BEAUMARCH Apartment
This Rue de Malebranche apartment was a wonderful location, so close to everything. I will use ParisAddress again.
Good: location, small but 2 beds, adequate mini kitchen, easy check in, quiet street, good internet
Not so good: noisy overhead neighbors late into the night, hard beds, not enough towels for 2 wks, musty moldy odor that caused much sniffling and sneezing without allergy meds, broken latches on outer window shutters, no instructions for towel warmer

Had a great stay at this apartment.
Pros:
Location - very near the train to the airport and Metro.
Quiet - street and courtyard
Near shopping and major sites - walk to Cluny, Luxembourg, Pantheon and even Notre Dame etc.
Kitchen - able to have breakfast
Internet - free and good quality
Supplies - had iron, hair dryer, kitchen supplies etc. (needed fan)
Cons:
Small - but fine for 2 people
Bathroom - very quirky and small - the way it was set up was hard to get used to
Washer/Dryer - never could get dryer to work
Bed - hard and small
Needed some updating
But all in all - not a bad place. The location made it worthwhile and it felt good to come "home" every night.

Un excellent appartement, modeste et pourtant charmant et très bien situé - ce fut notre troisième séjour!

Excellent neighbourhood - charming and convenient. Modest but pleasant apartment
situated in attractive courtyard. We would return there without hesitation.
Un appartement modeste et pourtant agréable, situé dans un voisinage charmant et
convenable. La cour nous a beaucoup plu; nous espérons y retourner lors de notre
prochain séjour à Paris.

Wonderful location in easy walking distance to most everything including the train from the airport. Nice courtyard and good space. We really felt like we were living in Paris. Ground floor apartment was a bit dark, and the guy upstairs played guitar in the middle of the night. The dryer didn't work and the back burner of the stove blew out the circuit breaker, but these were minor inconveniences compared to the convenience of access to the city. Wish we could come back next week!

The location of this apartment can't be beat. The apartment itself is small, but adequate for two people. The bathroom seriously needs some repairs and the tub-shower is difficult to get in and out of. Worst of all was the cigarette smell in all the pillows and cushions. (We forgot to ask Paris Address about this question, but it is a issue they might bring up with customers -- do they offer "smoke free" apartments?).
The windows were another problem in that they did not latch firmly. Since the apartment is on the ground floor, this seems to be a security issue.
The staff of Paris Address was very helpful and responsive. We would recommend them to everyone.

Great time! The apartment is realy nice, functional and well located. And the friendly lady from Paris Address staff was extremely gentle with us.
The only problem is the neighbour from the apartment above, that is a little bit noisy.

We were extremely pleased with our choice of apartment. It was clean, central and ideal for our day trips around the city.
The parisaddress staff was extremely helpful and we would recommend their services to others visiting Paris.

to the staff at ParisAddress, just a small note to thank you for helping make my stay in Paris so memorable. The location of the apartment, the facilities and Paris itself were wonderful. I thought I would get to see as much of Paris this trip and probably not return, but after my experience with your company and the ease of communication, when I return to France, I will return to Paris and will contact your company for a place to stay. Thank you again for all you did, Mark J15990DF3V

Really wonderful. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and quiet. Location can't be beat. Yohan was right on time and very helpful. All told, one of the better apartments I have rented in Paris (there have been many).

The apartment was just as we wanted; very peaceful, very good location and not too expensive. Shower was guite small, but otherwise we liked the apartment. The Parisaddress staff was nice and friendly, thank you!

l'appartement est tres bien non seulement du point de vue de sa localisation pour les voyageur qui vienent de Paris-ChG via RER (Luxemburg, mais aussi par sa distribution et son amenagement.
Le personal de accueil est tres aimable.

I've been remiss in getting to you sooner, but I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our trip. The apartment arrangements were seamless. Everything went as planned. Even though we chose a relatively small apartment, it suited our needs and then some.
Litsa was everything you said that she would be - Welcoming and down right adorable. There were even fresh flowers on the kitchen/dining room/living room table. During our stay we only had to call once to confirm our taxi for our early morning departure. They returned our call within ten minutes (much like you) and gave us the direct telephone number in case we needed it. The taxi arrived on time and called us to let us know that he was there.
All in all, we could not have asked for better. I've already been spreading the word about Parisaddress in my French class and classmates have been writing it down. After this experience, I don't think I will ever stay in a hotel again. It was wonderful to be in Paris, but it was equally wonderful to deal with such a trustworthy agency. We thank you so much and look forward to the next adventure.
