The apartment was everything as promised. Comfortable, well located, nicely appointed.
Our local contact from Paris Apartment was there in advance of our arrival to let us in, present the keys,
show us around and answer questions. Very nice. We would definitely stay there again.

Really nice apartment: large and completely renovated!
The area is really nice.. markets, underground and squares really close..
Negative point: the guy who had to do the check out never arrived!

Problems/negative issues: 1) We had to wait a little too much to receive the keys, and had to make some phone calls to mobiles in order to get to the correct person (he was changed without telling us beforehand). 2) Although the apartment is as nice as on the pictures, the building is quite shabby and we were a little bit disappointed when we arrived at the stairs... Occassionaly, some neighbours made a lot of noise.
2) Positive aspects: very nice neighbourhood, we already knew it and the location was fine. Everything (furniture, tv set, linen, etc) was quite new and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much and, in general, would further reccomend this apartment, although we insist that the building needs to be revamped.
