BEAUMARCH Apartment
Excellent location, very near Metro and bus stops, with RER a few blocks away. Grocery just a few steps beyond the north gate of Passage d'Enfer, and the open market area on Rue Daguerre is a few blocks away. Has a REAL bed (not a sleep sofa), in which I slept like a baby! Has a tub, which is long and narrow, but wonderful for the feet after walking all day! Quiet building and area in general. Thick walls and high celings kept the place cool in the unexpected 80 degrees+ weather in Paris during my 12 day stay. All in all, a solid value. Also, the Parisaddress staff were great. Eric met me an hour later than planned, as my shuttle from the airport was late. Fabien reassured me that we could work something out if my plane did not leave as planned (Air France was on strike during my stay, and the next PAEN19 guest was not due to arrive for a week). Two guests could manage here, but for me, it is perfectly suited for one guest.

My wife and I enjoyed our week at Passage d'Enfer apartment. It was well appointed, top position, and contained everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommended.

I just spent two weeks here and found it very well located, clean, cheerful, cozy and atmospheric. Also, the staff was highly professional and gave me a complete sense of security. After travelling all over the world for a year, this seemed like a rare find.

first contacting parisaddress was very quick, and effecient, the agent who welcomed us was very pleasant and gave us help with the luggage under the rain, when the taxi driver didn't provide any. Parisaddress agent gave us time and quality service. And the apartment was clean, very good for its price, and in a nice passage especially in the weekends' nights. we enjoyed our stay and -as were a common visitors to Paris- would always explore the apartments of this renting company.

The apartment was beautiful, inexpensive, had all the amenities I needed, and was right next to a metro stop, which was very convenient. Joel, who let us into the apartment, was very nice and informative, and easy to get a hold of even though our flight was late and we were late in arriving. I would definitely stay with Paris Address again!

The paris address people were very nice.

The location is excellent, quiet but close to all amenities, including Metro. Parisian and not too touristic. A private & cozy space (good heating). Very good value. Only negative was the strong smoke smell - even though the property was non-smoking - but this may pass. The Paris address people were very easy to deal with.
