BEAUMARCH Apartment
Our family of 4 stayed here for 15 days in early November 2013. The apartment was just as advertised and although small by North American standards, was more than ample for us and our teenaged girls. I can't imagine a more convenient location to explore Paris from. There is SO much within a 10 minute walk...
The suite was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Internet worked fine. The kitchen is small, but well-equipped, though we ate few meals except breakfast there. The washing/drying machine is loud, takes forever, and the hieroglyphics above the buttons are confounding (same with the dishwasher, but both work fine...) The shower works well (very important with teenage girls!) though there is some peeling paint - not surprising for a room that small. It is obvious someone takes care of the place.
There are 78 stairs to get up to the apartment, but I'm sure they contributed to the fact that I actually lost weight there even though I don't think I've ever eaten as well!
Paris Address was great to deal with - when the dishwasher sprung a leak, someone was there to fix it that afternoon. We would definitely book with them again.
We took the taxi deal from the airport. With four people, and parents who hadn't been to Paris in 25 years, it was worth it.
A great place and a great trip!

We stayed in June 2013 (2 adults, 2 children). The apartment was as advertised.
Good:
Great location, two bedrooms (includes loft), everything worked (wifi, kitchen, shower), quiet building, felt safe, decorated and equipped.
Bad:
-Shower room needs to be painted. Paint peeling off the walls everywhere because of the steam and little ventilation.
-A/C is tricky to use... you MUST wheel the unit out of the corner to a window, attach the exhaust hose and wedge it out a window.
-Toilet room is a tight fit with low door... bumped my head and shoulders a number of times.
-Kitchen faucet is very loose
-Washer works, but drying is slow because I don't think it was every installed correctly with proper venting. So a small load takes 3 hours.
Other Notes:
-Great location, but no view from apartment, no balcony. View is a court yard looking into the windows of apartments around you. Don't plan on coming back after touring and sitting on the balcony with a bottle of wine watching the street life below... not that kind of place.
-There are 78 or so steps from the street to the apartment, for us, not an issue, but should be noted.
-Parisaddress was very easy to work with and the greeter was on time, efficient and everything from scheduling and paying, checking in went great!
-We didn't use the taxi service, we just took the RER straight from CDG to Les Halles and walked 3 blocks to the apartment - no problems.
Hope this helps as you consider this apartment.

We were a family of 4 (2 kids aged 4 and 18)stayed 31st Oct to 7th Nov 2012
We were really happy with the apartment and the area was fantastic. We had no problems what so ever with internet connection either.
We used the taxi service that Paris address recommends to and from the airport snd it was well worth the money. They were excellent and prompt and informative. The apartment itself was perfect for our needs and it was very clean, although it was looking a little worn, but still very clean. the only problem we had was with the washing/dryer machine. It washed fine but the drying did not work so we had to hang our clothes around the apartment to dry. This problem may have been fixed since we stayed.
This apartment is in the best location! Shops everywhere, restaurants and sightseeing! We walked everywhere (even with our 4 yr old)We found the best pizza place on the way to the Jewish quarter and also the best Falafal place there as well.Walking around in the early evening was beautiful and we always felt safe.We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Everyone was so helpful at Paris address as well. I would recommend their services if you are looking to stay in Paris. Oh..and yes there are a lot of stairs, but just think of it as a warm up to a day of sight seeing!

Our family of 5 (kids ages 8-14) stayed in this apartment for 4 nights. We loved the location as there are a lot of food stores all around the neighbourhood. It made it very convenient for my husband and I to pick up breakfast every morning while the kids slept in. Despite the busyness of the neighbourhood day and night, the apartment is very quiet and served as a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city, especially after a full day of sight-seeing. Internet was working well while we were there. In fact, the kids watched Youtube videos on their down time. Our kids enjoyed sleeping in the loft and as the weather was on the cool side, it was not too hot up there.
A suggestion for improvement is to provide more hangers or a drying rack for clothes as the 2-in-1 washer/dryer is not very efficient in the drying cycle and we ended up having to hang our clothes up to dry. Also, it would be nice to have another bar of soap and some toilet paper provided.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay as the apartment was also well-kept and clean. Aside from the many flights of stairs, we would not hesitate to come back again and would recommend the apartment to our friends.

We really loved the location of this apartment- centrally located to everything. The apartment seemed a bit cramped for 3 adults, but we just came from Amsterdam where we had a large 3 bedroom flat. The kitchen is a need of either a coffee maker or french press- they have a coffee machine that takes either pods or pouches of coffee but there aren't any directions on how to use it or what kind of coffee pods to purchase for it -(which basically makes it worthless) it would have been nice to have a few coffee pods there to use so we would know what kind to buy ..as it was, we just bought a french press. The lighting in the bathroom and shower isn't ideal, There is a washer/dryer combo unit in the apartment which is small and takes a LONG time to wash and dry clothes..works best with small loads of laundry. The refrigerator door opens left to right and needs to be reversed due to the furniture arrangement in the tiny kitchen.. this is an easy fix and would reduce the frustration level trying to work in the tiny kitchen...The last thing is this apartment is on the very top floor and there is no elevator which wasn't a problem for us..but if you're not in good shape (over weight or have a heart condition) then you most definitely don't want to rent this apartment. Other than that- it was great.

Hi I am the owner of QUINC58, first thank's for all these useful comments.
I am staying in the flat 1 or 2 weeks every year and each time i try to improve the flat based mainly on the comments and the items that have been damage in the flat.
One of the main problem has been the Internet connection, since almost 18 months i am struggling (with the help of Parisaddress) to put back a internet connection but the line has been cut somehow. Finally I have used the TV connection and since yesterday INTERNET is WORKING. I have used a premium offer and you will have :
- Internet 100 Mo
- TV (150 Channels)
- Landline Phone (100 country destinations for Free : USA/Australia/Russia/Japon...)
Others improvements : the shower system has been upgraded, there is new fan, the heater has been revised.
An other great news : for this summer a AC portable unit will be installed.
Regards and enjoy PARIS!!

Stayed in Quince 58 this year from June 14-June 29. There were 6 adults in our group. It was in a great location and it was a lovely apartment. A couple of problems though--if you stay there during the summer the upper loft bedroom is too hot to sleep in. Out of the three fans in the apartment-one of which was a heater, only one of the other two fans worked. Really only sleeps 6 during the cool months. Also, the washer/dryer wasn't really very useful. We would stay there again though.

Big enough for the 5 of us ( 2 adults + 3 kids ), clean, well equipped and on top of it all...lots of caractere. Location was perfect...right in the middle of everything...( Le Marais district is marvelous...!!!)Paris Address was easy to work with...We will be back

QUINC58 was fantastic! My wife and I stayed there for a week with our two 13-year olds. It was perfect for us. The location is excellent-- one block from the Centre George Pompidou and easy walking distance to the Ile de la Cite. The only problem we had is the hot water heater kept going out-- one of us had to stand watch over the unit when someone was taking a shower. But otherwise it was absolutely perfect. ParisAddress Staff was very helpful and courteous-- we will book with them again.

The apartment was great! My husband and I stayed there with our 2 daughters (aged 10 and 8) for a week in March. The pros - an amazing neighborhood. We absolutely loved it. The apartment was the perfect size. The building is beautiful. There was definitely enough room for our family of 4. The cons - 5 flights no elevator (we didn't mind this, but thought I should mention it). No cable tv (again, not a problem for us - we were non-stop sight seeing - but others might not like this). The stairs to the loft are steep, but given the ages of our children, it was not a problem. If we return to Paris, we would stay here again. Paris Address was great to work with. We highly recommend Paris Address and this apartment in particular.

We spent 5 days in this apartment, last april 2010. We were 2 couples, so the apartment was perfect. (2 double rooms).
Very clean, very cosy, excelent location. We bought every day fresh crossaints for breakfast right on the corner! The apartment was in a 4th or 5th floor without lift, but at the end, you get used. There was NO internt, that is a MUST nowadays. The other thing that I didn´t like was the way of paying the warranty when you arrive. You have to write your credit number in a piece of paper. Should be more formal. I´m not used to this kind if things, specially with my credit card. You should change that way of paying the warranty. But apart from this 2 points I would really recommend this apartment.

We stayed in QUINC58 for 4 days, in September. It was a pleasant experience. The apartment was clean and we had everything we need except the Internet access. It seems that this is major problem in Paris. Please solve this Internet connection. For future trips to Paris, we will definitely consider booking from Parisaddress.

I stayed in QUINC58 with my husband and our children.
Overall the experience was extremely pleasant and we really enjoyed our stay.
The apartment is in the perfect location with many bakeries, cafes and the subway all within a few mins walk.
The apartment was as advertised with a few minor exceptions.
The staircase leading to the loft is a lot steeper than it looks. It was very difficult to get up and down myself let alone the children.
The oven was broken and not repaired in the week that we were there.
The modem for the internet and cable TV was not working. They had sent a technician out but he said that it was the wiring outside the building that needed to be fixed and had to send someone else. Long story short is we had an unreliable wireless connection to use and no cable TV. This was fine as we were out most of the day but when we wanted to look up museum hours or watch the news, we were a little out of luck in the apt.
Aside from these minor inconveniences, we had a great stay. The staff at Paris Address was very hospitable and helpful and we would certainly consider booking from them again.
