BEAUMARCH Apartment
Loved my 6 day stay in this apartment. Close to everything, easily accessible, in a superb part of Paris with a delightful neighbourhood nearby. Apartment was cozy, homely and just delightful to stay in. (I actually LOVED the mezzanine bed, but I'm in my early 30's and so had no problems with climbing up and down). Everything I needed was provided and it totally lived up to every expectation. Wireless internet was a massive bonus and worked perfectly. Paris Address staff were so easy to deal with, reliable and easy to contact with answers to all queries rapidly provided. Highly recommended, and will have no hesitation in using Paris Address again. Merci!

We spent a lovely 5 days at this apartment on Rue St. Paul. Thoroughly enjoyed the apartment and its location, great bakery a few doors away, easy access to Metro stations, walks and amazing shopping in the Marais. Would rent this space again for sure, the loft would not be for everyone but as long you are OK with the ladder, it is perfectly comfortable. Service from Paris apartments was great, being met at the apartment and coordinating our taxi to the airport, all was much appreciated.

Just returned from a week's stay in this apartment, our first visit there, although our second with Paris Address. As before, all arrangements regarding our booking, arrival and departure worked very well. TV not working while we were there, not that we missed it apart from the news. Also the windows did not seem to open, which might be a problem in warmer weather.
The flat is indeed in a superb location with superb amenities and close to the wonderful Place des Vosges.
Ditto that platform bed - not for the aged and/or arthritic! - though the restricted headroom still permitted sitting up in bed to read!

I had an excellent stay in Rue St. Paul. The staff was accomodating, efficient and friendly which made the transaction with them extremely easy. Gabriel was very nice and patient with any questions I had when we met at the apartment. The location was excellent, and yes the mezzanine bed was a bit of a challenge, but I loved the apartment. It is modern and everything worked to my complete satisfaction. I will recommend Paris Address to friends and I will use their services again when I'm next in Paris.

Our experience wiht 16 Rue St. Paul is very good. We called from Gare du Nord that we were arived. We met at the appartment, where we get the keys of the appartment and an explanation of the appartment. The apartment was for us in a perfect location. Rue Saint Paul is a nice little street with lots of very nice antique and specialty shops as well as bakeries and even a grocery store! When you walk out the street you come in rue Rivoli or at the Seine. Great! It is near various metro stops. Everything was in the neighbourhoud and we experienced that we lived in Paris. Fantastic! Next time we will rent again an appartment (rue Saint Pault.

I have to say that our experience with Paris Address and in our flat at 16 Rue St. Paul could not have been better. First off, communication with the agency was excellent- they had the taxi waiting for us at the airport that took us straight to the apartment where Jean Paul was there to let us in and show us around. The apartment was in the most perfect location. Rue Saint Paul is a beautiful and quiet little street with lots of very nice antique and specialty shops as well as bakeries and even a grocery store! It is near various metro stops, the Seine, and the many other attractions. It was soo nice to be able to walk almost anywhere we needed to go. We were able to walk to Ile Saint Louis and Notre Dame in a matter of minutes, as well as the Pompidou, the Bastille, Place des Vosges and lots of other sites. The apartment itself was perfect also. It was tastefully decorated, had a fully equipped kitchen so that we could make dinner on some nights. The windows opened so a nice breeze could come in. I will say that the loft area was cozy...bumped our heads a few times, but nothing to complain about. Overall, our entire stay was just great. Perfect way to see and experience Paris!

We can only repeat what others have said regarding the perfect neighbourhood / location, the lovely old apartment and the caution about the loft bed. It wasn't a problem for us as it was part of the charm. Gabriel was waiting for use when we arrived and supplied plenty of company phone numbers that we never needed to use. The wireless made booking reservations and finding specific shops a breeze.
If you want a young lovers holiday in the city suited to young love, this apartment in Rue Saint Paul is sure to please.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Yohan was very helpful upon arrival.
As others have mentioned, the location is really outstanding. Turn left and you can go for a lovely walk along the Seine. Turn right and you will be met by a plethora of bakeries, delicatessens, fantastic restaurants and boutiques. There is a great little supermarket about 4 minutes away, right next to the metro.
The flat itself was very nice. We are a young couple so didn't find climbing up to the mezzanine too bothersome. In fact, it was quite cosy. We brought a laptop and free high-speed internet was provided, which was great for looking things up and planning our day. We also were able to make some nice meals in the small but well-equipped kitchen when we didn't fancy going out.
I would certainly stay again. Thanks.

I have only stayed there two days. The flat is very well located with easy access
to both les Marais as well as Le quartier latin.
Metro is also very near.
The big problem for me was the mezzanine. It was unthinkable to sleep up there.
It good there was an alternative on the sofa bed.
Both the bathroom and toilet door locks need attention but in general was a very pleasant flat well decorated and comfortable.
Apart from waiting half an hour at the door, Paris Address ware very helpful
and very accommodating.

The location of the apartment is absolutely perfect. Fantastic restaurants (L'Enoteca next door is superb!), shops, and a short stroll to the islands. The apartment itself is good but the mezzanine bed was a problem. it looked like it had more head space on the website, but in fact, its not possible to even sit up in bed! Also, some of the appliances need modernising as they don't work well(coffee maker, hairdryer, TV)and more storage space for clothes is needed. But on the whole, its a great place to stay, good value and the service from Yohan was brilliant. He even let us leave our luggage on check out day, so we didn't have to carry it around all morning. THis was really appreciated. We'd recommend this apartment but beware of the bed!

What can i say about the apartment...it was excellent. We stay there a month and we feel it as our own apartment. The apartment its decorated in a very detail way,we feel it very warm and confortable..although we have a little problem with the toilet door..but in less than half an hour and very late at night they came to fix it.The street was very nice with all those antiques shops, the bakeries, the coffe shops and restaurants. The metro was very near.We were very lucky because we use it everyday although it was very nice walking in that district.I reccomend La place de Vosges very near there..wonderful.And im sure we could repeat and have our holidays in that apartment,i already recommended to some friends.Thank you very much

We were absolutely delighted with this apartment! Everything we needed was practically at our doorstep...supermarket around corner, bakeries, pharmacy, wine shops, internet cafe ( we didn't lug the laptop with us!) even a specialist cheese shop, chocolatier, and one solely for foie gras. Heaven!! :) Many antique stores in vicinity. Also the metro was very close but we never used it. Just walked to where we wanted to go. We kinda like walking.
One thing I need to mention, we are 50'ish and the mezzanine bed did not suit us at all, we used the sofa bed. Reason being, we are past crawling on a floor to get to the bed these days! Would suit a young couple for sure, lots of fun will be had.
Also, some English channels on the Cable TV would go down well. We did not come to Paris to watch television but our first two days were spent resting up as we had very bad colds. A wee bit of news in our own language would not have gone amiss...but this did not affect our enjoying this apartment. The owner can be commended for doing her best to create a romantic hideaway.
I will recommend the apartment and Paris Address to friends and family.
