BEAUMARCH Apartment
I originally was staying in an hotel and was very unhappy with the accommodations. I then moved to Bour5 and was deliriously happy with the apartment. The view and location were exceptional and the apartment was very nicely furnished. I recommend it without reservation.

This is the second year in a row we've rented BOUR5--obviously, we love it! The location is stellar, with a beautiful view of the Seine, and conveniently located around the corner from all the lovely shops, boulangeries and cafes of the Ile St. Louis. A short walk across the Pont Marie, and you have your choice of 2 Metro lines from which to enjoy all the sights of Paris. Convenient and lovely.
The apartment itself is nicely appointed and very comfortable. We were a group of 4, and the 4 single beds (which can be made into 2 king size beds) worked perfectly. Parisaddress arranged for extra bedding for a 5th guest who spent a single evening with us on the very spacious sofa!
We would definitely rent this apartment again and again!

Our family of 4 stayed in BOUR5 in July 2012 and just loved it.
The view of the Seine is fantastic and the kids loved watching the boats. The location is perfect - quiet and close to everything you need, including Boulangerie for croissants every morning, restaurants and the worlds best ice-cream!
The apartment itself is roomy and comfortable and I can't think of any negatives.
Finally, Joel and the others at Paris Address were extremely helpful and the whole process was so easy.
We would definitely stay there again!

Our family of 5 just returned from a lovely week's stay at BOUR5...the apartment was perfect and the central location unbelievable! Views of the Seine were incomparable and thick windows and drapes enabled us to enjoy a respite from city/boat noise/lights at night. Private, quiet and secure building. Beds and linens were top notch and plentiful. Rain shower head needs adjusting to avoid wetting half the luxurious bathroom floor, but a treat nonetheless. Our teens traded off sleeping on the sofa and found it comfortable. Kitchen was a pleasure to cook/dine in (although it lacks drinking glasses? we used mugs)and appliances all worked as explained by our welcome host (who was charming). WiFi was welcome for making reservations to climb La Tour Eiffel, too busy to use the TV so not sure about that. We would definitely rent again the next time we're in Paris.

We (a party of 4 adults) stayed in BOUR5 for 3 weeks in April/May 2011. We had previously stayed in another Parisaddress apartment and again found this service to be excellent. This apartment was very large, airy and was ideally situated - close to Metro stations, restaurants, boulangeries, post office, ATM, supermarkets, etc. - but was surprisingly quiet in the evenings. The apartment came equipped with all the appliances you would need and we were able to follow the English instructions to be able to work the washer/dryer and the microwave/convection oven. There was also a good basic supply of toiletry and kitchen goods. A big bonus for us was that we were also able to access wi-fi connection. We are planning another visit to Paris next year and hope to be able to stay in this apartment again. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Parisaddress most highly to all of our friends who are planning to stay in Paris.

Our family of 4 stayed in the apartment for 5 nights in April 2011. The apartment was beautiful, well-equipped, well-located. There are lots of shops within 2 blocks for every need -- baker, grocer, ice cream, restaurants, cafes, crepes, tabac, ATM, etc. The Tabac within steps of the front door (around the corner) sells the bus/metro carnet tickets for getting around, and it only a couple of blocks to several metro lines.
The apartment itself has a lovely view of the Seine. It had very comfortable beds, wi-fi access was excellent during our stay. There were basic supplies in the kitchen--oil, sugar, tea, salt, coffee filters, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, etc--so we didn't have to buy any of those. The main room is very spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms and appliances all very modern, clean, and in good working order.
We had a little difficulty connecting with our taxi upon arrival, so waited for about 20 minutes after calling. Other than that, check-in was smooth and we had no issues.
Recommend the apartment without hestitation -- it was a great find and lovely to spread out at 'home' during our stay in Paris.

My husband and I stayed in Bours5 for a week in Oct 2009. The apartment location was fantastic. Centrally located and in my opinion the best part of Paris. The TV was not hooked up and the wifi worked on occasion, but actually we did not miss it. Our entertainment when we were in the apartment aside from each other was watching the big boats go up and down the river at night with their lights on. It was spectacular. My husband and I loved it. There were AWESOME pastry, cheese and wine shops right around the corner. As well as a famous ice cream shop Berthillon also right around the corner.
The apartment was decorated beautifully all the appliances were apartment sized Miele.
We will return for a month next time. We were very happy with our stay and the service we got from Fabien and Axelle. Just lovely.
Cheers

BOUR5 is an exellent apartment in an amazing neighborhood and with a great view of the Seine. It was the best part of our trip to Paris! The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was beautiful and the living space was amazing. We truly felt like we were "living" in an upscale Paris apartment for a week--not crammed into a small hotel room. The "customer service" with Fabien and Gabriel was top-notch. They were friendly, efficient and very responsive. My only negative comment would be the lack of instructions in English for the washing machine/dryer--very different from American-type machines. We would definitely stay in the same apartment again and would highly recommend parisaddress.com to anyone.

5 Quai Bourbon was a fabulous location and view of the Seine. We got a Wi-Fi connection in the apartment even though Fabien thought we would not be able to. There was no phone and the TV was not hooked up but it could play DVDs. We did not spend much time in the apartment, though, so it did not matter to us. There are now two sets of keys and a hair dryer in the apartment (as of November 2009). I think Fabien was communicative and available by phone. We would definitely stay there again.

I want to add to my comments that the location of the apt. is exceptional! In my opinion, it is the best location in Paris, right in the center with easy access to everything. You also have a bakeries, grocers, restaurants, pharmacies, ATM's right around the corner. Absolutely perfect!

Positives: The apt. was extrememely nice and well appointed. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was spacious, great water pressure. The kitchen was well equipped and very functional. All appliances were top end and very efficient. The view of the Seine was beautiful and will always stay with us as a wonderful memory of our time in Paris. Would definately stay in the same apt. again and highly recommend it to friends.
Negatives: We had one set of keys, that is inexcusable, paris address should supply at least 2 sets of keys. When Gabriel did supply the 2nd set of keys 4 days into our stay, we were told if we lost them it would be 1000 to 3000 euros to replace! Inexcusable. We did not have a hairdryer as told, Gabriel called from down the street 4 days into our stay and said to meet him on the corner where he would give us the hairdryer, very poor customer service. He should have delivered it to the apt. I would have appreciated a more thorough description of how to operate the washer/dryer as well. I would recommend that paris address call the clients during their stay to ask if everything is OK and if they need anything, again, improve customer service.
