BEAUMARCH Apartment
We just stayed here and would do so again in a second! Fantastic location and great apartment. Could use some better small appliances like mentioned above but in general, this will become our go to place when in Paris with the family!

We are a family of 5 (three children) and we recently stayed at Bude8. We found the location great. A short stroll to Notre Dame and the Latin Quarter.
The staff were really efficient and friendly.
The appartment was well equiped with sheets and towels.
The two bedrooms don't have main lights and there is a switch outside each room to switch on a lamp in the room. (This confused me a bit).
The Wifi stopped once, however I reset the Wifi (in accordance with the instructions provided) and it worked again.
I worked up a sweat carrying the suitcases up and down the stairs, however this was not really a problem.
An improvement would be to include some local information such as the location of supermarkets, shops, recommended nearby restaurants, etc. Another improvement would be to replace the toaster, which has definitely seen better days.
We would certainly would be happy to stay there again.

We loved our stay in Paris although we had small problems with the apartment. We were family, two couples and the apartment was very nice for us. Our mornings started with fantastic croissants and confitures bought in the neighborhood. Being in the 4th floor without lift was not a problem. The building is very nice, calm and silent. Ile Saint Louis is fantastic, charming, like a small village in the heart of Paris and you are in a walking distance from touristic places, good restaurants. It would be nicer if an electric coffeemaker could be available because this Italian coffeemaker is not practical and small for four people. Also, TV and Wi-Fi did not work properly and we had five days without connection at all. Parisaddress could not fix the problem while we were there; firstly claiming the problem was Telecom and then building connections, kind of problem you do not want to be involved during vacations.

Fantastic apartment in the best location. There are so many places within walking distance from Ile St Louis.
Our family of 5 loved Bude8. The local charcuterie, boulangerie and fromagerie were fantastic - not to mention this is the destination in Paris for gelato and ice cream - and the best French, non touristy gift shops.
There are so many nice touches - tablecloth, lamps, and the French CD's were a welcome touch and really got us into the mood for our first timers Paris experience.
We will be back!

Loved it
We were two couples who stayed for a week.
No better location in Paris. The four flights of stairs were more charming than a Stairmaster.Well appointed.
If you are looking for a "local" can strongly reccommend Cafe St Regis at the western end of the island.
If returning to Paris as a group of four, wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Our family of 5 stayed recently in Bude8. No complaints. Fantastic location. Just a walk to the Batobus up the Seine to most tourist sights. Very quiet too.

We stayed in Bude 8 for 5 nights. I did a lot of research before I committed to this apartment. I read the comments of previous tenants and checked the pricing. We were not disappointed. The service from Paris Address was excellent and Joel who met us their was extremely helpful. The location was spot on - we didn't have our own transport (except legs!!) - which admittedly are needed to climb the four flights of stairs on each trip out. TV remote had gone missing, but in all honesty were not visiting Paris to watch TV! When I needed help with the taxi, Paris Address were excellent to call, recommending a specific English speaking firm. A great stay and experience, highly recommended.

This apartment was delightful - spacious and light in a fantastic location. The agent arrived on a scooter (very cool!) to show us how everything worked and he told us about nearby metro stations (Saint Paul and Pont Marie), supermarkets etc. This apartment is on one of the bestpieces of real estate in paris so you can't fault the location. It is just gorgeous, so close to everything if you want to visit all the tourist spots and just wonderful for bakeries, ice cream shops and general wandering which is what you need to do in Paris. The apartment is clean, well furnished and spacious. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen well equipped. The tv was not working and remained out of order whilst we were there which was disappointing as it would have been nice to watch a bit of French tv but it did not really matter. It was very good to have a dishwasher and washing machine for clothes. We (a family of four) had an absolutely wonderful stay in this apartment and I would highly recommend it.

stayed in March 2010 for 6 nights: 3 adults, 1 child. Read the comments from other travelers, all true: nice and quiet, in the center of everything. I'm an early riser, so I enjoyed an hour or so of my personal freedom - I'd go outside, have coffee and pastries, chat with locals, walk around the island and be back by the time my family is getting up. Floors are old and definetely need a good fix - make noise every time you make a step; the kitchen is so small that it accomodate only one person. But I'd stay there again.

apartment was great.Location is perfect. We live in Manhatten and liked the convience of the location. Condition of the apartment was also great . I was disapointed that there was some work being done in what sounded like the floor above and so noise in the morning was disaponting. Arrival and departure was very easy.I would highly recomend this space. You do need to be able to clime the stairs but not a problem for us

A very, very charming apartment at an excellent location: in the heart of the city, yet very quiet. We stayed in several Parisaddress-apartments, but not one of them has been so well and tastfully renovated as BUDE8. Everything is in excellent condition and looks brand new.
Even the sofabed is very comfortable. Btw: the blue chair in the second bedroom is a sofabed (for 1 person) as well.
Propably because this apartment is new, there where a few essential things missing: coffeemachine, tea pot, waterboiler and a tray to transport things from kitchen to dinnertable. And - but that's personal - we are not very fond of blankets; we prefer duvets.
Don't be discouraged by the 4 flights of stairs. The steps aren't steep and you get used to them very quickly.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The apartment was very well equipped and maintained, although we missed a waterboiler or coffee maker.
Axelle was already waiting for us and she was very helpful!
Highly recommended location.
