BEAUMARCH Apartment
The apartment is great. Very clean, all equiped and in the best part of the city. It is noisy, because of the trucks of the supermarket just across the street and the bells of st. Louis's chrch.
We already knew there was no elevator, so the 90 steps to the 5th floor were not a suprise. And the agent was extremely nice to carry up the luggage (thanks Anatole). The only complain is about the dish washer that did not work. When we called the agency, they told somebody would pass by to see it, but he did not go (sorry Anatole). Perfect for a couple with one/two kids.

The other comments describe the apartment accurately. It is superbly located in a classic neighbourhood from which to visit Paris. Sure, the apartment is small and there's lots of stairs to climb, but we didn't find these to be problems at all. Something the other posters haven't mentioned is that the building itself is reasonably quiet. Of course there's street noise (namely, from the Monoprix across the street--but the close shopping is also a plus), but that's normal for anywhere central in Paris. No problems recommending the place and Parisaddress.

The representitive from Paris Address was waiting for us when we arrived to the apartment. He was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and had almost everything that we needed. We enjoyed having a clothes washing machine, but would have preferred there to be a dryer as well. The location of the apartment was amazing. The Marais is in our opinion, the best neighborhood in Paris. The Metro stop was right around the corner from the apartment, and there were wonderful patisseries, bolangeries, brasseries, and supermarches all within a few steps from the apartment. You can walk to Notre Dame within 5 minutes, as well. This made up for the long walk up to the cinquieme etage (5th floor), which to Americans is actually the 6th floor ( French count the ground floor as the 1st floor ).
The bedroom sleeps 2 adults comfortably. The sofa bed sleeps 2 kids okay, but probably not great for adults, as the mattress is very thin and quite small. The TV was great for our kids as it had English language channels. We would stay here again and we would certainly rent through Paris Address again-- we were very pleased with the service we received!

An appartment with an exelent position near St. Antoine. The appartment is rather comfortable with a nice large dining- and TV-room. On 5. floor there is a nice view without neighbors and a lot of sun (hopefully).
The negative aspects are the VERY narrow staircase. Kitchen ok, bedroom with a double bed (room same size as bed)directly on the floor and a small bathroom. Sufficient but run down and need a refreshment.
Conclusion: if the staircase is not a problem the possition, living room and the size means that price/quality is rether good.

This apartment is in a terrific location. The entrance and staircase may make you wonder what you got yourself into, but you will be delighted when you get to the top floor and have air, light and sweet views of the Paris rooftops. In old buildings in Paris, you often can hear every bit of water that runs through the pipes. Since this apartment is on the top floor here, that is not a problem, though you will think a 747 is flying through the apartment when you fire the hot water heater.
We had some wireless connectivity issues which we did not attempt to resolve since we were here only a short time, but otherwise, the place was simple, charming and in the right location to walk everywhere you could possibly want to go. Parisaddress made this an easy process every step of the way.

I stayed at this apartment for 14 days. As each day passed I realized more and more what an excellent location it is. In 5 minutes I could walk to the Place des Vosges or a great Sunday street market off the Place de la Bastille, and in 10 minutes' walk I could be on the Left Bank in the heart of the Latin Quarter or the St. Germain area. The metro line accommodating the St. Paul area took me to all the places I wanted to go. And every evening, I could stroll back to my apartment picking up dinner from the endless butchers, bakers, wine and cheese stores and vegetable stands lining the street just before the turn onto Rue St. Paul. All of this AND being in the Marais, one of the most colorful and happening neighborhoods of Paris. I thought parisaddress did a great job being on top of all the details. I felt I could contact them for anything if I needed to. I took advantage of their taxi service both ways and appreciated the helpful service and kind attitude of the drivers. I would definitely use parisaddress again; however, if my husband comes with me I will have to find another apartment. He stayed with me at this one for 2 days. He is 6 foot and 3 inches tall, and after struggling to maneuver himself in the tiny bedroom and bathroom, he exclaimed "I am just too big for this place!"

This appartment is located in one of the best arrondisment of Paris. We stayed with 2 kids (6 and 8 years old). They loved it! There are a lot of restaurants around the corner, nice little shops and a playground behind the building. The Seine and the Metro was nearby. The stairs were no problem at all and the views were amazing. The reservationproces was simpel and clear.

This apartment is in a great location. There are so many eating places and food outlets.Very convenient for metro. The 90 steps and no lift keeps you fit!
The service was very good and we will stay with Paris address again.

My family and I stayed in this apartment while visiting Paris last summer. We stayed 4 nights, and were absolutely delighted by our choice.
The service from the rental company was outstanding. We landed at the airport around 9:00am and rented a private shuttle to get to the apartment. We called the rental company as soon as we landed, to let know we had arrived. We ended up getting stuck in a monumental traffic backup, so it took us 2 hours to into the Marrais. When we arrived, an agent from the rental agency was already waiting for us. She greeted us warmly, gave us a walkthrough of the apartment, and answered all our questions.
The location of this apartment is absolutely amazing. We walked over to Ile St Louis the first night in 5 minutes. There is the old metro line #1 just block away. A boulangerie is right at the foot of the apartment. A monoprix just accross the street to get whatever food you want to cook yourself.
The kitchenette was perfectly adequate for our needs. Even though we were 4 adults staying here, we never felt all that cramped, and we felt we got an incredible value for staying in the best quartier in Paris!
I would gladly stay in this apartment again.
