We have just had a delightful week at ORLE4 on St. Louis, and would definitely try and stay there again. We used the taxi service offered and Enzo was waiting for us at CDG, and our plane was 1 hour late arriving, the same service took us back to CDG a week later - excellent both ways. Louis met us at the apartment and showed us around it - wonderful views and it was very clean. Was so pleased there was an iron and ironing board available as well in the apartment's laundry just down the stairs a bit - great for storing our luggage as well. We basically only prepared our breakfast there, as the cafes on St. Louis are great - what an excellent position, and very quiet, 'specially at night in this apartment. This was our 6th trip to Paris, and would have to say it was our best accommodation to date - and Paris Address were excellent to deal with as well - they were recommended to us by my cousin who used their services for another apartment a year ago. Thanks to Paris Address and Enzo's Taxi Service for a care free stay.

We arrived at CDG airport at 6am after a long flight ...the car picked us up and we arrived at the apartment just as Paris was waking up! The suggestion from Vesna at Paris Address to book an extra night was great as we were in the apartment by 7.15am. and enjoyed our first full day in Paris. The apartment was exactly as described and we loved it, we had a small problem getting the Wifi conection but after a phone call Vesna was at our door in 5 minutes and fixed it all for us. The location is amazing and we loved the island, the apartment was very comfortable and had plenty of everything we needed for our week's stay, the utility room was an added bonus for storage of suitcases etc. Everything is within walking distance and our early morning croissants were amazing! Our week in Paris was a great experience and we would not hesitate to recommend Paris Address.

Three of us (my wife and 9 year old boy and me) stayed for 5 nights over new year period. The apartment was perfect for us. Just as described and shown on the site. We used the prebooked taxi service on arrival and departure. Everything went well. Our train in to Paris was delayed and we had to therefore call and delay prebooked taxi which was all done without a problem. This was a great alternative to a hotel, assuming there is no need for reception or concierge desk or any other of the usual hotel services. Really great view, and very comfortable.

Ile Saint Louis - what a location! My wife and I stayed in this apartment for 3 short nights. A quick rearrangement of the couch, and we were eating cheese, drinking wine - all while looking at La Seine!
The bedroom at the rear of the apartment is very quiet, and dark - good for getting over jet lag!
Great boutiques on the island await, as well as many fabulous districts for eating and shopping only a short walk, Metro or Taxi ride away.
We will be back to Paris someday soon, and will most certainly be back to Ile Saint Louis!

We stayed at this apartment for 6 nights in mid-June. We were 2 adults with 2 boys. It worked perfectly for us. There is a bedroom and a pull out sofa in the main room. The check in was easy, particularly because we prearranged the taxi through Paris Address. We were met as we arrived in the taxi and shown everything. The location was so central. It was quiet, with a view, only up one flight of stairs. The internet was good and long distance calls to Canada and USA were included. I would stay there again.

From the moment I arrived at the apartment no.4 Quai d'Orleans - to the time I left I enjoyed every moment. Eric met me upon arrival and ensured I knew everything about the apartment, even got my wifi working before he left. The apartment was perfect for my week in Paris. From the view each morning with boating etc on the Seine to the evening with the sun behind the Notre Dame it was beautiful. The decor and facilities were great including the separate laundry room. I felt quite at home. Perfectly located to so many wonderful restaurants my favourites being Le Tostevin and Sorza. Next time I come to Paris I will certainly come back to this apartment. Booking system and operation of Paris Address is excellent. Thankyou for helping this such a special holiday for me, one that I will always have great memories including this perfect apartment for a solo traveller.

My friend and I stayed in Orle4 on Il St Louis over our Thanksgiving holiday in 2012. It is such a fabulous location and what a great little apartment!!! The view from the window was well worth it. Our greeter was courteous and informative. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It was a little more worn than the photos but that didn't matter at all. We thoroughly enjoyed the apartment. It was roomy enough for two adults and the couch was comfortable to sleep on (without opening it up) while one of us took the bed. I will be returning to Paris in October 2013 and hesitantly looked at apartments with another rental agency just to see what was out there. I decided to research the agency and found consistently horrible reviews of their apartments and their service. It only strengthened my loyalty to Paris Address. The process of booking and paying for the apartment online was easy and painless. One of the nice things about Paris Address is that the fee they list on your reservation page is inclusive of all of their charges so there are no surprises, which for me, increases my faith and trust in them. There are, however, variations in the value of the Euro (obviously) as well as a Foreign Transaction Fee. But these charges are from the bank and not Paris Address, who does inform you of the 2% bank charge per transaction. I highly recommend Paris Address and ORLE 4. It feels so nice to know that I can keep coming back to Paris - such a beautiful and enriching city - through Paris Address.

We loved it. I am afraid to say how much because I fear that there will never be room for me again. The professionalism of Paris Address is very impressive.

I have always wanted to stay on Ile St Louis and Paris Address was one of the few organizations that would allow us to book just 4 nights (conditions applied). It was a tight fit with 2 teenage boys sharing the sofa bed but would be ideal for a couple or those with small children, but I was aware of this when I booked it and we were out all day. The location was excellent and every morning we would look out our window and enjoy our breakfast or have wine on our window sill watching the river boats go past. The quai below also offers great views of Notre Dame etc. The island has a lovely feel about it and places close by to buy supplies of wine, bread, meats etc or an enjoyable walk to the right or left bank for a supermarket. Joel was very helpful and friendly and explained everything to us.
The attention to detail with small things really helped - they provided detergent for dishes and laundry, coffee maker. The clothes washing machine was unlike I had ever experienced but worked well. I did have a bit of difficulty with the oven at one stage and the manual was not in french or english so was not helpful at all but we managed. I would have liked an egg flip as we wanted to cook eggs/omelette for breakfast etc.
I would definitely recommend the apartment and the location. The pictures are very accurate. the location is so well located that you can walk from the apartment to so many areas. Joel also advised us that 2 of the taxi companies have english speaking operators so we pre-booked our taxi with G7 and we were extremely happy with service and driver. We were very happy with our experience and would use Paris Address again.

We did a last minute trip to Paris in April 2011 and had four days to find an apartment. I had never used Parisaddress and frankly was a little sceptical. Gladly, I was put at ease upon our arrival. Our last minute booking was no problem and Eric met us promptly to show us the flat with a big smile. This is a perfect rental for a family of three and a great bay window to watch Paris life go by. The pictures are true to form and the location was second to none. The only annoyance we could find was the WiFi is transient at best. And if that's the worst we could find you know it is pretty good.

We stayed in Orle04 for a week at the end of January 2011. It was perfect for 2 people, and the location was just the best. We wanted to be on Ile St Louis, and it was as magic as we hoped, and convenient to everything. The apartment with the view of the Seine was more than we could wish for.
The apartment size was great - it's small but we never felt cramped, and all the amenities worked fine. We had been warned about the unreliable internet, but both wireless and cable worked perfectly for us. Our only problem was the shower - it doesn't fit the bracket, obviously never has and the elastic band is very temperamental.
But that was our only problem, Eric was so helpful explaining the apartment on our arrival, and arranging for us to leave our luggage there early while the apartment was cleaned from the previous people. The heating was very efficient, bathroom included, during extremely cold weather.
We found ParisAddress very easy to use, very helpful and reliable, and would certainly book with them again, and recommend them to others.

We had an absolutely lovely week in Paris, staying at no.4 Quai d'Orleans. The apartment was certainly spacious enough for both of us, and the view on to the Seine was beautiful. The decor was lovely, and we felt very much at home. Perfectly located for a quiet walk around the island at night after a dinner, and a sorbet from Berthillon. The surrounding area was full of lovely restaurants: Mon Vieil Ami, L'Ilot Vache, Le Tournebievre were among our favourites.
Eric was extremely friendly, and gave us a very thorough tour of the apartment. It was great to have access to the shared ironing/washing facilities too.
This was a really special holiday for us, one that we'll remember for a long time, and this apartment was the perfect place for us to stay.

We spent a wonderful week in this apt. Very comfortable and a great big tub in the bathroom. Quiet and beautiful with a wonderful view and within walking distance or subway of all major inner city sights. We loved it!

We had a magical stay in this apartment! The taxi driver arranged by Paris Address was excellent and Axelle was there to greet us and help us understand the apartment. The view over the Seine was beautiful and you have everything you could possibly need nearby. Magnificent bread, cheese, meat and ice-cream all within a few steps. I would highly recommend this apartment and the excellent service offered by Paris Address.

Our arrival at this wonderful apartment was a little shaky as our taxi driver Niko had forgotten to call ahead to Vesna, who was letting us into the apartment and she was not there to meet us. He was lovely and most apologetic and insisted on taking us on a tour of the island while we were waiting. He had only forgotten in the first place because he was busy talking and answering our many questions.
Vesna arrived and had trouble opening the door of the apartment and then was a little unsure if it was the right apartment. We sat on our bags in the staircase while she tried a few other doors and made a couple of phone calls but eventually after much persistence she was able to open the door and we discovered the apartment was exactly what we had been hoping for. Vesna was very friendly and showed us through, demonstrating how to use the various facilities - which is when we discovered the wi-fi was not working but a cable connection to the laptop did give us internet access.
We stayed for one week from 15th to 22nd May 2009. It was very comfortable and well equipped - even down to washing powder for the washing machine.Staying on the Isle St Louis was perfect, it is a lovely place to just wander and explore the numerous shops and restaurants but also very central to the major sights of Paris. After long days sightseeing in Paris it was lovely to come home and have a glass of wine while 'sitting in the window' and watching the Seine and Paris go by.
The apartment is compact but works very well, the bedroom is very quiet as it is situated at the back and the bed very comfortable. The laundry room is separate to the apartment and would be useful if you had more than 2 people in the apartment and needed additional storage.
We had a wonderful stay and would recommend Paris Address and particularly ORLE04 to anyone travelling to Paris.
Our only concern, being non-French speaking, was that we had access to English speaking cable TV for news. We had confirmed this before booking the apartment as other 'testimonials' indicated none was available. We were reassured via email that English channels were available and were told the same when we arrived and were walked through the instructions for various appliances. But alas there was none (and we did search every channel) - which was disappointing given we had previously queried this.

My family stayed in the ORLE4 apartment from June 5th thru June 13th and it was a highlight of our trip. My husband and I were traveling with our son, 8, and our daughter who is 20 months old and this apartment, small as it was, beat any hotel hands down. It was great to have breakfast there each morning and since we were traveling with a baby and therefore not able to stay out too late, my husband and I enjoyed drinking wine by the big windows looking out to the Seine each night and watching all the people go by. Our last night in town, we had a wonderful picnic by the Seine which is easy to do when your apartment is right next to it...I would highly recommend this to anyone staying there! Overall, a very enjoyable stay and the Paris Address people we dealt with were all very nice and easy to work with. We will recommend this site and this apartment to any friends wishing to stay in Paris.

My husband and I and our three children, ages 3, 5, and 7, stayed at this lovely gem of an apartment from December 28-Jan 3. The apartment was clean, cozy and inviting and the location couldn't be better. We were appreciative of the washing machine, oven, coffeepot, and internet connection. The weather was quite cold during our stay and the heat throughout the apartment works perfectly. This apartment was just the right size for us (our girls slept on mattresses on the floor--you can find them in the laundry room--and our son slept on the sofa) and reasonably priced for the location and space.
Parisaddress is easy to work with and lined up a wonderful taxi driver, Jean-Paul, to pick us up at the train station. We also arranged for him to take us back to the station at the end of our trip. The friendly representative who met us at the apartment thoroughly explained how the appliances work and showed us the laundry/storage room.
I highly recommend both this apartment and rental agency to anyone traveling to Paris. And we will use Parisaddress again ourselves.

The highlight of our recent trip to France with our 2 boys 16 and 9 was our stay on the Ile St Louis in the apartment at 4 Quai D'Orleans. Though the apartment is small it was still quite spacious enough to cope with the 4 of us plus my older son and his 2 friends who were staying nearby and who visited us a few times for drinks. The window of the apartment looking out on the Seine was a favourite place to sit and gaze out at the passing world. The island itself was also a wonderful place to stay as it has great little shops and restaurants to wander around. The apartment had a great little laundry(separate)and a heated towel rail in the bathroom was useful. The wireless internet was helpful though the lack of english channels on the cable was disappointing. We couldnt get the oven to work properly and there were no instructions (basic english ones would be helpful). We would love to return to this apartment as it had a great feel and the location was perfect.

The apartment was adequate for 2 of us.The bedroom and bath were a
bit cramped. However the magnifique view onto the quai and Seine from the living-room/kitchen area more than
made up for the size.
Perfect location on the Ile:quiet
and central for either the Marais
or the Left Bank.
Fabien was very thorough in showing the place.

We recently stayed in 4 Quai D'Orleans (ORLE4) with our 15 month old son and sister in-law. The apartment was a comfortable size to accommodate 3 adults and 1 very busy toddler. It was clean, nicely furnished, in a great location and the service we received from Yohan on checking in was fantastic. We were very grateful for their attention to detail in so many respects ...
The tour of the apartment was very comprehensive, it included instructions for the dishwasher, washer/dryer, internet access, etc., and they supplied plenty of garbage bags, dishwashing liquid, clothes washing liquid, a clean sponge and toilet paper - necessities that you don't necessarily want to waste time & expense purchasing if only staying a short while. The separate laundry/ store room was great.
The booking process was simple and all our queries were responded to professionally and quickly. Yohan speaks fluent English, which makes for an easy transition when first arriving in Paris.
The view from the apartment looking out over the Seine and was beautiful. Ile St. Louis is very quiet and well located with everything you need within a couple of minutes walk. ATM's, grocery stores, Metro, Latin Quarter etc etc all nearby.
We would happily stay in the apartment again and recommend it to people travelling to Paris with the intention of spending a little or a lot of time in the apartment. For us, definitely a better option (& cheaper) than staying in a Hotel.

We stayed in 4 Quai D'Orleans from September 22-September 29, 2007. We absolutely loved the apartment and the location! The apartment was very clean, modern and nicely decorated. It was the perfect size for two people. Ile St. Louis is very quiet and and has a village feel but you are within a couple of blocks of everything you could need(grocery store, ATM, etc.)and within easy walking distance of the metro,Marais and the Latin Quarter. Yohan assisted us with booking and responded quickly to all my questions. Fabian met us promptly at the apartment and patiently showed us how to work everything. The entire process with parisaddress was smooth and professional. This is our first time renting an apartment and it was an excellent experience. We want to return again next year and stay in this wonderful apartment!
