BEAUMARCH Apartment
We've stayed in hotels and other rental apartments in Paris and by far the best service we've had is through ParisAddress. The little apartment was super with a very comfortable bed and just about everything you need. The location cannot be beat! The company has great communication and the agent who met us at the flat was knowledgeable and professional. My sister and husband used the firm a couple of years back and also had a very positive experience. We plan to be back next year and will certainly use ParisAddress again!

We stayed at Aug 17 for a week in December, we know the area so this was the perfect place to stay. We were 30 minutes late in arriving but Anatole was there to greet us just after getting out of the taxi. The apartment was true to pics on website. More room than hotel and much more freedom. The only draw back was the crockery on the kitchen, there was only one bowl, 2 large plates, one damaged and one small plate. There wer 8 champagne flutes and no wme glasses?? This has been commented on previously and it is a shame that this not been rectified. Having said that we found this place quiet comfortable for two people and we would consider staying here again.
We would book with ParisAddress again.

Realy enjoyed our stay in Pais and the location of the apartment was perfect. We were met on time and all went smoothly, however would have appreciated a bit more local information, eg location of laundromat,(no washing machine), good cafe to eat at, supermarket that sort of thing.(a little booklet with this info would be great) Only other complaint was the furnishings/curtains, lamps were very tired and for not too much money feel it could be much improved. It was comfortable just a bit drab, not what you are wanting for a holliday.Would use paris address again as service very professional.

I confess I was afraid of choosing Parisadress temporary rental apartments instead of staying in a hotel. (sometimes the reality is very different from what is promised and expected...). But renting Aug17 was the best decision we made because we spent a unforgettable week in Paris and Parisadress fulfilled everything promised on the site. The apartment is not sophisticated, but my husband and I can count on a good bed and shower after walking all day long, exploring the beautiful places of Paris. Pariadress is highly recommended and Aug17 as well. TKS, Mr. & Mrs. Arellano

I had a very good experience with Paris Address' customer service and this Aug17 apartment. We really liked our apartment host, Eric too. The only issue to be resolved is that there were only 2 plates in the kitchen cabinets and only one for use in the microwave-please supply a complete set of dishes for at least 2 people that are microwave safe. The antique china dishes in the display cupboard don't say that they are safe and we didn't want to take the chance due to glaze ingredients, etc. Other than that, the apartment is very well-located and has good space planning and is very comfortable. I will definitely check out Paris Address for my next apartment rental because they did very well by us this trip. Thank you!

Location, location, location. On a scale of one to ten, this apartment's location is an eleven. Although on a quiet street, it is in the middle of everything—an easy walk to the Orsay, the Louvre, Notre Dame, Luxembourg Gardens, etc.. The closest metro stops (San Michel, Odeon) connect with any train you need. It is a block and a half from the Seine, and a block from the lively Ave. St. Andre Des Arts, where you'll find plenty of restaurants, cafes, patisseries, etc.. A half a block away is a convenient self-serve laundromat (open 7 days a week, with instructions posted in English). A Carrefour supermarket and fantastic fruit/vegetable market are just four blocks away.
The apartment itself is exactly as described—well-equipped kitchen, shower with good water pressure, extremely comfortable Queen bed, a nice table for two overlooking the courtyard, and the settee and matching chair (with ottoman) provide a good place to relax without having to hang out on the bed.
The agent who met us stayed in touch during the few days prior to our arrival and was on time to let us in.
We would be hard-pressed to even think about staying anywhere else on our next trip back to Paris. This place is fantastic.

We enjoyed the apartment - the location was superb. We also enjoyed the fact that it was so quiet and that there was a separate kitchen area. I would definitely recommend it !! Great for 1-2 people.

We enjoyed our stay for my wifes 50th Birthday on 15th June this year. The apartment was a perfect choice with its location close to lots of cafe's and restaurants.
We found the apartment itself a good size for two, plenty of room, very clean and a lovely 'Feel' to it.
This was our first time in Paris and using Paris address was a perfect choice, we will certainly visit again.

This quiet apartment is a nice size for 2 people, although the bedroom is small--the bed takes up the whole room. The bathroom is very nice. The apartment has nice furnishings that have an older style Parisian feel. Its windows face a narrow high courtyard, so it is on the dark side--you have to look out the window to see if the sun is shining. Overall, it is not as bright or elegant as the pictures on the web would suggest.
The location of this apartment is superb--very close to the wonderful patisseries, take out shops, restaurants and cafes of Rue de Buci and Germain area. It is convenient to the St. Michel metro/RER stopand an easy walk to Notre Dame and Louvre. This is our second time with Paris Address, and as usual the service is very good: reliable, friendly, capable and English speaking.

We LOVED this apartment, everything we wanted in the perfect location. Quiet, clean, highspeed internet service, so many nearby restaurant and shops. Just a perfect location between 2 metro stops and the RER to get to and from the airport. ParisAddress personnel communications outstanding - we could not have asked for more!

We loved this Paris apartment - the pictures do not do it justice nor do they highlight the proximity to fabulous restaurants and Paris sites. Would recommend this apartment and company to anyone thinking about a trip to Paris.

Our locaton on Ave Des Grands Augustins was terrific. it was in the 6th Arr but a rather quiet location. The apt, while small, was neat, clean recently re-done and quite functional. The sevice was quite good and helpful. We would recommend ParisAddress

We had the best experience through parisaddresses.com. Not only did they answer questions before we arrived and arranged for a taxi to get us to our flat, they were there to greet us and explain the workings of the flat as well as set up our laptop to work for us so we wouldn't have any problems. we loved the apartment it was perfect for us and not only have no complaints but would highly reccomend the company and flat as the best place to stay in Paris! It was a great clean, safe area and close to lovely restaurants, a super market and the latin quarter for night life and the seine and notre dame and the louvre! what more can you ask for!

This was such a lovely and tranquil place to stay. We slept great and woke to leaves rustling and birds chirping out the window above us. The apt is quiet and clean and situated perfectly on a quiet street amidst the liveliness of galleries, cafes, the seine and students. Loved the corner cafe who made us feel like neighbors. Couldn't ask for more.
