BEAUMARCH Apartment
We stayed in the apartment Sept/Oct 2013 for over 2 weeks and found it just perfect. It is so well situated. We walked to the Louvre, Tuileries and D'Orsay and many more popular places easily. The metro was on the corner of the block, great supermarket and bakery just outside the front door. The apartment is just like the photos and had everything we needed. I would stay again. Great info on arrival by representative. Paris has a lot of free museums in the area. This is my 4th stay in Paris and easily the apartment is in the best position to enjoy the true Parisian life style.

We stayed at RAMB16 in mid Sept 2013 for a week. Apartment was what we hoped it would be by the write-up - kitchen, bathroom facilities very good, comfortable bed, WiFi. Mini market, bakery, butcher, patisserie, grocer, wine store all in street, Metro station 3 min walk. Met at apartment by agent who explained everything to us and also advised us of an English language taxi service which we used - many restaurants/cafes/bistros nearby as is the Pompidou Centre. Would stay again and do recommend.
One small but very good restaurant(Le Hangar)only 3-4 min walk away - small menu but great food and wine, we went twice - restaurant full both times - we recommend.

We stayed at RAMB 16 in the first week of April 2013. It is in a fabulous location in a great area of Paris. All you need is right at the door step . Metro is very handy and you can walk to most of the sites. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. Only negatives are that some light switches were broken and there was no clothes hanging rack for drying clothes. We were promised on entry that these things would be fixed immediately but they never were.
However with all that said I would certainly stay in this apartment and this area of Paris again

Spent 6 days in late April 2013 at this lovely apartment. Location was excellent and everything in the apartment was just as on website. Late night taxi pickup at airport worked perfectly. Excellent website for bookings. Would highly recommend!

My mother and I stayed here in June 2012 and we found both the apartment and the area, just fabulous. Some of the important great points were:
- so good to be met at the apartment and to have all the services explained (especially the english speaking taxi service)
- access was good for elderly person (just a few steps up to the lift)
- loved the entry hall
- spacious and clean
- good quality appliances and fittings and thoughtfully fitted out (if you provided umbrellas it would be even better!)
- very comfortable
- great street with great food and felt safe.
Definately recommend and many thanks.

This apartment was brilliant and spotlessly clean. The location was just perfect with boulangerie, fruit shop and bottle shop in the same block. Excellent greet service on arrival.

This apartment was fantastic, so central and had everything we needed. Everything was in good working order.
Paris address contacts were helpful and prompt in replying to requests.

Fantastic apartment, extrememely well located, comfortable, very clean and quiet. I would definitely stay there again. Couldn't get over all the practical shops right on our doorstep: small supermarket, boulangerie/bakery, wine store, fruit and veg, butcher, fishmonger. And a Rambuteau metro station a few feet away. Also, big dept store BHV only a 5-10 minute walk away. You couldn't ask for more. Thank you!

We stayed in Rambuteau St in Sept ' 11.The apartment was perfect for the two of us. Spacious rooms, modern bathroom and kitchen with everything you would need. The bedroom was lovely and large, very clean and quiet. We were on the 4th floor so the elevator was appreciated after a long day of walking and exploring. We had everything in our street: fish monger, butcher, deli, greengrocer, supermarket, the best pastry shop, a lovely restaurant and a great cafe! We were so close to the Seine, the Metro, Centre Pompidou, the RER and great shopping. I would definitely recommend it to others and will certainly stay there when we return to Paris.

We echo the sentiments of the previous postings - both the positive features of the apartment as well as suggestions for possible improvements. The location, though, certainly can't be beat, and the apartment is very comfortable. We particularly liked how much light came in through the windows! It was also very convenient to have an elevator in the building after long days of walking around Paris. Paris Address was very easy to work with as well.

We had a lovely stay in this apartment in June. Great location, with many shops and sites within walking distance. The apartment was exactly as it appeared in the pics. Very clean and had everything we needed (even a crib provided for our baby). We would stay there again in the future.

The apartment was as lovely as it appeared on your website. We were very pleased at how attractive, spacious and clean it was, and enjoyed the tasteful accessories. It is a great location and perfect for two people. However, our third person found the sofa bed uncomfortable.
A few complaints:
1. We could not shower without getting the bathroom wet. It seemed that there was a panel missing from the shower door.
2. The agent who showed us the apartment said there was only one set of keys for the three of us. She did not give us a code to get in or to ring the bell, and that information was not in your booklet, so we all had to stay together, which was very limiting. On the third day we called your office and someone arrived soon after with a second set of keys which made our travels much easier.
3. No fire escape.
I would definitely recommend this apartment for two people and hope to be able to stay there again in the future.

March 2010 - We are a group of three females traveling to Paris. Apartment is spacious and very comfortable.
What we love:
1. Location is crowded and lively but we feel very safe, even when walking home at night
2. Close proximity to Metro
3. Bright and modern bathroom
4. Modern and clean kitchen with very complete sets of utensils
5. Bedroom is spacious, a perfect example of shabby chic. Bed is comfortable and sheets are clean.
6. Ipod dock is a nice addition to the apartment.
7. Fast and reliable wifi
What could be improved:
1. Basic amenities in the bathroom will be a huge plus. We were provided with a powerful hairdryer and ample toilet tissues. Cotton buds, soaps, and more facial tissues will be nice.
2. Kitchen - only olive oil and black pepper were provided. We have left over salt, vinegar and sugar so the apartment should be well stocked at least in the near future.
In short, it is a very nice apartment and it will be my choice again when when I visit Paris in the future.

January 2010 was one of the coldest winters we had experienced in Paris and the Rambuteau apartment was bright and comfortable after we warmed up. We have stayed with Paris Address several winters and they are always helpful and respond quickly to any requests. An excellent service. Thanks!

Nov 2009, we had a FABULOUS stay at this apartment. It was charming, quiet, safe, secure and for the most part comfortable. Only 1 issue.
Our biggest challenge was getting the apartment to heat to a comfortable temperature.
Location, amenities, size, and the general comfort of the apartment were perfect. Allow the use of the gas fireplace for additional heat and our stay would have been absolutely perfect.

We stayed in the apartment in May 2009 and really enjoyed it. The location was fantastic - so close to the Pompidou and to such great food stores. On our way home each day after a fun day of tourism we could gather everything we needed on the walk back from the Metro - crtical when traveling with children. Our children slept on the sofa bed and it was quite comfortable for them. I highly recommend Paris Address for the efficiency of the booking and check-in/out process and the quality of the apartment.

We stayed at RAMB16 the last week of March '09. The apartment was perfect, we found it very comfortable for 2 people and it had everything we needed. We especially loved the street it was on which had bakeries, brasseries, restaurants, shops, etc. Paris Address was very responsive during the booking process and waiting for us at the apartment upon our arrival. We recommend Paris Address and this apartment.

My husband and I just came back from visiting Paris. After 20+ years of staying in Parisian hotels, we decided to try out an apartment. We were not disappointed. I can fairly say it was seamless and our future trips to Paris will be with an apartment view.
After calling Gabriel from the train station, he met us as planned at the apartment. RAMB16 was not only an ideal location, but fully outfitted. The shopping options could not have been more ideal. We intentionally chose this apartment because we wanted to explore a new neighborhood. It was perfect -- within walking distance of the familiar sites (Louvre, Place des Voges, Picasso Museum) and plenty of new places to explore. We have absolutely no regrets.
What we loved about the apartment:
Full of light (as pictures indicate)
Wonderful use of space
Updated, but still full of charm
Great storage
Views of rooftops (not street side)
i-Pod dock
Large bathroom with window
Fully stocked kitchen (almost - see below)
French Press
Good bakery right next door (for breakfast!)
A few minor suggestions:
Stock kitchen w/basic spices (sugar, salt, pepper).
Toilet paper: Only one roll -- had to go buy.
Bathroom towels: Were also not of the same quality as the rest of the apartment.
