21Seine has an excellent loaction. Close to everything and walking distance from many attractions, nice restaurants and places. Some update and maintenance is needed though. Kitchen appliances are outdated and a paint work would be highly conevnient. WC is separated from shower/sink, this was strange. Parisaddress staff, highly professional.

21Seine couldn't have been a better location. Most attractions were either walking distance or easy to get to by public transportation. The apartment was quite and comfortable. The neighbourhood lively with all amenities close by. I would absolutely stay there again.

My friends and I had a great time at SEIN21. The apartment was warm and nicely decorated, great shower. Quiet location but very near some lovely bars and cafes and so close to the heart of all the Paris attractions. I would definately stay there again.

We loved the neighborhood -- the apartment is quiet, but there are plenty of cafes and restaurants, bookstores and galleries nearby. There is a pedestrian-only bridge (Pont des Arts) two blocks away, which leads directly to the Louvre. All appliances worked fine, we were able to cook several meals there.
We would be happy to stay at 21 Seine again.

The location of SEIN21 is perfect, and Parisaddress staff were excellent. We also booked our airport taxis through them, and the drivers were prompt and very friendly.
The apartment is very functional, with two small caveats. It sleeps four comfortably, as advertised, but the layout makes it a bit tight to move around with that many. Two would be perfect. And it could use a bit of a 'refresh' (especially in the toilet room).
But we would happily stay there again, and would definitely recommend Parisaddress.

location location location! SEIN21 was very quiet comfortable apt for our little family, and moments away from all that Saint Germain has to offer. the amenities and Wifi were great. The only thing is that it has no view, but all of Paris is just outside your doorstep! Paris Address has great customer service, and the greeter Eric was superb. Highly recommended. Merci!

My wife and I had a great time at Sein21. The location was great for exploring Paris, and the apartment was very comfortable. The two single beds were fine, much better than a small double. Eric, our welcoming agent was great. We would stay there again.

21 Seine is very well located to many of the main attractions in Paris. Metro and buses are all very central to the apartment. The staff at Parisaddress were extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome. The apartment has all mod cons including wireless connection which worked very well. The apartment was very quiet and safe. Great little eating Bar next door, cheap and outstanding food and service. We will be booking this apartment when next in Paris in 2011.

Great, convenient location. The check-in person accommodated my flight delay. I would recommend this apartment.

21 rue de seine worked out very well for our family. Despite the small size our family of four was very comfortable. Our kids found the two double beds much to their liking. The fold out in the living room worked fine for two adults. The appliances were all functioning well and we prepared several wonderful meals in the small kitchen. Location of the flat could not be better.

we enjoyed our stay at 21 rue de seine because we could walk to gardens and museums. . we had trouble with the washing machine and that was a problem. someone was to come and check it but didnt. the apt had really everything we needed and all the local cafes were wonderful. I would definitely recommend this apt . the apt was clean except under the bureau, it had about an inch of dust!!!i I liked the twin beds also.

LOVED the flat at 21 rue de la Seine- It was a great location to start from everyday- everything was a walk away! the street is alot of fun with galleries and markets- there is a great place to eat just a few doors down- great atmospheric location- the apartment was great for our needs-simple and accomodating- The staff made it very easy to move in. I highly recommend this location....
PS- the two single beds did not bother me- they are listed as such on the website, so i was expecting them to be this way- the appartment was exactly as listed

21Seine is well located in the 6th. The street is full of art galleries, various bistros, and young people. The apartment is simple but clean and well stocked with appliances. The only mild complaint is that there are two single beds pushed together whereas a double bed would be better.
