BEAUMARCH Apartment
We just returned from a 22 night stay at this GOD15 apartment and we were very happy with our choice to stay here.
There were four of us, my two teen children, my elderly mother, and me. We fit in the apartment easily.
The location of the apartment is perfect. We used the Madeleine or Havre Caumartin metro stops easily. Some days we just walked to our destination. Very easy walk to Place de la Concorde and the nearby gardens on the river. Easy walk to the Louvre. Very easy walk to the Gare Saint-Lazare for trains to Giverny & Normandy. Nice grocery market about 100m away on the same street at this apartment so that too was very convenient.
The apartment building was incredibly quiet. I never heard a single car sound, even with the windows open. (All windows open into the inner courtyard.)
Excellent flat screen TV with HDMI port (we brought our own AppleTV to stream movies at night). Strong, reliable WiFi. Excellent washer/dryer unit. Large freezer compartment in the kitchen. Good refrigerator, stove, and oven. There is also a dishwasher unit in the kitchen, but we never used it.
We were VERY happy with everything about this apartment and in working with ParisAddress. I know it can be nerve wracking to find the right place with a trustworthy company but we were very pleased with our stay, the apartment, and the ParisAddress staff. We would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed about a week at GOD15 in May. The location of this apartment was very convenient to the Metro stop: Madeleine & shopping was just a short walk from the apartment.
The apartment was clean and efficient. There was a minor smell coming from the bathroom after a couple of days, but if you leave the ventilation fan on while you are out, the smell will go away.
The staff from Paris Address was punctual and took his time to explain to us how everything worked.
We had a pleasant experience with Paris Address and would recommend them.

My husband and I and our 2 children thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. A great location - close to multiple metro stops, plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Washer/Dryer worked fabulously. Loved living like a "local" on this quiet residential street - by far beats having a tiny hotel room. We would definately come back!

My wife and I stayed in the Rue Godot Mauroy apartment for a month in August and September. The location turned out to be terrific. Easy to get anywhere from this central Paris spot. Multiple Metro stops within easy walking distance. Likewise, Gare Lazare train station, the Tuileries gardens and shopping, shopping and more shopping. Apartment is a good size and everything is up to date-kitchen, bathroom etc. Wi-Fi worked great. While not a "scenic" view apartment like our previous one that had a balcony view of the Eiffel Tower, it served it's purpose and made our trip to Paris work out very well.

I am Remy the owner of the GOD15 apartment, first of all thank you very much all for you useful comments on the apartment. I am happy to inform that there is now a special machine that has been installed in the bathroom against the humidity and that also a portable A/C unit has been installed for an extra comfort during summer time"
ENJOY !!!

We stayed for a week in Nov 2010. The bathroom smell is still not resolved, no matter how much bleach I poured down and around the sink, the smell persists.
Otherwise, a great pad, it all worked out very well.
I would not rent this apt again unless I was assured the bathroom was fixed.

We stayed there from 13sept to 16sept.The apartment was just nice with wonderful location. All amenities are closeby,3/4 metros are under 5/10 min by walk so are famous departmental stores and restaurants.Opera Garnier and Madelline are also closeby.Parisaddress staff Ms Axelle was very co operative and was availble in need.Though the shower is very congested but is manageable.Overall,it was a nice experince.

My husband and I just returned from Paris and staying at GOD15 apartment. I can not say enough about the experience! We were met by Eric a few minutes after we arrived. He showed us everything we needed to know about the apartment. The location is fantastic. We came for a concert at the Olympia Theatre and it was just a few blocks away. Restaurants, metro, grocery store, etc.. all within a few blocks. I thought my husband was crazy when he suggested we rent an apartment instead of staying at a hotel, but this is the route we will take from now on. The coffee maker and the refrigerator alone made the difference. Having two separate rooms was so convenient when one of us wanted to sleep in or nap. There is still the smell in the bathroom, however, but it wasn't something that would keep me from staying there again. And, it is true that only one device could use the internet at one time. It was a pain, but nothing we couldn't work around. All in all, the whole experience was fantanstic and we would not hesitate to do it again.

We just stayed for two weeks in GOD15. It was not dark, chilly or uncomfortable, but it was August. It was very clean and the size was perfect for our family of four (two adolescent children). The amenities provided all we needed, but I only cooked once (scrambled eggs at that), so I can't say how well equipped the kitchen is otherwise.
The location is perfect, walking distance to so many things (we even walked to Montmartre) and several metro stops very close by. With the supermarket on the same street, a pharmacy around the corner and department stores two blocks north, we were able to get anything we didn't bring.
The neighborhood is nice and quiet, though it is the time of year most Parisians are away on holiday, so I don't know what it's like otherwise. We loved the Cafe Olympia around the corner on Madeleine blvd. Fauchon has great stuff but is too expensive, in my opinion.
Now for the problems. When we got there our agent was not there to meet us. Thank goodness, we had hired their partner taxi company to take us to the apartment and the driver, Jean Paul, was wonderful. He made several phone calls until he was able to get in touch with someone who said our agent would be there in an hour, which was surprising. We lugged our suitcases to a nearby cafe to wait, so it wasn't terrible, but it was annoying after traveling all night.
The internet connection is flaky; we also learned you should only connect one device to it at a time (for example, we could only connect either the computer or our daughter's iPod touch but not both simultaneously).
The big problem is the smell in the bathroom. There is a leak under the sink which might be the source of the problem. I've mentioned it to Fabien, so hopefully it'll be resolved for the next tenant. From the comments of the renter in November 2009, it appears the problem developed after that.
In summary, I'd rent the apartment again without hesitation if the bathroom problem was fixed.

I was not so happy with GOD15. We had previously rented from ParisAddress and that apt. was wonderful, but I felt GOD15 was dark, chilly, and uncomfortable; it felt like a student apartment. Not to mention the smelly bathroom. The kitchen was inadequate and pots and pans were on shelves too high for me to reach. I also disliked having to use keys to exit the apartment: it was very difficult to make the lock work from the inside.
The neighborhood was wonderful, though! And I would also like to praise Jean-Claude, the driver supplied by ParisAddress, who got us to and from the airport with great care and courtesy.

We were totally satisfied with the service, as well as the apartment. We stayed at GOD15.
We had just come from a not so great apartment from a different management company in Rome, and were very disapointed.
So, the Paris Address Apartment was a very welcome experience.
The staff was complete in showing us how to use everything, the apartment was beautiful and modern and clean.
I would definitely stay there again, and would happily recommend Paris Address to others.
