we found a fully equipped, confortable, clean and very nicely and comofrtably designed appartment at a prime location in Paris!
the parisaddress team was very professional, highly responsive and very easy to communicate with , troughout the entire process, including booking, arrival, and during our vacation
we highly recommend booking your vacation (or work) appartment through parisaddress and highly reccomend the bail6 appartment especially for a couple / family of up to 4 people

We stayed at the apartment on March 24th-April 1st, 2012. Apartment was exactly as shown and there was no noise at all from the Irish Bar (it has closed since last review posted.) Our greeter was about half-hour late, but pleasant.
The agency was wonderful in addressing all of our questions before arrival. In fact, we arrived a day early on Saturday and they were able to add a day to our stay. We are extremely pleased with the apartment and would recommend it to anyone traveling to Paris: you can't beat location and convenience.
Washer/ dryer would be a great addition, but otherwise--wonderful stay.

Location was excellent, very close to two Metro stations. Walking distance to the Louvre and even to the pedestrian zone near Chatalet-Les-Halles.
Our greeter was on-time and very friendly. When we entered the apartment, the cleaning had not been done yet. However, our greeter was apologetic and contacted the cleaning staff immediately, who arrived within 20 minutes.
The only complaint is the noise in the courtyard from the restaurant downstairs. We were woken up nearly every night at about 4 am. There is also renovations going on in street below in front of the apartment.

What a great location, close to shops and cafes, close to the river and close to the Louvre. It's the centre of town here.
The apartment itself was very modern. I love the dark wood and red interiors. Everything was clean, and it was fully equipped and self sufficient.
Wi fi was fast.
The person who showed us the place was very friendly. He stayed for an hour talking about places to go and mapping places to visit. He was very friendly and helpful.
I would highly recommend this apartment.

Location was brilliant, could not be better located to visit the beautiful city of Paris.
Service was great on arrival. Joel was very helpful and attentive to our needs.
Unit was a little disappointing - not enough linen or pillows, TV and internet connection did not work, and shower head was broken. Get the little things right and you have a sensation unit in a great position.

Service: Excellent
The apartment: Nice apart from a few shortcomings. The noise in the evening from the renovation going on in a flat(s)below, TV was not working properly: it had to be reset again and again.
Location:It could not be better.
We will use PariaAddress again when we travel to Paris next time and will recommend your office to our friends, too.

The location was divine, the only disappointment being the construction going on in the courtyard below. I would like to take the apartment again once this is finished, as otherwise it was absolutely superb...!

Bonjour Yohan,
We just wanted to tell you, personally, how much we enjoyed our stay at #6 Bailleul. We have never been to Paris in October before but we will now try and come back each year in the fall. We can only hope that your lovely apartment on rue Bailleul will be available for us when we return. You were most helpful upon our arrival in Paris, showing us how things worked in the apartment. It made things much easier for us. If I may, one suggestion. While the tv was a welcomed surprise, perhaps a dvd player in the apartments would be a nice touch as well? Laughingly, our french isnt good enough to be able to appreciate the french language programming on the tv. I know dvd players arent cheap, but it is just a thought. Several apartments we have stayed in while in the UK have them as well.
All in all, we very much loved the apartment and our stay in Paris and part of that is attributed to you and your personal touch. We can only hope that this apartment will be available went we return to Paris!
We do hope the apartment was left to you in a satisfactory condition.
A Bientot
Merci,

Your service:
Excellent -
Only shortcoming: were disappointed at first that we
couldn't book the flat we initially wanted although it
appeared on the availability list on the web and we
had reserved it. We couldn't confirm it - the reasons
why are still mysterious to us. Either a database
problem or you gave it away without considering our
reservation.
The apartment: Absolutely fabulous. It must have been
designed by an ingenious architect. It was small but
felt pretty spacious.
Location: To live around the corner from the Louvre
and les Tuileries was magical.
Thank you Johan. Next time we need a place in Paris we
will contact you again.
Best wishes
Gabriele

My daughter, granddaughter, and I stayed for a week in this apartment and found it very convenient in location, quite bright and cheerful in decor, and supplied with about everything we needed. (If we had stayed for a longer time, a washer/dryer would have been welcome.) Everything was clean and ready for our occupancy. A couple of minor bothers might have been cleared up if we had been able to reach the owners/managers, though. We couldn't figure out how to work the telephone or the television (but we really didn't need either--unless someone had called with an emergency from home). And it would have been good to have a second set of keys in that I might have spent a bit more time in museums if I could have separated from my daughter and granddaughter (who is only five), but we weren't sure we could coordinate our returns to the apartment. But these were very minor concerns. We loved our stay in Paris and it was very convenient to have an apartment to return to rather than a hotel! I will certainly recommend your services and this particular apartment to any friends who travel to Paris.
