We recommend solving the hot water issue which appears also in other comments, it ran out way too quickly.

Great location and perfectly adequate for a family of five. The bathroom was great. The linens (blankets) could use some updating as well as the kitchen. There were not enough glasses/serveware to have a decent meal. The dryer also had some issues - very noisy and lots of moisture.
We walked everywhere from this location and it was fabulous for that. The neighborhood felt very safe, and my daughter fell ill and there is a Canadian doctor just around the corner who saw us quickly ...she was getting better by the time we left. Everyone connected with Paris address served us very well. Our taxi driver was fabulous and the greeter was very helpful. Overall, an A-.

Our third stay in this excellent apartment, situated in a very pleasant neighbourhood (couple, three teenagers).
And our sixth of seventh stay in a Paris Address apartment.
That says it all!
(Nevertheless: for other renters we do hope that the apartment door has been repaired - without the key it was not possible to close it.)

We loved the apartment. It was spacious and very comfortable. We could not get the dishwasher to work and the kitchen sink did not have a plug but we were very happy with everything else. The location was great. Hope we can stay there again some day.

My family (2 adults, 12 year old,and 14 year old) loved this apartment. The size and location were perfect, and we especially enjoyed being right down the street from a fantastic boulangerie. We could--and did--walk everywhere from here. At night, we'd come home, fling open all the windows, and the breeze would cool the place down very quickly. The dishwasher did not work while we were there, but this didn't bother us much, since we only ate breakfast at home.

Great locations, very good apartment with all the necessary around (restaurant, shops etc..).
we will try to be back next time in Paris in the same locations.

A superb location and at a very cold time of the year, the heating worked superbly. An ideal place to spend New Year with many amenities surprisingly open! Our sons were very pleased with the internet access as the DVD player was a little choosy! We would highly recommend this apartment and if returning to Paris would stay there again without hesitation.

Our second time in this apartment really felt like coming home. Even in the cold decembermonth the apartment was spacious enough for the five of us. The heating worked very well (that is: a little too much - we had to shut down some radiators to prevent us from melting down).
Superb location, nice neighbourhood, great apartment.

Our stay in the apartment was most enjoyable. The location near Le Louvre was perfect and the flat was most comfortable and clean. We appreciated the possibility to stay until our departure for the station. Our grand children were delighted. We'll go there again.

We spent 6 days in Paris (there were 5 of us). The apartment was great, location was excellent and the evenings were interesting with the singing coming from the cafes across the street. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice apartment, large enough for the five of us. Even though we visit Paris often, we were stunned by the great location.
Perfect wireless internet, good bathroom, good beds/pillows. Only remark: the dvd/cd-player didn't work perfect. After 20-30 minutes the device kept switching to tv.
Bakeries, mini- and midimarkets, many small restaurants within walking distance. Plenty of shops and monuments as well. Yet the street is relatively calm.
We loved looking out of the open windows (we had great weather), just observing the daily city life.
We felt very much at home - after two weeks we left Paris with a little 'pain in the heart'. (What else is new...)

The location was excellent - we were within walking distance of the Louvre, the Pompidou Centre and Notre Dame. The apartment was nice and very well furnished: not that we spent a lot of time in there, as the area was nice to walk around in the evening. Good local shops and the cafe (L'oeuf Mayo) was nice as a treat.
We'd like to stay in the same place again some time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Paris. It was great having such a centrally located apartment and enjoyed the amenities offered in the street. As others have suggested, a few more armchairs and a more comfortable sofa bed would make it perfect.

The service and the apartment both met our expectations and were very adequate for a family of 5 (including a baby) visiting Paris for a few days. Location near the Louvre and gardens was excellent for us and also quite close to Gare du Nord (travelling via Eurostar). We would definitely consider this apartment for a return trip, though it would be nice to have more soft furnishings and lounge chairs as other guests had also mentioned. Also would be great if the floor polish did not come of on crawling little ones and their socks! But other than that, a most enjoyable stay, thank you.

Great apartment, super location.

We stayed at your apartment and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and cheerful. We loved the view straight down the little street outside the main windows. We loved the location--close to everything tourists want to see, yet quiet at night, quiet in the mornings, and more of a residential neighborhood than a touristy area. We thought the driver who picked us up at the airport was very nice and got us right to the apartment. The young man who checked us in was also very nice. We would recommend your service, and this apartment in particular, to anyone. Thank you!

Well a fantastic large apartment in a great central position. Our family of 5 enjoyed the stay. From Yohans excellent service to Jacques checkin the service was exceptional. We will definitely come back and stay again.
PS: we followed the notes and had no problems with the shower. Great bathroom.
Thank you so much - Well done

The appartment was realy beautifull. Very good located on two minutes walk of the louvre and thre metro stations. Furthermore the bakery and the grocery store in the street are very good. We have two comments: The hot water was empty after 5 showers (and we where with 7)and did not got warm until the next day. And the sofa bed/couch in the living room was realy too uncomfortable.
But we loved the appartment and Paris. We had a wonderfull stay.

Hello,
It was a nice appartment. The kitchen was baeutiful and the bathroom too.The location was perfect! It was very central and near Louvre.
You can go everywhere with te metro.
But there are two problems: the hot water was too fast gone. The sofa/bed in the livingroom was very hard and uncomfortable. But it was further more SUPER!!

A nice appartment at an excellent location. Very comfortable and pleasant. One suggestion for improvement: add a few more chairs. Just the coach is not enough for four people.
Otherwise great, including Johan's service to check us in.

Yohan, we have very much enjoyed our stay. Your organization has done a good job and we will come back to you. Some months I will stay in a hotel alone and some months we will look to be in apartments. Paris Address will be our first call. The shower did not keep us from enjoying this apartment.
Thank You for all your help and the Taxi for tomorrow. We will leave our keys and the phone in the apartment in the morning .
All the best

Dear Jacques and Xavier,
Just a quick e-mail to give some comments on the
apartment which we rented from you at 41 Rue de Coquillieries from the 12th
to 19th April.
The location was fantastic we found it to be very central and most of the
main attractions were within walking distance. The metro was very handy
plus the location of the bakery and local grocery stores could not have
been better.
We did have just one problem - one of the children got 'locked' in the
toilet and was in there for a long period of time (almost one hour!!)
because the small lock would not open for her. We had to prise the door
open and a small amount of paint came off the frame / door while we did
this. It would be a good idea to let the next occupiers know about the
'sticky' lock as the child and ourselves were quite upset by the experience
of being trapped in this small and inacessible room!
Thanks and we look forward to renting from you again in the future.
All the best.
Jim
