I really, really enjoyed my stay in Albert1. In my next trip to Paris Albert1 will be my first choice for sure.

Enjoyed my stay in Albert1 very much. Apartment looks even better than in photos. Bed was very comfortable and everything worked fine. Only downfall: the lights in the courtyard are very bright and quite disturbing at night, because the apartment has no blackout-curtains.

We loved our recent stay at Albert1. The location is fantasic, within minutes of Notre Dame and Ile St Louis. The building and courtyard are lovely and so quiet. It was a delight to wake to the bells of Notre Dame each morning. Place Maubert is around the corner and has a lovely market and shops for all provisions. The studio is cozy and well equipped. We found the bed very comfortable. Thanks for a memorable stay.

We were very satisfied with our 9 day stay in the apartment in September 2010. We were met by our friendly English speaking representative on time outside the building. It really is a small but quite cute and cozy place, and having the small fridge was great. The location in indeed in very close proximity to the Notre Dame and there was a great grocery store and place to go for cappuccinos and treats nearby. The best part was listening to the church bells in the shower through the open window every morning! Also very near the Latin Quarter and the two islands which have great lunch, dinner and ice cream places. Still be prepared to walk a lot in Paris, even if you do plan on taking the metro lots. Downfalls of the apartment, the pullout bed and pillows are not that comfortable, and the “bath” towels we were provided with in the apartment were really small, more like hand towels. Also, noticed a little bit of mold growing in the shower, and since the bathroom window did not have blinds/shades your privacy is a little limited, but since the windows face a small quiet courtyard that only building residents have access to we did not worry about it too much. Also the security in the building was great, a code and a gate to even get into the courtyard and good locks/deadbolts on the door and windows. I know that is something we were concerned with before we arrived, but we felt very safe at all times. My only suggestion for Paris Address would be to provide an in-wall or in-closet safe for passports and belongings just in case, but I guess that may be difficult to do in private apartments. The value is much better than a hotel, and I would not hesitate to rent with Paris Address again.

We stayed there during 2010 NY's eve. The location is just great! Louvre, Notre Dame, Eiffel Tower & other attractions are within walking distance. There are hundreds of cafes , restaurants, bakeries and shops close by. The furniture in the apartment is quite old, but they've got everything there and it's nice and cozy. We will definitely come back.

Excellent experience in the heart of old Paris. This apartment is both comfortable and cute, and we are truly satisfied with ParisAddress' services. You can walk everywhere from Albert1, and the neighbourhood can't be better. We can't wait to visit Paris again and would definitely rent this studio once more.

Albert 1 was pure delight. Beautiful, efficient and the mod cons in the ancient building a perfect blend of old and new. We will definitely stay there again and again. Merci beaucoup.

This is a wonderful apartment. The left-bank location can hardly be bettered with the Seine, and a fabulous view of Notre Dame, just a few steps from the front door. The apartment is compact and well equipped with the armoir-bed allowing great flexibilility in the use of the space. We were there on a short, romantic break which was perfect, but it would also be a perfect place to stay if I were to travel to Paris on an extended business trip. Highly recommended.
